Ben joined Invomo in October 2008 with a brief to lead the Development and Product Management teams and create a Centre of Excellence for Speech, Voice and Mobile Products & Solutions. Prior to joining Invomo, Ben spent eight years with RightNow Technologies, the last three in their Professional Services group delivering speech recognition based solutions integrated into call centres, for clients such as easyJet and TfL OysterCard. Prior to that Ben spent five years as a System Engineer, designing, implementing and delivering CRM solutions for customers such as British Airways, Ubisoft and Pioneer GB. When he's not at work, Ben enjoys music and movies, and has a passion for the latest gadgets and technologies that enhance his viewing and listening experience. Greg joined PNC Telecom as Sales Director in 2005 from ScanSoft International (who became Nuance Communications in 2006) where he was Sales Manager UK, Ireland and South Africa. Greg has focused the sales team on the marketing and implementation of propositions that are complementary to the customers needs. He has been a key player in evolving the company from being a supplier of telecom products to offering a range of business critical applications that drive new revenues, reduce operational costs and deliver customer service. Lucienne started her career with HR consulting firm Mercer, a US owned multinational. As well as working in consultancy over the years, where clients included GlaxoSmithKline, Computacenter, Barclays, NatWest and Axa, she has held HR positions in both the private sector, at SciSys, an IT consulting firm, and the public sector, at London Borough of Sutton. Roles have included Pay and Benefits Manager, Employee Development Manager and HR Business Partner. Lucienne has been with Invomo since January 2007and her responsibilities cover the full range of HR activities. Outside of work, Lucienne enjoys good food and travel her dream is to see the Grand Canyon before too much time goes by.

Neil joined the company in June 2007 in a consultancy capacity, overseeing the acquisition of Band X, integration with PNC and the launch of Invomo. In January 2008 Neil joined the company on a full time basis, taking overall responsibility for finance, commercial development and regulatory matters. Neil brings to Invomo a wealth of general management and commercial experience, having previously worked at British Steel, NEC Electronics, Exel and the publishing group Random House. Most recently he has run his own company providing business improvement consultancy to the likes of GEC, ABB, Life Fitness, Blackwell Publishing and M&S. Away from work Neil's passion is football, coaching and managing both youth and adult teams and occasionally when aching limbs permit still playing, although not to the standards of bygone years.

Founded Band-X Recruitment Ltd in late 1998 with Peter Maddalena to establish a dedicated recruitment service for the members of the core business. Prior to Band-X Recruitment, Samantha set up and built a successful Communications division for a leading international search firm.
