Bob Williams is a General Partner with Bay Partners, an early stage Venture Capital firm located in Silicon Valley managing $1B in funds being invested across a portfolio of high technology companies. Bob joined Bay in 1997. His primary area of investment interest is enterprise infrastructure hardware and software. He has also made investments in electronic design automation, carrier networking, and wireless. His past deals include WebLogic (NASDAQ:BEAS) and SonicWall (NASDAQ:SNWL). John Freidenrich is Partner Emeritus of Bay. John founded Bay Partners in 1976 and led the firm for over a quarter century. Beginning his career as a lawyer, John founded the law firm of Ware & Freidenrich in 1968.
