Amin J. Khoury is Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of B/E Aerospace, Inc. During Mr. Khoury’s career, he has founded and/or developed companies in the scientific instrument, medical services, medical devices, aerospace and semi-conductor process equipment businesses. Mr. Khoury received a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from Northeastern University. A member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies, he also received Northeastern’s prestigious Medallion Achievement Award. Mr. Khoury also holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Chemistry. He currently serves on the boards of B/E Aerospace, Inc. as well as Synthes, Inc. Mr. Khoury is actively involved in The Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County and Martin County, The Mary, Mother of Light Church, The Dana Farber Cancer Research Institute, the Brigham & Woman’s Hospital, The Biomotion Foundation and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.

Robert J. Khoury has been a Director since July 1987, when he cofounded the Company. On December 31, 2005, Mr. Khoury retired from service as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, a position he held since August 2000. From April 1996 through August 2000, he served as Vice Chairman of the Company. Mr. Khoury is the brother of Amin J. Khoury.

Michael B. Baughan has been President and Chief Operating Officer of B/E Aerospace, Inc. since December 31, 2005. From July 2002 to December 2005, Mr. Baughan was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Aircraft Segment, the company’s largest segment accounting for 65% of total revenue. Upon joining the company in 1994, he was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Seating Products Group until 1999, and then Seating Division Vice President and General Manager until July 2002. Prior to 1994, Mr. Baughan held various positions including President of AET Systems, Manager of Strategic Initiatives at The Boston Company (American Express) and Sales Representative at Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Baughan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is active in various industry associations and serves on the board of United Way. He is a licensed pilot.

Thomas P. McCaffrey is Corporate Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of B/E Aerospace, Inc., positions he has held since he joined the Company in 1993. He has overall responsibility for financial management, including establishing adequate controls over internal and external reporting of financial results, financial relations and general administration matters for the Company. From August 1989 through May 1993, Mr. McCaffrey was an Audit Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and from 1976 through 1989 served in several capacities, including Audit Partner, with Coleman & Grant. Mr. McCaffrey's professional memberships have included the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed as a CPA in California, Colorado and Florida.

Edmund J. Moriarty has been Corporate Vice President - Law, General Counsel and Secretary of B/E Aerospace, Inc. since November 1995. Prior to 1995, Mr. Moriarty served as Vice President and General Counsel to Rollins, Inc., a national service company. From 1982 through 1991, he served as Vice President and General Counsel to Old Ben Coal Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of BP America, Inc. (formerly the Standard Oil Company, Ohio). Previous to this position, he worked for the Office of the General Counsel, National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C. and also as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of the Interior, Washington, D.C. Mr. Moriarty is a member of the board of directors of the Non-resident Division of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

RJ Landry has been Vice President, Human Resources for B/E Aerospace, Inc, since July 1, 2006. Mr. Landry is responsible for all facets of the Human Resources function, including Labor Relations on a worldwide basis. From July 2002 to June 2006, Mr. Landry served as Vice President, Human Resources of the Commercial Aircraft Products Segments. Upon joining the company in 1994, he was Director, Human Resources for the In-Flight Entertainment Group until February 1999, and was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources for Flight Structures and Seating Products Group until July 2002. Prior to joining B/E Aerospace in 1994, Mr. Landry held various diversified human resources positions within several industries, which include companies such as Pfizer, The Walt Disney Company and FileNet Corporation. Mr. Landry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel Management from Nicholls State University in Louisiana. Mr. Landry is a Certified Management Trainer through Zenger-Miller, an international consulting, educating, and skill development firm.

Stephen R. Swisher serves as Vice President and Controller and is responsible for B/E Aerospace’s accounting, financial reporting, business planning and financial systems activities. Prior to joining B/E Aerospace in 1994, Mr. Swisher held various financial management positions, including Manager of Division Accounting at Burger King Corporation and Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Swisher is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Wayne R. Exton has been Group Vice President and General Manager, Business Jet Segment of B/E Aerospace, Inc. since April 30, 2006, where he directs the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Business Jet Segment, which includes the Super First Class business. Prior to this position, Mr. Exton joined B/E as Vice President and General Manager of the Super First Class business in November 2005, where he led the development and execution of business planning initiatives. Prior to joining B/E, Mr. Exton worked nine years for Britax Automotive and Aerospace Divisions in a variety of positions including General Manager, Vice President Operations and Director, Global Marketing and Sales. As General Manager of Britax Heath Tecna, he had profit and loss responsibility for multiple businesses in the aircraft integration, reconfiguration and composites manufacturing sectors. Before joining Britax, Mr. Exton held senior positions at Fiat, and Lucas Electrical in the UK where he began his career. Mr. Exton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Warwick University in the UK.

