After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Jayaraman Iyer, currently aged 53 years, joined Bank of Baroda in 1980. Here, he worked in Foreign Exchange Proposal dept., which involved an intricate and challenging job of analysing, processing and submitting export credit proposals of clients of the bank to the higher management for their approval. Here, he gained a rich experience in dealing with medium and large corporate clients, monitoring control and supervision of export credit portfolio, recovery of bad and doubtful advances/credit accounts. He voluntarily retired as a Chief Manager in March 2001 and immediately joined B. Maheshwari & Co. as a partner. He specializes in Monitoring assignments and Bank Statutory Audits including concurrent audit of banks.

Shri A. Somasundaram is an RBI Nominee Director since 27th February 2007 and holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. He is an associate member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He retired from Reserve Bank of India as Chief General Manager. He has also been a director on the boards of Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd., Indian Bank and Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank.

Shri Maulin A. Vaishnav is a Director nominated by the Government of India since 3rd March 2006. He is an accomplished Social Worker. He previously held the position of Chairman of the Gujarat Maritime Board, the Primary Schools Board and Baroda Municipal Corporation. He was also a national director- Indian Jaycees.
