Allan R. Landon succeeded Michael E. O’Neill as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Hawaii Corporation on September 1, 2004, and continues to serve on the Boards of Bank of Hawaii Corporation and its primary subsidiary, Bank of Hawaii. Mr. Landon previously held the positions of President from December 2003 and Chief Operating Officer from May 2004, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer from February 2001 to December 2003, and Executive Vice President and Director of Risk Management from April 2000 to February 2001. Prior to Mr. Landon joining the company, he served as Chief Financial Officer of First American Corporation in Nashville, Tennessee. Before that he was with Ernst & Young, LLP for 28 years, and worked with several major national and international financial institutions. Born in Iowa, Mr. Landon received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Iowa State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Donna Tanoue joined the company and was appointed Vice Chairman and a member of the Managing Committee in April 2002. She is also President of Bank of Hawaii Charitable Foundation and a Director on the Bank of Hawaii Board of Directors to which she was elected in October 2001. As Vice Chairman, Ms. Tanoue has responsibility for client relations and community activities, areas of major emphasis under the Bank’s new business plan. Ms. Tanoue is the past Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Washington, D.C. As FDIC Chairman from May 1998 to July 2001, she was responsible for the federal regulatory agency that supervises more than 5,000 banks and insures more than $3 trillion in bank and savings and loan deposits. Prior to becoming FDIC Chairman, Ms. Tanoue was a partner in the Hawaii law firm of Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, which she joined in 1987. She concentrated her practice in the areas of bank regulation, real estate finance and governmental affairs. From 1983 to 1987, Ms. Tanoue served as Commissioner of Financial Institutions for the State of Hawaii. Ms. Tanoue received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Director, Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes (a non-profit organization dedicated to providing continuing education opportunities through affiliations with colleges and universities) since 2003.

He most recently served as chief financial officer at Taylor Capital Group, the parent company of Cole Taylor Bank in Chicago, Ill. from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that he was the CFO at UMB Financial Corp. in Kansas City, MO. (2001-2004) and has also held senior financial positions with ABN AMRO and Credit Agricole in Chicago. Stevens has a bachelor of arts degree from Loyola University and master of science degree in accountancy from DePaul University School of Accounting.

Before joining Bank of Hawaii, Thomas was with Summit Bank in Princeton, New Jersey, with responsibility for all aspects of retail lending. He previously spent 25 years with Bank One in senior management positions in Texas and Ohio. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and received his MBA from Butler University. Thomas has been associated with the CBA for four years and has served on the Home Equity Lending Committee in addition to serving on its Board of Directors since October 2001.

Mr. Lucien has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman since April 2008. He continues to serve on the Boards of Bank of Hawaii Corporation and its primary subsidiary, Bank of Hawaii to which he was elected in April 2006. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he has overall responsibility for the bank’s financial areas including treasury, accounting and tax. Additionally, he has responsibility for facilities management and is a member of the Managing Committee. Mr. Lucien previously served as CEO Operations and CFO for C. Brewer & Co. Ltd. He had been with C. Brewer; a Hawaii-based diversified enterprise with business operations in agriculture, food processing, industrial services and real estate, since 1980 and held several management positions including executive vice president and chief financial officer just prior to his appointment as CEO Operations in 2001. Mr. Lucien was named a member of the joint Bank of Hawaii Corporation/Bank of Hawaii Audit Committee in April 2006 and served as chairman from April 2007 to April 2008. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Rossi joined Bank of Hawaii and was appointed Vice Chairman, Corporate Secretary and a member of the Managing Committee, effective February 2007. Mr. Rossi was also appointed General Counsel and leads a team which services its clients in all aspects of Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Corporate Security and Corporate Insurance Services. Prior to joining the Bank of Hawaii, Mr. Rossi was a partner at Lane Powell from 1996-2006, where he concentrated his practice on a broad array of banking issues. Lane Powell is a Seattle Washington based law firm comprised of approximately 180 attorneys, with six offices located in Oregon, Washington, Alaska and London, England. Mr. Rossi served as the firm’s Managing Partner and President from 2004-2006. Mr. Rossi gained significant banking experience while employed in the First Interstate Bank system from 1983-1996 in Seattle, Washington. During that period, he held various local and regional positions, including that of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. A native of Minnesota, Mr. Rossi obtained his B.A. in History from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, Minnesota) in 1971. He received a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University (Salem, Oregon) in 1974. Mr. Rossi is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Hawaii, Oregon and Washington, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Sellers was promoted July 1, 2005 to Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer from Executive Vice President and Director of Risk Management and Wholesale and Retail Credit. In her role as Vice Chairman, she is responsible for overseeing the management of corporate-wide risk and is a member of the bank's Managing Committee. Areas reporting directly to her include information protection, risk management administration, credit portfolio management and reporting, commercial credit underwriting and analysis, credit training, special assets, appraisal, credit policy, retail credit and analytics, and credit process and systems. Ms. Sellers joined the bank in 1987 as an officer in the Private Financial Services Department. She has worked in various capacities since then, including management positions in the Credit Management and Approval Department, Credit Services Division and Pacific Century Leasing. Prior to joining the bank, Ms. Sellers was assistant vice president and national accounts officer at Bank of Delaware (now PNC). She has a master's degree in economics from the University of Delaware. She serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA, UH Foundation, Board of Trustees and is a member of the Alumni Association Cedar Credit College and Risk Management Association.

