Ms. Simmons joined Bank Rhode Island in September 2004 as Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. In June 2005, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In her current position, Ms. Simmons has responsibility for the Finance, Treasury and Accounting areas. Additionally, she handles the company's investor relations, SEC compliance and other regulatory reporting.
Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Simmons served with Bank of America's Treasury Group in Boston. She holds a degree in Accounting from Babson College and an MBA from Suffolk University.
Margaret D. Farrell is Chairman of the Securities Practice Group at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, LLP, where she has been Partner since 1981. Ms. Farrell has extensive experience handling equity and debt securities offerings, both fully registered public offerings and exempt private placements. Ms. Farrell presently serves on the Board of Directors of Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. She graduated cum laude from Smith College and earned her law degree at Georgetown University and the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Andrade was President of A&H Composition and Printing and was former President of Universal Press Graphics, Inc. until his retirement in April 1997.
Mr. Nowak is the President of Rhode Island Novelty and Chemical Light Technology. He serves as a trustee of The Wheeler School.
Cheryl Snead is President and CEO of Banneker Industries, Inc. She serves as a director of AMICA Insurance Company and Waterfire Providence, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Bryant University.
Ms. Snead earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechnical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master's of Business Administration from Purdue University. She also received a honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
Mr. Mack is President and owner of Tri-Mack Plastics Manufacturing Co. He serves on the advisory board of the University of Rhode Island Mechanical Engineering department and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Plastic Engineers. Mr. Mack earned a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
Mr. Chornyei is the principal consultant of EJC Consulting and President and owner of Navajo Development, Inc. Mr. Chornyei is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Turnaround Management Association. He was an incorporator of the Westerly Public Library, a founder of the Westerly Hospital and a board member of Watch Hill Conservancy. He earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from North Carolina State University.
Ms. Adams is an award-winning news anchor on WPRI-TV. Ms. Adams is a member of the National TV Arts & Sciences Academy and in 2005 was inducted into the "Silver Circle", a recognition for broadcasters who have at least 25 years in television and who have made a significant contribution to the industry through their work and service. She serves on the board of trustees of Meeting Street, Community Preparatory School, Friends of Lincoln School and Friends of Sophia Academy. Previously she served on the board of Trinity Repertory Company, Providence Animal Rescue League and the Diabetes Foundation of Rhode Island.
She is an active volunteer with organizations such as the Wolf School, RISD Museum, Rhode Island Special Olympics, and AIDS Care Ocean State. Ms. Adams is a graduate of Missouri State University.
Mr. Feinstein is the President of Northeast Management, Inc., an owner and operator of Blockbuster Video Franchise stores. Mr. Feinstein currently serves on the board of governors for Providence-based The Miriam Hospital, the loan committee of the Providence Economic Development Partnership and the board of directors for the Association of Blockbuster Franchisees. He is also the immediate past president of the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island. He has a B.S. in Management Engineering and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Ms. Curren is a principal at Edgewood Holdings, LLC and is a partner in Cherrystone Angel Group, a ground floor investor group focused on local business incubation. She serves as a director of Ocean State Tax Exempt Fund and Research Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. She is a director of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, and is a partner and founder of Social Venture Partners, a venture philanthropy organization. Previously, Ms. Curren was owner and CEO of Pease & Curren, Inc. She has also served as a board officer for several not-for-profit organizations, and was a member of the Lifespan Investment Commitee. She earned a B.A. from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Mr. McMahon’s business experience spans more than 34 years, including founding Pine Brook Road Partners LLC, a private equity firm focused primarily on the energy and financial services sectors; founding RockPort Capital Partners, an energy and clean-tech venture capital firm; and heading global energy investment banking at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers.
Immediately prior to founding Pine Brook, Mr. McMahon served as Executive Director of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation and was also a member of the Governor’s cabinet. He previously served as Chairman of the Quonset Development Corporation and Chairman of the Slater Technology Fund. Mr. McMahon holds an A.B. in American Civilization from Brown University and was a member of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Rodriguez is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Women’s Care, Inc., the largest provider of reproductive health services in Rhode Island and serves as the Associate Chief of OB/GYN at Women & Infants Hospital. He is a founding member of the Minority Investment Development Corporation of Rhode Island and from 2002 until 2005 served as Chairman of The Rhode Island Foundation, the largest charitable foundation in the state. He also served as Chairman of the board of the International Institute of Rhode Island and led Progreso Latino’s successful capital campaign.
Currently, Dr. Rodriguez serves as Chairman of the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals in Washington, DC; CEO of Latino Public Radio of RI; and a director of Neighborhood Health Plan of RI. He is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and The State University of New York at Buffalo Medical School.
RICHARD L. BREADY is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nortek, Inc., a Rhode Island-based leading international designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-quality branded products for ventilation, HVAC and residential comfort, convenience and entertainment for residential and commercial use. Nortek was previously a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange that was taken private by Richard L. Bready and other senior Nortek management together with Kelso & Co. in January, 2003. In August, 2004, Nortek was acquired by T.H. Lee, Richard L. Bready and other senior Nortek management from Kelso & Co.
Mr. Bready joined Nortek as Treasurer in 1975 and was elected a Director in 1976. In 1977, he was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was elected President in 1979. In December of 1990, Mr. Bready was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Bready was an independent financial consultant and an audit manager with a major public accounting firm.
Mr. Bready holds a master's degree in accounting from Northeastern University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Saint Anselm College. He holds an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University as well as an honorary Doctorate of Business Management from Roger Williams University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
Mr. Bready serves on the Board of Directors of GAMCO Investors, Inc., Bank Rhode Island, Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. and also serves on the Advisory Board of Sterling Investment Partners.
Mr. Bready is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Roger Williams University, serves on the Board of Directors or Trustees of Johnson & Wales University, Professional Facilities Management, Inc.; Newport International Film Festival; Providence Performing Arts Center; Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council (RIPEC); the National Conference of Christians and Jews; the YMCA of Greater Providence; Saint Anselm College, and is a Trustee Emeritus of Trinity Repertory Company. He is a Corporation Member and serves on the National Council and Alumni Executive Forum of Northeastern University. Mr. Bready is a Corporation Member of Rhode Island Hospital and Johnson & Wales University.
In addition, Mr. Bready is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); American Management Association; Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce; National Association of Manufacturers and the Rhode Island Commodores.
