Elisabeth believes that AHRMIO provides an excellent unique forum for HR professionals in international organisations to exchange knowledge and ideas and to learn from each other which becomes all the more important as most organisations face significant changes that will challenge current HR strategies and approaches. After a number of years experience in the private sector, Elisabeth joined the international not-for-profit sector in 1992 to "make a difference".