Paul H. Brewbaker serves as Senior Economic Advisor to Bank of Hawaii and is the principal of TZ Economics, a Hawaii consulting firm. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and his doctorate in economics from the University of Hawaii.

Ms. Thompson is Vice Chairman of Bank of Hawaii and is a member of the bank's Managing Committee. She has overall responsibility for Investment Services and reports to Peter S. Ho. The Investment Services Group includes the bank's trust, private client, asset management, international client banking, institutional services, brokerage, and retirement plan services businesses. Ms. Thompson has more than 20 years of trust and wealth management experience. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii in 2005, Thompson served as executive vice president and director of wealth management at City National Bank in Beverly Hills, Calif. and held senior executive positions with U.S. Trust Company of New York, U.S. Bancorp, Citicorp and Wells Fargo Bank, where she was responsible for private banking. Ms. Thompson is chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Theatre and serves as a member of the University of San Diego's Board of Trustees. She is also on the boards of the Hawaiian Humane Society, Child and Family Services in Honolulu, and is a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Aloha United Way.

Mr. Hamano is Vice Chairman of Bank of Hawaii and is a member of the bank’s Managing Committee. He has overall responsibility for the Commercial Banking Group and reports to President, Peter Ho. The Commercial Banking Group includes the bank’s corporate banking, Hawaii commercial middle market banking, commercial real estate, equipment leasing, auto dealer flooring, dealer indirect lending, and cash management businesses. The bank’s operations in the West Pacific, which includes both retail and commercial banking in Guam, Saipan, Palau and American Samoa, are also included within the Commercial Banking Group. Mr. Hamano has nearly 30 years of commercial banking experience with Bank of Hawaii. His community involvement includes board member of the YMCA of Honolulu where he serves on the finance committee and chairs its audit committee; board member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce; and member of the Chancellor’s Advisory Board of the University of Hawaii – Hilo.

Polk, who will relocate to Guam from Hawaii on Aug. 1, joined the bank in 1999 and currently serves as senior vice president and manager of Commercial Credit Underwriting and Analysis. He previously served as senior vice president and Corporate Banking Division manager, as well as senior vice president and deputy manager of the Commercial Real Estate Loan Division. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii, he worked in a variety of commercial and consumer lending positions with First Hawaiian Bank over a 10-year period. Polk earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He is a Certified Treasury Professional and also served as an instructor on commercial lending for the American Institute of Banking.

Biggs joined the bank in 2000 as senior vice president and manager of consumer deposits. He was promoted to executive vice president in 2002. His areas of responsibility include consumer and home equity lending, checking, savings, IRAs, and Time Deposit Accounts. Additionally, he oversees debit cards, ATM cards, travelers’ checks and safe deposit boxes, as well as the bank’s new VISA credit card that is being offered in conjunction with MBNA later this year.

