Banc of America Securities

Mike, who is formerly a Senior Vice President at Banc of America Securities LLC, specializes in the areas of corporate and regulatory investigations, as well as securities and brokerage activities. He has engaged in a variety of projects that have required advanced knowledge of compliance issues, brokerage operations, information technology and securities regulations, including the Securities and Exchange Acts of 1933 and 1934 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Akshay is a Vice President based in New York. He focuses primarily on investments in the communication services and information technology sectors. Akshay joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2008. Previously, Akshay spent three years in Merrill Lynch's investment banking group, advising clients on merger and acquisition transactions in the media, telecom and education services sectors. Prior to that, he worked for four years at Deloitte Consulting, providing consulting services to clients in financial services and telecom industries. Akshay holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with high honors, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Amaury is a Vice President based in London. He focuses on investments across a broad range of industries in Europe. Amaury joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2004. Prior to joining MLGPE, he was at Alpinvest Partners focusing on buyouts in the Benelux countries and Germany. Previously, he co-founded a financial software company which was successfully sold, and spent three years in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank in London. Amaury has a Business degree from the KUL University of Belgium and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Jaideep is a Vice President based in New York. He focuses primarily on investments in the industrials sector. Jaideep also has prior experience in retail. He is active in the management of our investments in NPC International and The Hertz Corporation. Jaideep joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2003. Prior to joining MLGPE, Jaideep worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Jaideep earned a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton).

Julien is a Vice President based in London. He focuses on investments across a broad range of industries in Europe. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2007, Julien spent 5 years with the European Leveraged Finance division of CIBC World Markets where he was involved in the arrangement, underwriting and distribution of deals across Europe in Business Services, Building Materials, Capital Goods, Directories and Media. Prior to CIBC World Markets, Julien spent 2 years at PAI partners where he participated in the execution of two transactions in the Animal Feed and Metal Packaging sectors. At BAMLCP, Julien was involved in the execution of Euromedic and IDH. He participates in the monitoring of these two transactions. Julien holds a Master's in Valuation and Finance from Lyon II University and studied a Master's in Corporate Finance at EM Lyon business school. He speaks French (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (basic).

Paul is a Vice President based in New York. He focuses primarily on investments in the business services sector. Paul joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2007. Prior to joining MLGPE, Paul was an associate with Weston Presidio, a generalist private equity investment firm based in San Francisco and Boston. Paul earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rafael is a Vice President based in New York. He focuses primarily on investments in the consumer products sector. He serves on the board of Grupo Convermex and has an active role in the management of our investments in Advantage Sales & Marketing, and Aeolus Re. Rafael joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) 2001. Rafael earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Brazil.

Tom is a Vice President based in New York. He focuses primarily on investments in the energy sector. Tom joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2006. Prior to joining MLGPE, Tom spent three years in the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, working on transactions across multiple industries. Previously, Tom was an Associate in the Energy & Power Investment Banking Group at UBS in Dallas. Tom graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. from Baylor University and earned an M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in the Consumer Group at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he follows the restaurant industry. Andrew served as an Environmental Services Analyst at Robertson Stephens from 1993 to 1995 and at Kidder Peabody from 1989 to 1993. Andrew is married to Kathy Barish and together they have two children, Samantha and Bradley.

Trey is a founding partner of BACI, and oversees our investment activities in Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, and Retail. He currently serves on the boards of Cumulus Media, Inc. and Swett & Crawford Group. He also manages our investments in Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., Univision Communications, Inc., Dallas Stars Hockey, L.P., Qantum Communications Corp, Paris Re Holdings, and Ceridian Corp. Trey also has experience investing in industrial, business services, communication services, consumer products, and technology. In addition to principal investing, he has originated, structured and managed transactions for middle market companies. Prior to BACI, he spent several years in corporate banking with a predecessor of Bank of America and held investment banking and capital markets positions at PaineWebber, Inc. Trey earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Mark Adley has served as a director of the company since 1991. Since March 2002, Mr. Adley has been a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Banc of America Securities LLC, a global investment banking firm. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Adley was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, an investment banking firm.

Derrick joined BACI in 2006 as an Associate. Prior to joining BACI, he worked in the Consumer, Healthcare, and Retail Investment Banking Group at JPMorgan in New York and Dallas, Texas. Derrick holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics with Highest Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.

Drew is a Principal in the firm's San Francisco Listed trading group. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Drew's experience includes working as an OTC/Listed Trader for Monterey Trading Group and an OTC market maker for Banc of America Securities. Drew received his Bachelors in Economics from Cal State Long Beach.

John Mostofi leads the West Division of Bank of America Business Capital. Based in Chicago, John is responsible for asset-based loan origination, underwriting and relationship management. John has more than 19 years of commercial lending experience, having launched his banking career at LaSalle National Bank, N.A. in 1989. His most recent position was Group Senior Vice President, in charge of national large syndicated transactions and corporate restructuring for LaSalle Business Credit, LLC. John also ran the Middle Market Leveraged Finance Group at LaSalle Bank. John earned a bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University in Chicago. He is a CPA, and a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Association for Corporate Growth and Executives Club of Chicago.

