Jeff has been involved in early stage investing, value investing, and management. He co-founded Market Grove Partners, an advisory firm focused on investing in and assisting small cap and early stage companies. He was also a Partner and Managing Director of C2 Partners a private equity fund focused on small cap value companies. Prior to Market Grove, Jeff held leadership positions in Brandywine Center Management a firm which developed in excess of $170MM of retail real estate and Rollins Environmental Services (NYSE REN) one of the nations leaders in Hazardous Waste Management. Jeff also holds the following board positions: Dover Motorsports Inc. (NYSE-DVD) (audit committee), Dover Downs Gaming and Entertainment Inc. (NYSE-DDE)(audit committee), Fine Stationary Solutions (Comp and audit committees), OrphaGenix Inc. (Chairman) and Delaware Sterling Bank (Chair of Trust Committee). He is also a Trustee of Holderness School, and holds an MBA from Duke University where he is on the Board of Visitors.

Robert G. Elder serves as president and chief executive officer of Delaware Sterling Bank. Mr. Elder came to Sterling Financial Corporation with more than 30 years experience in banking. Prior banks include Provident National Bank in Philadelphia ; Midlantic National Bank in Edison, N. J.; and most recently, Mr. Elder served as president and chief executive officer of Christiana Bank & Trust Company -- a $100 million bank with a $1.5 billion trust department, which he started in Greenville , Del. , from the ground up.

TERRENCE L. HORMEL, age 57, is President of Hormel, Inc. (investment management company), General Partner, Hormel Associates (real estate development and management), Managing Partner of Penntown Properties (real estate development and management) and Partner of Walnut Hills Enterprises, LLC (retail sales). He has served as Chairman of the Board of Bank of Hanover and Trust Company since 1990, and has been a Director of Bank of Hanover since 1981. He has been a Director of HOVB Investment Co. since 1999 and served as a Director of Bank of Lancaster County from 2000 to 2003. He has been a Director of Sterling since 2000. Mr. Hormel is a member of the Executive, Finance, and Management Development and Compensation Committees and serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