Rodgers, who joined Bank of Hawaii 11 years ago as an analyst in the Treasury Division, also serves as portfolio manager of the tax-free portfolios totaling approximately $1.5 billion which includes the Hawaiian Tax Free Trust, three Pacific Capital Tax Free Funds, as well as individual client accounts. Prior to joining the bank’s Asset Management Group in 2003, he was the portfolio manager for the bank’s investment portfolio of primarily mortgage-backed securities and oversaw the bank’s asset/liability management analytics team. He has bachelor of arts degrees from Amherst College in English and Economics and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Brenda is an Assistant Vice President and Executive Loan Officer with Bank of Hawaii at the Kahala Loan Center. She has been with the Bank since November 2002, and has been in the mortgage industry for the past 14 years. She was most recently the Sales Manager and Underwriter for a Mortgage Insurance Company. Since joining Bank of Hawaii, Brenda has hit the ground running and has achieved impressive awards and recognition. She is the Kahala Loan Center's Top Producer for the past five years running, as well as having been the sole person to be recognized by her peers for exemplifying customer service and a can-do attitude in 2003. She was also recognized for her outstanding customer service skills in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 and is a member of the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 Chairman's Circle which honors only the top producers in the entire Bank. Brenda attended Mount Holyoke College and Oxford University and holds a double major degree in Business and English. She graduated from Punahou School in 1991 as a 13-Year Club member.

Cynthia, or more commonly known as Cindy, is the Pearlridge Loan Center Manager and Assistant Vice President with Bank of Hawaii. She has been with the Bank for 17 years and has been a part of the mortgage industry for the past 14 years. She has been recognized for her outstanding achievements in 2003 and 2004 when she was included into an elite group of sales professionals in the Bank's Chairman's Circle. She was also recognized with awards for outstanding customer service in 2005, 2006, and 2007. Cindy is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawaii, affiliate member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and is also assists her daughter in the American Kennel Club Junior Handler dog shows. She enjoys assisting the borrowers to find the best and most creative financing options for their first time homebuyer purchase and construction of home. Cindy earned Administrative Assistant and Paralegal Associate degrees from Kapiolani Community College, attended the University of Hawaii, and is a graduate of McKinley High School.

Kathleen Bryan is vice president of the Private Client Services Division of Bank of Hawai'i where she manages the Financial Planning Team. Kathleen attended El Camino College and the University of Southern California, majoring in art. She graduated with High Honors from the ABA's National Graduate Trust School in 1994, and is now serving a second term on the school's Board of Directors. Kathleen served as Chair of the Hawai'i Children's Trust Fund Advisory Board the first six years of its existence. In addition, she has served on the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for the American Heart Association, and the Citizen's Review Panel of Child Protective Services for the Department of Human Services. She was trustee of the National Committee to Prevent Child Abuse, past president of Prevent Child Abuse Hawai'i, past president of Mental Health Association, chair of Government Relations of the Board of the Hawai'i Planned Giving Council, member of the Ronald Macdonald House Board, and thrice elected to the Manoa Neighborhood Board. Kathleen is a member of the Organization of Women Leaders, Hawai'i Estate Planning Council, the Planned Giving Council, and Leave a Legacy Hawai'i, and she also sits on the board of Hospice Hawai'i.

Mike is the Hawaii Loan Center Manager and Assistant Vice President with Bank of Hawaii. He has been with the Bank for 20 years and has been in the mortgage industry for the past 25 years. In 2005, Mike was the recipient of an award that recognizes an individual who has shown notable increases in production over the previous year, and also recognizes the individual who consistently gives outstanding customer service to his clients, his fellow teammates and support staff. In 2007, Mike was recognized by the Bank of Hawaii for his high level of sales. Since 2004 to the present, Mike has received certificates of recognition for outstanding customer service. Mike also is a volunteer on St. Michael's Finance Committee and the Blood Bank of Hawaii Friends for Life. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago and can fluently speak Spanish.

Tina is the Maui Loan Center Manager and Assistant Vice President with Bank of Hawaii. Tina has been with the Bank of Hawaii for 18 years and has over 21 years of mortgage industry experience. Tina is an affiliate member of the Realtors Association of Maui and was a past team leader for Habitat for Humanity. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance, Real Estate and Law from Cal Poly in Pomona, California were she also held her California Real Estate Broker's license. Tina received an award for outstanding customer service in 2008. Tina has been an avid runner for over 24 years and placing in the top 3 of her age group in many 10Ks and half marathons. Kayaking with her husband in the waters off Maui, California and Washington is another passion.

