Jerry Baranski is an Associate Broker with Bay Harbor Properties. Jerry was the CEO and owner of the Prudential Chamberlain-Stiehl Real Estate Company, which served the Detroit area since 1948. He is a former REALTOR of The Year for the Birmingham Bloomfield Real Estate Board. Currently he serves on the National Association of REALTORS Resort Committee addressing national resort issues. As a 40 year plus summer and fulltime resident of the Bay Harbor area, he and his family have lived the "lifestyle." He is an owner of several Bay Harbor properties and a member of the Bay Harbor Yacht Club and Bay Harbor Golf Club. Summers have found Jerry living on the Ramblin' Rose in the Bay Harbor Lake Marina. Jerry has earned a BA and MBA from Michigan State University. Jerry contends that the Bay Harbor Lifestyle is like no other.

Linda Parker spent four years in county government and ten years as a legal secretary before joining the Bay Harbor team in 1995. She is Office Manager of Bay Harbor Properties. Linda's knowledge of the Bay Harbor community and past work experience is a great asset to the sales team. She assists them with their daily activities and throughout the sales and closing process. Linda is a member of the Emmet Association of REALTORS, the Michigan Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. Linda has lived in Petoskey for over nineteen years with her husband and two sons.

Megan Nickerson is the Group Sales Coordinator for Bay Harbor Resort & Marina, Hotel and Conference Center. Megan was born and raised in northern Michigan and recently moved back to the area after living and working in Grand Rapids for many years. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University, majoring in both Marketing and International Business. Megan comes to Bay Harbor with a diverse background in hospitality, sales and marketing which she gained from interning at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida and working as a Marketing Assistant after college. She has also gained a considerable amount of knowledge of the Bay Harbor community while working for Bay Harbor Properties. Megan resides in Petoskey. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and spending days at the beach.

Pam graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science degree. She is originally from Southeast Michigan, and transitioned to northern Michigan in 2002 from Birmingham. Pam has been in sales for over 17 years and has been recognized for her exceptional customer service. She brings a wealth of knowledge about the banking industry and mortgage lending to her new position as a Sales Executive at Bay Harbor Properties. Throughout her career Pam has worked primarily in the banking industry in Branch Management, Mortgage Lending, Relationship Management and Commercial Lending. Most recently Pam was Assistant Vice President of Business Banking for JP Morgan Chase Bank in Petoskey. Pam is well versed and knowledgeable about Bay Harbor given that her parents have been a part of the Bay Harbor community since 1996.
