John E. Abdo has been the Vice Chairman of Woodbridge Holdings Corporation and its predecessors since its inception and of BFC Financial Corporation since 1993, while serving as a BFC board member since 1988. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. since 1987. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bluegreen Corporation, and a member of the Board of Directors of Benihana, Inc. A successful real estate investor and developer in his own right, Mr. Abdo has made a career of developing residential communities as well as commercial structures throughout South Florida for more than 25 years. His company has built over 5,000 residences, which for a time made it one of the largest residential builders in Florida’s Broward County. Mr. Abdo has a wide range of contacts and experience in diverse industries. Mr. Abdo is the President of the Broward Performing Arts Foundation, a $60 million theater for the Performing Arts that serves all of South Florida and a member of the Board of Directors of PACA (Performing Arts Authority). He is a graduate of Florida State University.

Doug Freeman has been CEO of NetBank, a $4 billion on-line bank and mortgage lender, since January, 2000. Prior to that, Doug was President of Bank of America's Consumer Finance Group. From 1991 to1996, Doug was a Consumer Corporate Bank Executive with Barnett Bank, Inc., and became Chief Consumer Bank Executive at Barnett in March 1996, a position he held until March 1998. After NationsBank acquired Barnett in March 1998, Doug became President of the Consumer Finance Division of NationsBank, N.A.

JAY C. McCLUNG joined BankAtlantic in March 2000 as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. In September of 2004, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining BankAtlantic he was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Synovus Financial Corp., a $13 billion multi-bank holding company headquartered in Columbus, Georgia. Prior to that, he worked with GE Capital for 15 years. Mr. McClung holds a Business Administration degree from Columbus State University. While in Columbus, he served on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Affordable Housing Corp. and many other civic organizations such as the House of T.I.M.E., Inc., the Columbus Optimist, and Leadership Columbus. He served as a Board member of the local RMA chapter and is a graduate and alumni of the Leadership Columbus program.

LEWIS F. SARRICA is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of BankAtlantic. Mr. Sarrica joined BankAtlantic in 1986 from DollarDock Savings Bank where he served as Investment Division Director. He has over forty-two years of banking experience of which 34 years have been in the investment and treasury field. Mr. Sarrica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and EDP from Pace University. He is currently a Trustee of the General Employees Pension Board of the City of Boca Raton.

JARETT S. LEVAN is President of BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE:BBX) and Chief Executive Officer and President of its wholly owned subsidiary, BankAtlantic. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of BankAtlantic and BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Levan serves as past President of the Board of Directors of ArtServe, a not-for-profit corporation, which provides a universe of support services and programs to the arts community. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Leadership Broward Foundation and the Museum of Art of Fort Lauderdale. He is the recipient of the ArtServe President's Award, the 2005 Hollywood Art and Cultural Center Role Model Award, and most recently one of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's 2006 Fort Lauderdale's Finest Couples. Mr. Levan graduated Cum Laude from University of Miami School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar. He completed his undergraduate work at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University with a BBA in Finance.

Jonathan D. Mariner has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Major League Baseball since January 2004. From March 2002 to January 2004, Mr. Mariner served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Major League Baseball. From December 2000 to March 2002, Mr. Mariner served as the Chief Operating Officer of Charter Schools U.S.A., a charter school development and management company. Mr. Mariner was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Florida Marlins Baseball Club from February 1992 to December 2000. Mr. Mariner currently serves on the Boards of Directors of BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. and Steiner Leisure, Limited, both of which file reports pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Mr. Coldren, age 60, is President of Business Information Systems, Inc., a distributor of digital recording systems. Until 2004, Mr. Coldren was also Chairman of Medical Information Systems, Corp., a distributor of hospital computer systems.
