Daniel joined the Board in May 1999 and replaced David Morgan as Chairman in 2002. He has significant experience with emerging technology companies, raising private equity finance and providing bespoke corporate finance advice. He is also a director of the Puma II Fund, a fund managed by the Shore Capital Group with a bias towards technology. Daniel holds a degree in Engineering and Business Administration and studies corporate finance at the London Business School.
