William O. Bray brings to Barrister Global Services Network, Inc. more than 25 years experience in technology industries. He joined Barrister in January 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer and is leading the Company through accelerated expansion of its multi-vendor IT services business and profitability growth. Bray is also a Director of Barrister. Most recently, Bray served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hitachi Innovative Solutions Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd., where he was responsible for building a global professional services company. From 1997 to 2000, Bray served as Vice President, Outsourcing Solutions and Managed Services of NCR Corporation where he established a global managed services and outsourcing business. Previously, he held executive management positions with NCR, UNISYS Corporation and COMDISCO, Inc. Bray holds a Ph.D. in business administration from California Coast University, an M.S. in business administration from San Diego State University and a B.S. in computer science from California Polytechnic State University.

Franklyn S. Barry, Jr., is the former President and CEO of Aethlon Medical, Inc. and Hemex, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in managing and building companies. Mr. Barry became director of Aethlon Medical, Inc. in March of 1999, and is the past President of Fisher-Price, a children's products company, and was co-founder and CEO of Software Distribution Services, which today operates as Ingram Micro-D, a global leader in the distribution of personal computer products. He received a BA from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
