From 1988 to 2001, Brown was a senior banker at Citigroup. First, as Citibank's Health Care Finance head and senior credit officer, she oversaw Citi's efforts in achieving number one rankings in healthcare debt financings and in 1999 won the "Deal of the Year" award from Dealogic. As a Managing Director in Salomon Smith Barney's Health Care Investment Banking group, she was responsible for the services and provider sectors from 1999 to 2001. While there, Brown led the first two European IPOs of healthcare companies and won financing mandates from HCA, Tenet, Triad and Foundation Health (HealthNet). Brown began her banking career in 1978 in California and became a healthcare banker in 1984 at the Bank of Boston. She received a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Gaw has over 23 years of experience in the energy finance sector. Prior to joining CIT, he was an Executive Vice President at ABN AMRO, where he was the Head of Energy & Resources Americas and Global Head of Power & Utilities. In these leadership roles, he managed a team of approximately 40 bankers who provided a wide variety of financial and advisory services to clients across the full spectrum of energy-related industries. Prior to ABN AMRO, Gaw held senior positions with CIBC and Chemical Bank. He is a member of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers and a member of the Greater Houston Partnership. Gaw holds a Master's in International Business from Georgetown University and a BS in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Prior to assuming this position, Lucas was Senior Vice President and Northeast Regional Manager for CIT Commercial Services and was responsible for client service and retention, business development and client credit quality. Lucas has spent his career developing financing solutions for companies in all stages of the business cycle. Before becoming Regional Manager in 1998, he was head of business development for the Northeast Region. Lucas was responsible for increasing factoring, credit protection and asset-based lending business, primarily in the apparel, textile, housewares and home furnishings industries. He also spent two years developing new business in CIT's Business Credit unit. In that position, he was responsible for customizing financing alternatives to suit a variety of business needs, including working capital and growth financing, debt restructuring and debtor-in-possession financing. Before joining CIT, Lucas was a Team Leader and Market Manager in Fleet Bank's middle market lending group. He also spent five years with Chemical Bank, where he began his career. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association. Lucas earned a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Joseph M. Leone is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company. Leone has held the position of CIT's Chief Financial Officer since 1995. In this capacity, he oversees CIT's accounting, tax, treasury, systems and technology, investor relations, corporate development and insurance groups. Prior to this he was Executive Vice President of CIT's Sales Financing unit responsible for sales and servicing from 1991 through 1995. He joined CIT in 1986 as Senior Vice President and Controller. Prior to CIT, Leone was with Manufacturers Hanover where he served as Deputy Controller. He had previously been Senior Audit Manager in the Banking Industry Practice with KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. Leone is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ramapo College Foundation and the Bernard Baruch College. He also serves on a variety of advisory boards including Franklin and Marshall College, American Heart Association and Archbishop Molloy High School. Leone holds a BBA from Baruch College of the City University of New York and attended the Harvard University Advanced Management Program.

Lawrence A. Marsiello is Vice Chairman and Chief Lending Officer of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company. Marsiello has more than 32 years of experience in secured lending, credit administration and business development. Prior to being named Group Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Finance in August 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Services. Before this, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Business Credit, which provides acquisition financing and debt restructuring to retailers and manufacturers. He has worked closely with manufacturers and retailers throughout his career, which he began in 1974 with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Marsiello is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, The Risk Management Association and The Turnaround Management Association. He is also on the Board of Trustees of St. Francis College, as well as the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine. He is a graduate of St. Francis College and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Michael Baresich is Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company. Baresich is responsible globally for all information technology at CIT including strategy, architecture, application development, infrastructure and risk management. Prior to CIT, he served as Managing Director and Global Chief Information Officer for Citigroup Asset Management. Before Citigroup, he was co-founder and CEO of CoKinetic Systems Corporation where he developed and patented software products for major clients in the financial services, consulting and airline industries. Prior to this, Baresich was Global Head of Operations and Technology for Deutsche Asset Management. He joined Deutsche when it acquired Bankers Trust in 1999, where he spent over 15 years in a number of key business and technology management positions. Baresich received his BA from Binghamton University, an MA from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors of CoKinetic Systems Corporation.

