Elizabeth was the original author of Tolley?s Employment Handbook and editor or co-editor of the 2nd to 7th editions. Elizabeth is a Recorder and Deputy High Court Judge and until 2003 sat as a temporary part-time judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal. She is Vice President of the Administrative Tribunal of the Bank for International Settlements, Basle and a member of the Administrative Tribunal of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Elizabeth is an honorary Vice-President and past Chairman of the Employment Law Bar Association. She is a Bencher of the Inner Temple, having been elected in 1990.
