Dr. Michael Domingue (Secretary): Dr. Domingue holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Rhetoric from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, as well as a PhD in Speech from Lousiana State University. Having previously taught at the University of Texas at Arlington, he has been with Banctec, a global technology services company in the capacity of opportunity manager for the past several years. He is currently also teaching at the Collin County Community College District. His past experience includes being treasurer and vice president of ASTD (Fort Worth/Mid-Cities), member of the Long Range Facilities Planning Committee for McKinney ISD, and a PTO member of the former Academic Competitiveness through Technology (ACT) Academy.