Mitesh is a Senior Associate based in New York. He is active in operational and finance matters of the group. Prior to joining BAML Capital Partners, he worked as an Associate in Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE). Mitesh graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Yihao is a Vice President based in Hong Kong. He focuses on investments in the greater China region. Yihao joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in early 2007, having previously joined Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in Hong Kong in 1999. Prior to that he worked at China Everbright Bank in Shanghai. Yihao earned his MBA from IUM in Monaco and his BA in Economics from Shanghai Jiaotong University in China.

Chin Chin is a Director based in Hong Kong. She focuses on investments in the greater China region. Chin Chin joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 1998, having previously joined Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance/Investment Banking (Singapore) in 1997. Portfolio companies she has been involved with include Aspire, Bank of China, Taitai Pharmaceutical, Tianrun Crankshaft Company and Tongjitang Chinese Medicines. Chin Chin earned her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Business.

David is an Associate based in London. He focuses across a broad range of industries in the European market. David joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2007. Since joining MLGPE he was part of the deal team in the acquisition of IDH and Euromedic, and is involved in the management of Veda, IDH and F2i. David holds a Master in Finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences-Po) in Paris and an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford. He is fluent in English, German, French and Slovak.

Graham is an Associate based in Charlotte. He focuses on investments across a broad range of industries. Graham joined BAML Capital Partners in 2009. Prior to joining BAMLCP, he spent three years in Leveraged Finance at Banc of America Securities where he focused on companies in the consumer and retail, food and beverage, general industrial and financial institution industries. Graham graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College.

James is an Associate based in New York. He focuses across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining MLGPE, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at JP Morgan in New York. James holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University's Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Julie is a Director and part of the finance and operations team based in New York. She has responsibility for a variety of business and operational functions. Julie joined the group in 2007. Prior to this, she was a Director in Merrill Lynch's Global Commercial Real Estate group where she focused primarily on providing corporate finance and strategic advisory services to public and private real estate companies. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Julie worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Audit Division and at Coopers & Lybrand. Julie has an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany.

Kevin is a Senior Associate based in New York. He focuses across a broad range of industries, with particular emphasis on healthcare. He has an active role in the management of our investment in HCA and was previously involved with our investment in Advantage Sales & Marketing. Kevin joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2005. Prior to joining MLGPE, he worked in the Financial Sponsors/Leverage Finance Group at Merrill Lynch. Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics.

Ivy is a Senior Associate based in New York. She focuses across a broad range of industries, with particular emphasis on industrials. Ivy is involved in managing BAMLCP's investments in Aeolus Re, Validus Re, and Nuveen Investments. She also represents the group on the boards o fBNY ConvergEx Group and Language Line Holdings, which are MLGPE's legacy mezzanine investments. Ivy joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2006. Prior to joining MLGPE, Ivy worked at Thone Group, a mid-market private equity firm in New York, and before that, the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking. Ivy graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. in Systems Science from the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Matthew is a Managing Director and Head of International for BAML Capital Partners based in London. He focuses on our international investment strategy across all industry sectors. Matthew joined Merrill Lynch in 2007, and prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he operated within the private equity sector for 20 years. Matthew has served on a significant number of boards globally including inter alia, Phadia, Gala, Moliflor, Retail Decisions, Loyalty Partners and Astron. He currently sits on the boards of Euromedic, the pan European healthcare services business, Integrated Dental Holdings, Rexel and Veda Advantage. Matthew originally qualified with an honours law degree from Guildford Law College UK and worked as a Corporate Lawyer.

Rodrigo is a Managing Director based in London. He focuses on investments across a broad range of industries in Europe, with particular emphasis on healthcare. Rodrigo serves on the boards of Integrated Dental Holdings and Euromedic. Rodrigo joined Merrill Lynch in 1995, and joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 1998. As a private equity professional, Rodrigo worked out of New York and Sao Paulo before joining the London team in 2003. In those roles he was involved in a number of emerging market private equity transactions. Prior to that, he held a position in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in New York, where he worked on corporate finance and merger and acquisitions assignments. Rodrigo holds a B.S. degree in Economics from MIT.

Tom is a Senior Associate based in New York. He focuses across a broad range of industries, with particular emphasis on consumer/retail, power and industrials. Tom is active in the firm's investments in Hertz and FleetPride. Tom joined the New York office of Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2008. Prior to joining MLGPE, Tom worked in the New York office of Freeman Spogli & Co., a private equity investment firm focused on the consumer/retail sector. He started his career at Salomon Smith Barney in its Global Consumer Investment Banking Group. Tom holds a B.A. and M.A. from Stanford University and and M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ulf is a Senior Associate based in London. He focuses on investments across a broad range of industries in the European market, with a particular emphasis on healthcare. Ulf joined Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2008. He is active in the management of our investment in Euromedic International. Prior to joining MLGPE, Ulf worked in the M&A Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt, Germany.