Robert (Bob) J. Ingato is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. He is the Chief Legal Officer at CIT and is responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance and corporate governance matters for CIT and its operating groups. He also leads the company's Corporate Services organization. Areas of expertise: * Corporate governance * Compliance and regulatory issues * Corporate law Ingato joined CIT as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in 1999. Before working at CIT, he held executive positions at Newcourt Credit and AT&T Capital, where he served as General Counsel. Ingato is a member of the Board of Trustees of both the Liberty Science Center and the New Jersey Historical Society. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Morris County American Heart Association. He received his JD degree with honors from Cornell Law School and his BS degree in Business Administration with honors from Bucknell University.

James (Jim) J. Duffy is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources. He is responsible for the development and delivery of employee programs, policies and benefits, as well as the structuring of human resource plans to support the company's business growth. Duffy serves on the Board of Jobs for America's Graduates and is a longtime supporter and sponsor of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University. He received a BS from Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Kelley J. Gipson joined CIT in 2001. She oversees all aspects of the company's brand strategy, internally and externally, and manages the organization's marketing and communications practices, including community affairs and philanthropy. Gipson and her team are responsible for the architecture and implementation of the firm's integrated marketing programs and corporate reputation initiatives globally. CIT currently serves more than one million customers in 50 countries around the world. Peter Austin is a vice president of the CIT Group, a financial services firm in New York City. He began curling in 1999 shortly after graduating from Middlebury College. Peter has served on the Membership Committee of the Ardsley Curling Club in the GNCC. He was vice skip of a final six team in the 2003 GNCC playdowns leading to the U.S. National Championships.

Feinberg has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, leveraged finance, retail finance, equipment finance/leasing and restaurant lending. He has been involved in several billion dollars' worth of financings in numerous industries. In addition to managing new business activities, he has also managed workouts and securitizations. Prior to CIT, Feinberg spent seven years with FINOVA Capital Corp., holding various management positions, most recently as business head of FINOVA's Commercial Equipment Finance and Restaurant/Franchise Lending Divisions. During his last two years at FINOVA, he worked directly for Leucadia National Corporation and Berkshire Hathaway (collectively "Berkadia"), FINOVA's managing investor, in overseeing a combined loan portfolio of $1.8 billion, which he successfully liquidated in connection with FINOVA's reorganization. Feinberg holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern Graduate School of Business.

Prior to his employment at the Company, Randell led the European Leveraged Finance group at GE Commercial Finance, following its acquisition of Heller Financial Limited, whose London operations he established in January 2000. Before this, he served as Head of Acquisition Finance at National Westminster Bank. Randell is a member of the European Executive Council for CIT and a Director of CIT Bank Limited.

Gregg H. Smith is Senior Managing Director and Group Head of CIT Investment Banking Services. He oversees a team of bankers focused on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions. Areas of expertise: * M&A trends and specific sector activity * Private equity * Middle market investment banking Smith has advised clients in the United States and around the globe on many broad-based corporate finance and M&A assignments. His clients have included many of the leading corporate and private equity entities, including FIAT S.p.A., TIAA-CREF, Ingram Industries, Itochu, Arvin Meritor, Lear, Eagle Picher, Foster Wheeler, Citicorp Venture Capital and American Industrial Partners. Before joining CIT, Smith was CEO of Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance LLC, the investment banking arm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Smith received his BS in Finance from Michigan State University and his MBA from the University of Michigan. He also served in the United States Marine Corps.