Alan is an Assistant Vice President and the Manager of the Kahala Loan Center. He has been at Bank of Hawaii since 1986 and has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. During this time, he has handled clientele ranging from first-time home buyers to sophisticated real estate investors seeking jumbo loan financing. His emphasis on being an advocate for his clients earned him an award given to employess that demonstrate exceptional quality service. He has been a member of the Bank's Chairman's Circle, comprised of the top sales professionals, for five years and his management expertise has led his loan center team to be the highest producing from 2003 - 2007. Alan earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a graduate of Maui High School. He is an affiliate member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and speaks fluent Japanese. In his free time, he enjoys spending traveling with his family and playing tennis.

Arthur “Art” K. Taniguchi has been promoted to Hawaii Island regional manager and senior vice president from vice president. He will continue his responsibilities overseeing the sales and service performance for the eleven Big Island branches in addition to ongoing community leadership. A native of Hilo, Taniguchi joined the bank in 1991 as the Dealer Center manager on Oahu before transferring to Hilo to become manager of the Kaiko’o Branch in 1993. Taniguchi has more than 30 years of financial services experience in Hawaii, Japan and in California, including as vice president of retail banking for the former Pioneer Federal Savings Bank. Taniguchi has served as past president and is the current director for the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hawaii, and Crimestoppers Hilo, Inc. He also serves as first vice president of East Hawaii Hiroshima Kenjinkai, and treasurer for the Big Island Business Council. He serves on the board of directors for Hawaii Island Adult Care, Inc. and is on the board of trustees for Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin. Taniguchi is the immediate past president for the Rotary Club of Hilo Bay and the Japanese Community Association of Hawaii.

Higa has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry both in Hawaii and California. Her background includes leadership roles in branch banking, commercial banking, and sales and service administration. She started her career as a management trainee at Bank of Hawaii in 1984. She moved to California in 1987 and rose to the level of vice president and assistant to the president of Home Savings of America. She returned to Hawaii in 1994 and rejoined the Bank of Hawaii taking on branch and commercial banking assignments at the Waipahu and Pearlridge Branches. In 2000, she was promoted to division sales manager and took on the responsibility of directing sales for both consumer banking and business banking. Higa was promoted to senior vice president in 2002. Higa earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. She serves as a board member for the Hawaii Youth Symphony and Hawaii Arts Center for Youth.

Mr. Norris was appointed Executive Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in December 2008. He previously served as Executive Vice President & General Auditor at Bank of Hawaii since 1999. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Norris had worked with Bank of America for 22 years in a number of roles in the United States and overseas. He is also a Chartered Accountant.

Alton Kuioka is currently Vice Chairman, Client Relations and a Director of the Bank of Hawaii. He was previously Head of Commercial Banking since April 2001. He was appointed Vice Chairman and a member of the Managing Committee in July 1994. Mr. Kuioka joined the company in 1969 as a management trainee. His lengthy career with the bank has included responsibility for consumer and commercial banking as well as service and operational areas. Born in Honolulu, Mr. Kuioka holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Hawaii. He is a graduate of the Mortgage Banking School in Chicago, the Advanced Management Program of the University of Hawaii, and the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Christy is a Reverse Mortgage Loan officer and has been with Bank of Hawaii since the inception of the Reverse Mortgage Loan Center in 2007. She began working in the mortgage industry in 2006. Prior to that, Christy spent her time with her daughter and worked in marketing and advertising. Her passion to help seniors and assist their needs has led her to pursue a career with reverse mortgages. She has assisted seniors to save their homes, do extensive renovations, receive added monthly incomes, and help seniors that have lost their spouses overcome economic hardship. Christy holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of Mililani High School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter going to the park, running, swimming, and church activities. She loves to travel and try new things.

Cindy is a Residential Loan Officer with the Pearlridge Loan Center of Bank of Hawaii. She joined Bank of Hawaii in 2005 and has five years experience in the mortgage industry at Countrywide, Full Spectrum and Ing Direct in Los Angeles. Cindy speaks Japanese. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hawaii and graduated from McKinley High School.

Edward Kam has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in the high-tech and financial industries. Prior to joining IPLocks as Controller, Mr. Kam was the Controller at SeeItFirst.com where he was responsible for worldwide accounting, finance and legal. In addition, Mr. Kam has held various analytical, managerial and business development positions at GE Capital and Bank of Hawaii. Mr. Kam holds Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Computer Science and is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a MBA in International Business.