Werner Lieberherr is the Group Vice President & General Manager for the Commercial Aircraft Products Group, which consists of the Seating Products Segment, the Interior Products Segment and the Engineering Systems Segment. Prior to joining B/E Aerospace in July of 2006, Werner Lieberherr held several senior management positions including President, Managing Director, Vice President Global Program Management and General Manager Sales at ABB and Alstom in North America, Europe and Asia. Werner Lieberherr holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Master's Degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich.

Dr. Richard G. Hamermesh has been a Director of the Company since July 1987. He is currently a Professor of Management Practice at the Harvard Business School. From 1987 to 2001, he was a co-founder and a Managing Partner of the Center for Executive Development, an executive education and development consulting firm. Prior to that, from 1976 to August 1987, Dr. Hamermesh was a member of the faculty of the Harvard Business School. He is also an active investor and entrepreneur, having participated as a principal, director and investor in the founding and early stages of 15 organizations.

Jim Thompson is the Sales Manager for Nelson Aerospace. Jim Thompson was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He attended Pierce College, majoring in Marketing & Management. Prior to joining Nelson Aerospace in 1980, Mr. Thompson held positions as a salesman for a plastics distributor and as a sales estimator for a foam packaging manufacture. Mr. Thompson is also a member of the Elder Board of Faith Bible Church. Other interests include gardening and fishing.

Arthur E. Wegner has been a Director since January 2007. He retired in 2000 as Executive Vice President of Raytheon Company and Chairman of Raytheon Aircraft. He joined Raytheon Company in July 1993 as a Senior Vice President and was appointed Chairman and CEO of Raytheon’s Beech Aircraft Corporation. In September 1994, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Raytheon Aircraft, which was formed by the merger of Raytheon subsidiaries, Beech Aircraft and Raytheon Corporate Jets. He became Chairman of Raytheon Aircraft in 2000. He was elected an Executive Vice President of Raytheon Company in March of 1995. Mr. Wegner came to Raytheon Company after 20 years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he was Executive Vice President and President of UTC’s Aerospace and Defense Sector. Prior to that he was President of UTC’s Pratt and Whitney Division. Mr. Wegner is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association and the Aerospace Industries Association.

Charles L. Chadwell, 68. Mr. Chadwell became a director of the Company on April 22, 2008. Until his retirement in 2002, Mr. Chadwell served as Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Engine Operations for General Electric Aircraft Engines. Prior to that, he held a variety of general management and senior management positions at General Electric Aircraft Engines. Mr. Chadwell serves on the Board of Directors of B/E Aerospace, Inc.

Chairman of the Board PrivatAir, Inc. Dave began flying at age 14 and has over 25 years experience in aerospace and telecommunications marketing and sales. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot's License and spent 3 years in the Special Services Branch of the US Army before serving as Senior Vice President, Domestic and International Sales for Canadair Challenger and Regional Vice President for Cessna Aircraft. He founded Flight Services Group in 1984 and was appointed CEO of PrivatAir in December 2000, and Vice Chairman in February 2003. In 2007 he was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board for PrivatAir, Inc.

Jim Cowart has been a Director since November 1989. Mr. Cowart is currently an independent investor and a principal of Cowart & Co. LLC and EOS Capital, Inc., private capital firms retained from time to time by the Company for strategic planning, competitive analysis, financial relations and other services. From January 1993 to November 1997, Mr. Cowart was the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Electronics Inc. From 1987 until 1991, Mr. Cowart was a founding general partner of Capital Resource Partners, a private investment capital manager. Prior to such time, Mr. Cowart held various positions in investment banking and venture capital with Lehman Brothers, Shearson Venture Capital and Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Jonathan Schofield has been a director since April 2001. He recently retired from Airbus Industrie of North America, Inc., a subsidiary of Airbus Industrie, a manufacturer of large civil aircraft. From December 1992 through February 2000, Mr. Schofield served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Airbus subsidiary, and served as Chairman from February 2000 until his retirement in March 2001. From 1989 until he joined Airbus, Mr. Schofield was President of United Technologies International Corporation. Mr. Schofield is currently a member of the board of directors of Aviall, Inc., Douglas Machine, Inc., TurboCombustor Technology, Inc. and is a trustee of LIFT Trust.