Anita Contini is Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate and Public Affairs. She is responsible for internal communications and for designing and implementing the company's community and public affairs activities, both externally and internally. Contini works closely with the Executive Committee and key business leaders to bring the company's core vision, mission and principles to life through the development and implementation of programs with civic, cultural and government groups that strengthen the commitment and involvement of CIT in the markets it serves. Areas of expertise: * Corporate sponsorships and philanthropy * Employee volunteer initiatives * Cultural planning for developments * Marketing for cultural and civic institutions * Client networking programs that build relationships * Internal communication programs Prior to joining CIT, Contini served as Vice President and Director of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. In this role, she worked closely with the Chairman and President of LMDC and key Board members to develop a process and implementation plan for the Memorial, Cultural and Civic Programs for the World Trade Center site and Lower Manhattan. Previously, she served as a First Vice President of Global Sponsorships and Client Events Marketing at Merrill Lynch, where she forged partnerships for the firm with leading local and international cultural and civic institutions and public projects and instituted programs to further business objectives and community interests. Contini serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Alliance for the Arts and on the boards of The Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City, The Estate Project for Artists with AIDS, The Drawing Center and Brooklyn Bridge Development Corporation. She is an active member of the Financial Women's Association; Art Table; American Institute of Architects (AIA) New York Chapter; and the LMDC's Cultural and Community Enhancements Fund grant program. She was the founder and President of the not-for-profit and award-winning arts organization, Creative Time, and has received a number of awards for distinguished public service from the Municipal Arts Society; Hofstra University; AIA New York Chapter; and the Downtown Lower Manhattan Business Association.

John Emerick joined Fair Isaac's Finance group in 2004. He has nearly 20 years experience in financial management and analysis roles, most recently serving as director of media and communications finance at CIT Group in Morristown, NJ. He also has served in financial leadership roles with companies including Ovation Communications, Newcourt Capital and PNC Bank. Mr. Emerick holds a BS degree in Finance from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.

Neil has a BS in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in finance and management from Lindenwood University. Neil joined Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2003. Since beginning his career in 1980, Neil has held various senior level credit and relationship management positions with The CIT Group, ITT Commercial Finance and Deutsche Financial Services.

Peter (Pete) Connolly is Co-Head of Corporate Finance. Connolly is responsible for driving CIT's growth in the senior secured par and distressed debt markets as well as building out CIT Corporate Finance's asset management platform.

Anthony (Tony) Diaz is Executive Vice President of CIT Aerospace, Commercial Airlines, and has been associated with CIT since 1987. He manages the activities of the Commercial Airlines Group, which consists of more than 300 commercial aircraft operated by more than 100 customers in 53 countries, and operates from offices in New York, Los Angeles, Ft. Lauderdale, Seattle, Toulouse, Dublin and Singapore. He is responsible for new aircraft programs, portfolio management, and aircraft remarketing and also oversees the CIT Technical Group. Diaz serves on the Board of Directors for several CIT Aerospace subsidiaries, including the CIT Aerospace headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

Mr. Tobin served as special assistant to the President of St. John's University from September 2003 until his retirement on May 31, 2005. Previously, he was Dean of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University from August 1998 to September 2003. From March 1996 to December 1997, Mr. Tobin was Chief Financial Officer of The Chase Manhattan Corporation. From January 1992 to March 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Banking Corporation, a predecessor of The Chase Manhattan Corporation, and prior to that he served in a number of executive positions at Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, a predecessor of Chemical Banking Corporation. Mr. Tobin is a director of AXA Financial (formerly The Equitable Companies Incorporated), Alliance Capital Management, L.P., a subsidiary of AXA Financial that manages mutual funds, PA Consulting Group and H.W. Wilson, a publishing company. CIT director since July 2002.

