Ed Muller was appointed Mirant's chairman, president and chief executive officer in 2005. Mirant is a competitive energy company that produces and sells electricity in the United States, the Caribbean, and the Philippines. Mirant owns or leases approximately 17,300 megawatts of electric generating capacity globally. The company operates an integrated asset management and energy marketing organization from its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Linn Williams joined Mirant in 2005 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, he leads the legal team with the mission of protecting and enhancing the company's assets and reputation while facilitating execution of the business plan. He also oversees the company's legislative and regulatory affairs activities including all policy matters related to these areas. As Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for the design and operation of Mirant's legal compliance and ethics program.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Holden has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Mirant Corporation since April 2002 and has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Mirant Americas Generation, Mirant North America and Mirant Mid-Atlantic since November 2002. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer for Mirant s Europe group from 2001 to February 2002, Vice President and Treasurer of Mirant from 1999 to 2001, Vice President, Operations and Business Development for Mirant s South American region from 1996 to 1999, and Vice President, Business Development for Mirant s Asia group from 1994 to 1995. He held various positions at Southern Company from 1985 to 1994, including Director of Corporate Finance.

Bob Senier is the Local 369 Business Agent for Production and Maintenance, in the northern region. Bob represents members at Boston Generation, Distrigas, ElecComm, Entergy, Excelon, NStar, Maverick, Mirant, and RCN. He has been a union member for 17 years serving in the capacity of a Steward, Chief Steward, and Trustee. Before coming to Boston Edison Bob served in the United States Marine Corps. Bob started in the Overhead at Boston Edison where he worked until his election as Business Agent last fall. While in the OH Bob held the rates of Lineman Grade C, B, A, Hot Stick and Hot Stick Troubleshooter.Bob is also Melrose youth hockey coach.

Dorianna C. Phillips is the Senior Media Planner for Poorman-Douglas Noticing. Dorianna is responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of our class action and bankruptcy advertising efforts. She has been responsible for class action cases including, Microfilm Services v. Microsoft Corporation and In re: Managed Care Litigation (CIGNA Settlements), In re: Natural Gas Anti-Trust Cases I,II, III & IV,. Her bankruptcy legal notice experience includes: In re: Mirant Corporation, In re: Enron Corporation ERISA Litigation and In re: Ormet Corporation et al.
