Thomas P. McCaffrey is Corporate Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of B/E Aerospace, Inc., positions he has held since he joined the Company in 1993. Arthur E. Wegner has been a Director since January 2007. He retired in 2000 as Executive Vice President of Raytheon Company and Chairman of Raytheon Aircraft. He joined Raytheon Company in July 1993 as a Senior Vice President and was appointed Chairman and CEO of Raytheon’s Beech Aircraft Corporation. Prior to that he was President of UTC’s Pratt and Whitney Division.
