Mr. El-Kurjie joined Bargain Network in early 2003 as the Director of Engineering and was named VP Engineering and Network Operations in October 2005. Mr. El-Kurjie brings to his position over 14 years of technology experience in the software and media industries. He has had many opportunities to build technology teams and grow systems operations in fast paced and challenging business environments. Prior to Bargain Network, Mr. El-Kurjie directed engineering teams and projects at Pacific Bell, Excite, Clip2, and other technology start ups in the Silicon Valley. Mr. El-Kurjie holds B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Ms. Clapinski currently oversees all aspects of the Bargain Network human resources department providing service to almost 800 employees in both their Santa Barbara, California and Houston, Texas offices. She joined the company in 2002 and assumed her current role in early 2004. Ms. Clapinski's career started in the hospitality industry where she worked at the Los Padres Inn in Ojai and the Radisson Hotel Santa Barbara (now the Hotel Mar Monte). She spent 7 years with the Radisson Hotel in a variety of functions including front office management, catering & sales, event planning, training, and human resources. Most recently, she served as the hotel's Senior Sales Manager concentrating on large conferences and corporate groups.
