Frank Brown has been actively providing investment banking advice to financial services companies and other businesses for over twenty-five years. He began his career in 1977 with The First Boston Corporation in New York. Subsequently, he served in senior investment banking roles at The Robinson-Humphrey Company and Bankers Trust New York Corporation. In the mid 1990's, he founded the investment banking boutique, Brown, Burke Capital Partners, one of the most active firms executing mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry in the southeast. Mr. Brown was also the managing member of Capital Appreciation Partners, an Atlanta based venture capital and merchant-banking fund with $30 million in committed capital. Mr. Brown is a member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