William M. Bill Freeman has served as a director since November 2007. Mr. Freeman served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Arbinet from November 2007 until September 2008. Mr. Freeman served as Chief Executive Officer and director of Leap Wireless International, Inc., a wireless communications carrier, from May 2004 to February 2005 and as President of the Public Communications Group of Verizon Communications Inc., a communications services provider, from 2000 to February 2004. Mr. Freeman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic-New Jersey, a telephone company, from 1998 to 2000, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic-Washington, D.C., a telephone company, from 1994 to 1998, and in a number of other executive and management positions at Verizon since beginning in 1974. Mr. Freeman serves as a director of CIT Group Inc., a finance and leasing capital company, a director and chairman of Terrestar Corp. (previously Motient Corp.), a wireless communications company, and a director of Value Added Holdings, Inc., a privately held communications company. Mr. Freeman is a founder and co-owner of Synthesis Security LLC, a/k/a dsynthesis LLC, a software based security systems integrator. Mr. Freeman serves on the Board of Trustees of Drew University. Mr. Freeman received a B.A. in Economics from Drew University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Mr. Kelly has served as President of Citigroup Alternative Investments since January 2008. He joined the firm from The Carlyle Group, where he served as Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group since June 2007. He previously was a Vice Chairman of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. from March 2007 to June 2007. Mr. Kelly held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bankshares Corporation ("Mercantile") from March 2001 to March 2007 and the position of Chairman of Mercantile from March 2003 to March 2007. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Boards of Directors of CSX Corporation and The Hershey Company.

Ms. Van Deusen is the Managing Partner of McCarter & English, LLP, a regional law firm based in Newark, New Jersey, and is the first woman to hold the position of Managing Partner in a major New Jersey law firm. As a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Van Deusen concentrates on commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Van Deusen joined McCarter & English in 1977 and was named a partner in 1986. Additionally, she sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity Network, Inc. CIT director since January 2003.

Susan M. Lyne has served as a director of CIT since October 2006. Ms. Lyne has served as Chief Executive Officer of Gilt Groupe Inc. since 2008. Previously, Ms. Lyne served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. since November 2004. Prior to joining Martha Stewart Living, Ms. Lyne served in various positions at Walt Disney Company, including President, ABC Entertainment from 2002 to 2004, Executive Vice President, Movies & Miniseries, ABC Entertainment from 1998 to 2002, and Executive Vice President, Acquisition, Development & New Business, Walt Disney Motion Picture Group, 1996 to 1998. Prior to Walt Disney Company, she worked for News Corporation Ltd. and KIII for approximately nine years as Founder, Editor in Chief & Publication Director, Premier Magazine. Ms. Lyne is a Trustee for The Posse Foundation and The Public Theatre.

Timothy M. Ring, 50, was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for C. R. Bard, Inc. on August 8, 2003. He joined Bard in June 1992 as Corporate Vice President - Human Resources and was promoted to Group Vice President - International in December 1993. In November 1995, was given additional responsibility for Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology. In January 1997, he also resumed additional responsibility for the Cardiac Assist and Cardiopulmonary divisions and in April 1997 was promoted to Group President for Coronary Vascular Products. In 1999, he was named Group President for Bard Electrophysiology and Peripheral Vascular Products and in 2002 was given additional responsibility for Bard Access Systems, Bard Europe, and Corporate Healthcare Services. Prior to Bard, he worked for Abbott Laboratories for nearly 10 years, most recently as Director of Personnel for the Hospital Products Division. During 1990, he was General Manager for Abbott's Australian, New Zealand and Indonesian operations, residing in Sydney. From 1987 to 1989, he was Director of Personnel for Pacific/Asia/Africa and Europe. In 1984 to 1986, he was also Director of Personnel for Latin America & South East Asia. He started at Abbott in 1983 as Assistant Personnel Manager for the Pharmaceutical Division. Prior to joining Abbott, Tim was employed by The General Motors Corporation and holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Tim is a trustee for the Foundation of The University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and the HealthCare Insitute of New Jersey, and serves on the Cornell University Life Sciences Advisory Board. Mr. Ring is also a member of the Board of Directors for C.R. Bard, Inc., AdvaMed, the medical device industry association, CIT Group, and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

Ms. Van Deusen is the Managing Partner of McCarter & English, LLP, a regional law firm based in Newark, New Jersey, and is the first woman to hold the position of Managing Partner in a major New Jersey law firm. As a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Van Deusen concentrates on commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Van Deusen joined McCarter & English in 1977 and was named a partner in 1986. Additionally, she sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity Network, Inc. CIT director since January 2003.