Genny is a Senior Loan Officer with Bank of Hawaii in the Kapolei Loan Center. She has been with the Bank for over 14 years and has been in the mortgage banking industry for over 19 years. Genny believes in providing customer service and has been a recipient of an award that recognizes outstaning customer service for the past three years (2005-2007). Genny is very involved in her community as a member of Mililani Missionary Church, the Lupus Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii, and Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii. Genny is fluent in Ilocano and she's also experienced with FHA, VA, Hula Mae, and MCC loan programs and enjoys helping the first time home buyer.

Ian is an Executive Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President for Bank of Hawaii at the Kauai Loan Center. He joined the Bank in January 1995 where he worked as a Branch Manager for six years and then a Loan Officer for 10 years. Ian has over 15 years of experience in mortgage banking. Ian has consistently ranked as one of the top residential loan producers at Bank of Hawaii. In addition to being in first place for number of loans in and second place for loan dollars in 2005 and 2006, Ian was also presented with an award for outstanding quality service in 2005. Proving that service goes hand-in-hand with sales, Ian received the highest scores for quality service and customer satisfaction based on the results from customer satisfaction surveys and the 'Ask Al' program. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii, Ian worked as a territory manager at Unocal 76 and held various positions at Sheraton hotels. Ian is also an active member in the community. He has been a member of the rotary club for 15 years. Ian graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Business. His hobbies include swimming and spending time with his family.

John Toth is a Residential Loan Officer at the Pearlridge Loan Center. His career in loans spans 10 years. John has been with Bank of Hawaii since 2008 and was previously a Mortgage Sales Specialist in the Kahala Loan Center. Prior to Bank of Hawaii, he served customers in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania where he received numerous awards as a top producing loan officer. John is passionate about helping families budget and finding ways to save them money so they can get into their dream home. Also, as a veteran himself, he embraces his loyalty to veterans and active duty soldiers to fulfill "The American Dream" of buying a home. In his spare time, his hobbies are fishing, golfing, attending Veteran's functions and volunteering to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy Association. He is currently an active member for the American Legion & Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Kai Yamamoto is a Senior Loan Officer with Bank of Hawaii. Prior to joining the Bank over five years ago, Kai gained escrow experience from working at Title Guaranty. He is also thoroughly trained in the real estate industry through the Bank's Loan Associate Program. Kai is the recipient of multiple top producer recognitions and was presented with awards for outstanding customer service from 2004 through 2007. He truly enjoys his job and is grateful for the opportunity to assist clients with the home buying or refinance process island-wide. He supports the community, having assisted at food drives, a homeless shelter, and Head-Start programs, as well as local blood drives. After being selected for early admission into their business school, Kai received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. He is also a graduate of Punahou School.

Kitty is a Residential Loan Officer with Bank of Hawaii at the Pearlridge Loan Center. She joined the Bank in 1987 and has over 22-years tenure in the real estate industry. Kitty was most recently a Mortgage Sales Specialist with one of the Bank's top producing loan officer and has also acquired a variety of past experience in the industry that includes sales and management of residential and commercial properties. Kitty received an award for promoting teamwork and increasing morale for the Real Estate Trust department at the Bank. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the Honolulu Board of Realtors and member of the Hawaii Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She attended Hawaii Pacific University and holds an Associate in Arts Degree in Math from Windward Community College. During her spare time, Kitty enjoys Bikram's Yoga and boogie boarding.

Mark has been with Bank of Hawaii since 2004 at our Downtown Loan Center. In his first eligible year with the Bank, Mark was promoted to Senior Loan Officer. Mark has been in the mortgage industry for the past eight years focused on assisting clients through every step of the loan process. Mark holds a degree from the University of Hawaii and is a graduate of Kalani High School. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family on fishing and scuba diving adventures.

Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii in 2000 as vice president and commercial banking officer, Shoji served as vice president of corporate banking at Central Pacific Bank and assistant vice president of corporate banking and commercial real estate at First Hawaiian Bank. A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Shoji holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration. She also graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Shoji has earned designations as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals and Accredited ACH Professional from NACHA, the Electronic Payments Association.

