Mr. Andre Berard was Chairman of the Board of National Bank of Canada from 2002 to 2004, after having assumed the duties of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 2002, President and Chief Executive Officer in 1989 and President and Chief Operating Officer from 1986 to 1989. Between 1958 and 1986, he held various positions of increasing responsibilities at National Bank of Canada. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of BCE Inc., BMTC Group Inc., Falconbridge Inc., Saputo Inc., Tembec Inc. and Transforce Income Fund.

George Cope, 47, is President and Chief Executive Officer of BCE Inc and Bell Canada, focused on driving profitable growth, enhancing customer service and delivering leading communications products to Bell’s national marketplace. Prior to joining Bell Canada in 2005, Mr. Cope was President and Chief Executive Officer of national wireless carrier TELUS Mobility since 2000. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of national wireless carrier Clearnet Communications for 13 years. Mr. Cope serves on the Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. A past recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Award, Mr. Cope holds a Business Administration (Honours) degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael T. Boychuk is Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada since November 1999. Prior to his current position, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of BCE Capital, the venture capital arm of BCE Inc. Mr. Boychuk, a Chartered Accountant by profession, began his career with KPMG (Peat Marwick) and later joined the Montreal Trust Company where he held progressively senior positions until 1993. From 1994 to 1997, he co-founded Manitex Capital Inc., a private equity merchant bank. Mr. Boychuk is a graduate of McGill University. His directorships include Bell Nordiq Income Fund, Bimcor Inc. and BCE Capital Inc.
