GMAC LLC

Francisco DeArmas (Frank) is the Strategic Information Officer - Global Applications and Architecture and Chief Architect for GMAC. Frank is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a coherent global enterprise architecture for the GMAC Information Technology Group. In addition, Frank was given responsibility for leading the global delivery of applications through his leadership in the GMAC Systems Development Factory (SDF). Through this role Frank drives the rationalization of applications across the GMAC enterprise eliminating redundancy and cost while ensuring timely delivery of projects. Frank has over 20 years of banking and financial services experience. Prior to Joining GMAC Frank spent 10 years with Comerica bank where he held senior positions in IT including leading the Emerging Technologies group, the Architecture Team, the Corporate Systems Group, and managing Electronic Banking on the business side. His last assignment was as FVP, Chief Information Officer of the Investment Bank. Frank received his BBA from Northwood University and his MBA from California Coast University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Phoenix where he is working on his Doctorate in Organizational Development with a concentration in IT. Frank is a member of several charity boards as well as Chairman of the Hispanic IT Executives council (HITEC). Frank is a proud veteran of the US Army, having served 8 years.

David C. Walker has served as a director of our company since December 1999. Mr. Walker is a Group Vice President of GMAC and responsible for its global borrowings program. Mr. Walker previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Mortgage Group LLC and held a number of positions with GMAC, including Director of Liability Management (1992 to 1999), Director of United States Funding and Securitizations (1992 to 1999), Manager of Bank Relations (1987 to 1990), Manager of Corporate Finance (1990 to 1992) and Senior Financial Analyst for Liability Management (1985 to 1987). He is currently a director of a number of companies within GMAC.

Angelia Knight-Adams is the new coordinator of career services for the Manderson Graduate School of Business. Her previous positions included director of engineering career services at Alabama, director of counseling and career services at Mississippi University for Women, and university counselor at Northwest Missouri State University. Knight-Adams earned her BA in psychology and MS in counselor education at Mississippi State University. She has also completed a management certificate and a training and development certificate in the College of Continuing Studies at UA. In 2001, Knight-Adams received her professional human resources certification.

Brian was born in Hanford, CA and spent his formative years in the Central Valley. His family has been in Fresno and Kings County for four generations, working in agriculture, the oil industry, construction and education. Brian spent 10 years in retail, working full-time through college and into middle management where he became successful in multi-store management/development for various national retail organizations. He has been involved in the real estate sector since 2000 working with such national firms as Boston Capital, Midland Mortgage, GMAC, Citibank, Goldman Sachs and various other firms as an independent consultant on various commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the United States. In October 2005, Brian completed the purchase of the Triple AAA Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, the Fresno Grizzlies. A Fresno Pacific University alumni, Brian is extremely proud of his Valley roots and is excited by the many opportunities that the Falcons and the SaveMart Center offer Fresno. Brian and his wife Tamara have three sons and one daughter and make their home in Clovis.

Gerry Miller has lived in Rivergate for nine years with his wife Merri, and their three daughters, Hillary, Hannah, and Olivia. Gerry is a real estate broker with GMAC and is responsible for listing and selling many homes in Rivergate (you probably see his signs as you drive through the sub!). Gerry has been on the board since 1999 and has worked on such committees as social, maintenance, and welcoming.

Hope White - Hope has been active in the real estate industry since 1978. She joined the Edmond Board in 1998. Hope is a broker associate with Bob Linn & Associates/GMAC. She has earned many designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Management and Accredited Buyer Representative and is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute. She has served as a Director for the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS and as President of the Oklahoma Council of Residential Specialists.

Jill is a Real Estate Professional with Matson & Assoc. Inc. / GMAC and joined the Board in 2002. Serving as co-chair of the Marketing Committee and coordinator of the SACF Telethons, Jill is working to spread the word about the Foundation and its? good works. As a Stoughton native and SHS graduate, she feels that this community is just as much a part of her as she is of it, and is thankful she is able to give something back. Jill said, ?I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with the people of this community to foster awareness of the Foundation and to encourage people to give in whatever ways they can. I enjoy knowing that the things I am doing today will have a positive impact on the community for years to come.?

Jimmy Liuhas been named HomeLoan manager of Central Pacific HomeLoans. In this position, Liu will be responsible for the development and leadership of Central Pacific's new branch in Kaimuki. He has seven years of industry experience as a team leader for GMAC.

Dr. Kenneth R. Evans will become dean of the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma in January 2007. He is presently associate dean of graduate studies and research at the University of Missouri. Prior to joining the University of Missouri, Dr. Evans was on the faculty at Arizona State University where, among other duties, he served as department coordinator of doctoral studies. Dr. Evans received his PhD in business from the University of Colorado, MBA from California State University-Sacramento, and BA from the University of California-Davis.

Paul is a highly experienced member of the sales team, with twenty-one years experience working for major equipment finance companies like GE Capital, Orix, GMAC, and Harbour Capital. At Advantage Paul handles general equipment leasing as well as specializing in medical equipment leasing and construction equipment leasing. Paul also works with a number of vendor programs for medical, construction, demolition and carpet cleaner equipment.

Officer Bowman was hired as a reserve officer with the Jesup Police Department in August 2007. She has completed an internship with the Waterloo Correctional Facility. Officer Bowman graduated from Hamilton College in October 2005 with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. She currently works for GMAC and has been there since July 2001. Officer Bowman plans to pursue a full-time career in law enforcment in the future. She is married and has three children. Her husband, Rich, serves on both the Jesup Fire Department and the Jesup Ambulance Service. In her free time, Officer Bowman likes to work out, work in the yard, and attend her children's sporting events and activities.

Mr. Kelly has served as President of Citigroup Alternative Investments since January 2008. He joined the firm from The Carlyle Group, where he served as Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group since June 2007. He previously was a Vice Chairman of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. from March 2007 to June 2007. Mr. Kelly held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bankshares Corporation ("Mercantile") from March 2001 to March 2007 and the position of Chairman of Mercantile from March 2003 to March 2007. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Boards of Directors of CSX Corporation and The Hershey Company.