Noemi is a residential loan officer with the Guam Loan Center. She has been with Bank of Hawaii (and its affiliate First Savings & Loan) for over 15 years. Prior to moving over to residential mortgage lending, Noemi assisted corporate bank officers as an administrative assistant. Because of this prior experience, Noemi has first-hand experience with customer satisfaction. In 1993, Noemi received the Employee of the Year Award as well as the McGruff Recognition Award in 2004 (for averting a loss due to fraudulent activity). Noemi holds a Masters degree in Educational Management from the Angeles University, Philippines. Noemi is bi-lingual and is fully conversant in Tagalog. Noemi is active within Guam's community serving as a director of the Batangas & Southern Tagalog Association of Guam. She is also active with her church as a member of the Knights of Columbus Guam (Ladies Association); Member Couples for Christ (Guam Chapter) and also serves as a lector/commentator in her parish, Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Noemi finds the residential mortgage business both challenging and rewarding, especially each time she is able to help a client buy a new home.

Patty joined the Kahala Residential Loan Center in February of 2007 and has been with Bank of Hawaii since January 2004. She has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and takes time to understand her clients' needs in order to find the best mortgage solution. From first-time homebuyers to investors to homebuilders, she treats each transaction as if it were her own, always keeping her clients' best interest as her top priority. She recently received the Bank's award for exceptional customer service and the Mortgage Banking Division's award for service excellence. Patty serves as Immediate Past President of the Bank's Toastmasters Club and is a member of the Young Business Council. Patty graduated cum laude from Pomona College with a Bachelors in Psychology and Media Studies. She spends her free time working out and enjoying the outdoors. Always excited to learn new things, she recently picked up carpentry while helping her husband to build their first home.

Sean Parsa is a residential loan officer for Bank of Hawaii. He has been in the industry for the past five years and has funded millions in loans with a reputation for efficiency, hard work and personal attention. Sean graduated in 2002 from Whittier College with a major in Business and a minor in Economics & Accounting. Sean further advanced his understanding of market conditions while working at Merrill Lynch and Data Connect with their Research Analysis Team. Born and raised in Hawaii, Sean is a graduate of Mid-Pacific Institute, an avid surfer, plays guitar and volunteered with the Red Cross. Sean is dedicated to dealing closely will his clients so that they can invest with up-to-date information, have a clear understanding of the status of their loan and enjoy a hassle-free and friendly working relationship. "It is important to me to build trust with my clients," says Sean. "Trust is built through personal contact and treating my clients like family with respect, commitment and aloha."

Wendy has been a loan specialist at Bank of Hawaii's Reverse Mortgage Loan Center since its inception in 2007. For 16 years prior to joining the bank, she taught mathematics at high schools including Mililani High and Hawaii Baptist Academy. During her last two years of teaching, both of her parents suffered strokes that ended their ability to live independently. As she assumed her new responsibilities in helping care for her parents, she discovered the benefit of having a strong support system and access to resources. Through managing her parents' affairs, Wendy also realized the importance of exploring options when making decisions that impact quality of life and financial issues. Now, in her role as a loan officer at the bank, she serves our customers as a resource for reverse mortgages and helps them explore the features, benefits, costs, and implications of these loans. Her desire is to educate her customers so that they can make good, sound decisions towards achieving their financial goals. A graduate of Aiea High School, Wendy attended University of Hawaii at Manoa where she obtained a Bachelors of Education degree. She is a member of Olivet Baptist Church where she serves on the Finance Committee. Wendy and her husband are blessed parents of two fun-loving children who know how to live life to its fullest.

Wil is an Executive Loan Officer with Bank of Hawaii and has been with the bank for nine years. He is a member of the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Chairman's Circle, exclusive to only the top producers in the entire Bank. He was also recognized for his Excellence in Quality Service. Prior to joining the Residential Team at Bank of Hawaii, he has had various experiences working as an Investment Consultant, Fund Accountant with an Asset Management Firm, Business Banking Officer, and as a Financial Analyst. Home owners will benefit from his knowledge and experiences working with Wil Chang, as they make one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, buying a home. He also volunteers with Hawaii Homeownership Center as a Presenter, sharing his knowledge with first time home buyers about financing. He was born in Rangoon, Burma and immigrated to the States in 1980. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, California in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Wil has always wanted a career to help people. He has found his calling in Residential Lending with Bank of Hawaii, making home ownership become a reality.
