Barb has been teaching violin and other instruments since she was a teenager in college. Following her graduation from The University of Michigan School of Music, she played in professional and community orchestras in Massachusetts and Kentucky while maintaining her studio. She moved to Lebanon in 2001. Barb now plays in the Lafayette Symphony Orchestra and free-lances. With her family, they perform as Running River Strings entertaining at nursing homes, churches, libraries, schools and other locations and events. Barb has a special interest in clinical musicianship. She is currently pursuing certification as an "Advanced Certified Clinical Musician" learning how to play at the bedside for critically ill patients. One of her goals is to further the role music plays in area hospitals and other medical settings. Barb has seven children, one grandson and homeschools her four younger children. Barb and her family worship at Grace Baptist Church in Lebanon where they participate in choir and the sanctuary orchestra. Jacob Walters: Jacob teaches piano and guitar in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a double major in music and communications. Jacob is branch manager for BB&T. He is married to Beth and they have one son, Josiah. They are expecting their second child in November of 2006. Jacob sings with the Richpond Baptist Church Choir in Bowling Green.

Bob Colvin has served as president and CEO of Memorial Health since February 1997. Prior to joining Memorial Health, Colvin held executive positions with Quorum Health Resources, Inc., including vice president of Georgia group operations in Atlanta, where he shouldered operational responsibility for 11 management contract hospitals. He also served as president and CEO of Gritman Medical Center and Palouse Regional Health Corporation, both in Moscow, Idaho. Colvin serves on the board of directors of the Greater Savannah Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia State Chamber of Commerce, Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T) of Savannah, the American Heart Association of Savannah, and the First City Club of Savannah. In 1999, he was appointed by Georgia Governor Roy Barnes to serve on a special task force charged with assessing Georgia's public and private sector Y2k preparedness. Colvin earned both his bachelor's degree in business management and his master's in business administration from Idaho State University. A native of Idaho, Colvin, and his wife Susan, have two children and two grandchildren.
