Dr. Michael Domingue (Secretary): Dr. Domingue holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Rhetoric from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, as well as a PhD in Speech from Lousiana State University. Having previously taught at the University of Texas at Arlington, he has been with Banctec, a global technology services company in the capacity of opportunity manager for the past several years.
