Michael Stanley, Chief Investment Officer & CEO, leads our team of equity managers and analysts. Investment duties are structured to ensure that while expertise is maintained, the team approach to management precludes any one individual from dominating the process. Similarly, Mark McMahon leads our team of fixed income managers and analysts. The overall compensation package for the investment professional staff within Jones Heward consists of a) competitive base salary levels, b) annual bonus related to portfolio performance and c) a Long Term Incentive Plan representing a profit sharing program. While a percentage of the profits awarded to the participants in the Long Term Incentive Plan occur each year, the funds actually vest to the individuals after a period of three years. During the three-year vesting period, the participant chooses from an investment mix of internal Jones Heward managed investment products. Therefore, the participants are investing their own funds alongside those of our clients.
