A recipient of the Order of Canada, Mr. Lanthier is currently a Director of the Boards of the TSX Group, Inc., Bank of Canada, Torstar Corporation, Ellis-Don Inc., BCE Emergis, Gerdau Ameristeel Inc. and Biovail. He is also active with the United Way, Goodwill Industries, The University of Toronto, and the London Health Sciences Foundation. Educated at McGill University, Mr. Lanthier received an honorary Doctor of Law from the University of Toronto in 2002. "
