CEO Nick Wiley has been with the company since 2004. He leads the team that has been responsible for the creation of Invomo, through the acquisition of Band-X and integration with PNC in October 2007, transforming the company into a 35m organization that uniquely positions its customers (rather than telecoms hardware) at the heart of its operations. Invomo's proposition now combines both traditional and IP telephony switching, IVR and billing capabilities.

Martyn joined Band-X in September 2001 as Vice President of Operations and became Operations Director in 2003. Martyn has 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry where he has developed extensive skills in technical operations as well as people management. He started his career in engineering at BT and Mercury (Cable & Wireless) and went on to hold senior positions in NTL, Ionica and Redstone Telecom. Since joining Band-X, Martyn has led the Company?s development of its VoIP expertise and is responsible for the IT, Engineering and Quality teams.

Consolidating an initial eight years of technology recruitment experience, Peter worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a further six years before founding Band-X Recruitment Ltd in 1998. He successfully delivered candidates, recruitment services and selection management projects for numerous blue chip technology firms - Cap Gemini, Institute of Directors, Standard Bank, Hitachi, Times Mirror and others - establishing HR and business processes to fit their needs. Band-X Recruitment is providing the ideal medium to combine his expertise, gained from both sides of the fence.

Ben joined Invomo in October 2008 with a brief to lead the Development and Product Management teams and create a Centre of Excellence for Speech, Voice and Mobile Products & Solutions. Prior to joining Invomo, Ben spent eight years with RightNow Technologies, the last three in their Professional Services group delivering speech recognition based solutions integrated into call centres, for clients such as easyJet and TfL OysterCard. Prior to that Ben spent five years as a System Engineer, designing, implementing and delivering CRM solutions for customers such as British Airways, Ubisoft and Pioneer GB. When he's not at work, Ben enjoys music and movies, and has a passion for the latest gadgets and technologies that enhance his viewing and listening experience. A fan of snooker Ben can often be seen with his cue and sporting one of his 'competition grade' waistcoats in preparation for a night at the snooker hall!

Greg joined PNC Telecom as Sales Director in 2005 from ScanSoft International (who became Nuance Communications in 2006) where he was Sales Manager UK, Ireland and South Africa. Greg has focused the sales team on the marketing and implementation of propositions that are complementary to the customers needs. He has been a key player in evolving the company from being a supplier of telecom products to offering a range of business critical applications that drive new revenues, reduce operational costs and deliver customer service. Greg has helped to develop Invomo's strong industry partnerships with HP, Genesys and BT. Previously Greg was at Nortel Networks and Datapulse. Previously Greg was at Nortel Networks and Datapulse. Outside life in telecoms, Greg spends his time trotting around after his horse-mad family or attempting to regain past glories on the Rugby field, unfortunately age and weight are both against him.

Lucienne started her career with HR consulting firm Mercer, a US owned multinational. As well as working in consultancy over the years, where clients included GlaxoSmithKline, Computacenter, Barclays, NatWest and Axa, she has held HR positions in both the private sector, at SciSys, an IT consulting firm, and the public sector, at London Borough of Sutton. Roles have included Pay and Benefits Manager, Employee Development Manager and HR Business Partner. Her areas of expertise include reward, performance management and organisation and management development. Lucienne has been with Invomo since January 2007and her responsibilities cover the full range of HR activities. Outside of work, Lucienne enjoys good food and travel her dream is to see the Grand Canyon before too much time goes by.

Neil joined the company in June 2007 in a consultancy capacity, overseeing the acquisition of Band X, integration with PNC and the launch of Invomo. In January 2008 Neil joined the company on a full time basis, taking overall responsibility for finance, commercial development and regulatory matters. Neil brings to Invomo a wealth of general management and commercial experience, having previously worked at British Steel, NEC Electronics, Exel and the publishing group Random House. Most recently he has run his own company providing business improvement consultancy to the likes of GEC, ABB, Life Fitness, Blackwell Publishing and M&S. Away from work Neil's passion is football, coaching and managing both youth and adult teams and occasionally when aching limbs permit still playing, although not to the standards of bygone years.

Ryan O'Reilly joined Invomo in October 2007, having spent seven years previously as Operations Manager at Band-X. He is responsible for the delivery and management of an Operational infrastructure that meets the requirements of the business and supports promises made to Invomo's customers. Previously Ryan has also worked for Protel and Redstone Telecom. Outside of work Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and when he escapes can be found relieving his stress down at the local gym.

Founded Band-X Recruitment Ltd in late 1998 with Peter Maddalena to establish a dedicated recruitment service for the members of the core business. Prior to Band-X Recruitment, Samantha set up and built a successful Communications division for a leading international search firm. The opportunity to take her eight years experience, covering advertising campaigns, executive search and contingency work and apply it in a new way in Band-X Recruitment has proved exciting and highly successful. Samantha still maintains a hands-on relationship with a handful of key clients.
