CARL WHITE is ValueClick's Chief Executive Officer (Europe). Mr. White joined ValueClick in October 2001 as the General Manager of ValueClick's European operations. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (Europe) in June 2005 and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (Europe) in August 2006. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. White served as the Chief Operating Officer of 24/7 Europe and was responsible for media and technology businesses in thirteen countries. Prior to that, Mr. White worked as a publisher for BBC Worldwide (the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation) managing commercial and editorial teams across a number of magazine titles and multimedia projects. Mr. White also has senior sales management experience from Gruner and Jahr, Media Week and Centaur Communications. Mr. White holds a B.S.c. from Bristol University, England.

As Commission Junction's vice president of CJ Search, Mike Solomon is responsible for developing and managing the company's CJ Search service offering including sales, account management, and business development. Since joining Commission Junction in 2005, Mr. Solomon has played a significant role in developing the strategic vision of the service and building out the team that drives client revenue. Prior to joining Commission Junction, Mr. Solomon has held senior and executive marketing positions at companies including BLG Online Stores, Yahoo!, and EarthLink. He holds a bachelor's degree from University of California at Berkley and a master's degree in business administration from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California at Los Angeles.
A seven year veteran in affiliate marketing, Terance Kinsky is vice president of client solutions at Commission Junction and is responsible for guiding the continued growth of company's client base and establishing the strategic direction of the company's product roadmap. Mr. Kinsky joined Commission Junction in September 2000 as the director of business systems and was responsible for business systems implementation and continuous improvements. During his tenure at Commission Junction, Mr. Kinsky has lead the strategic planning of network quality efforts with focus on both systems and policies including the industry Code of Conduct. Prior to joining Commission Junction, Mr. Kinsky was a Product Manager for DPTechnology and worked as an engineer for MPR Associates and IBM.

TOM A. VADNAIS has been a director of ValueClick since October 2001. From April 2001 to October 2001, Mr. Vadnais was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Mediaplex, Inc., a provider of technology-based marketing and products and services. Prior to joining Mediaplex, Mr. Vadnais was the Executive Vice President of Professional Services for Compuware Corporation, a software and professional services provider for IT professionals, where he was retained to perform the integration of Data Processing Resources Corporation (DPRC) and managed mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Vadnais was the President and Chief Operating Officer of DPRC, prior to its acquisition by Compuware. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Vadnais was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Tascor, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norrell Inc., where he was a member of Norrell's board of directors. Until 1992, Mr. Vadnais worked at IBM for twenty-three years in various management roles, where he had experience in sales, marketing, and as Vice President of Operations. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.

Sallie joined Commission Junction in November 2003 as a Program Manager, progressing to Senior Account Development Manager in February 2006. In May 2007 she took up the role of Head of Client Engagement. She is responsible for leading the Account Development Team alongside the Head of Account Management, by advising advertisers on strategic improvements to facilitate further growth for their affiliate marketing activities. Sallie is also a key link with the sales team, and in addition manages the specialist agency business vertical, client services and network development. Prior to working with Commission Junction, Sallie was Advertising Manager for The Scientist. In this role she sold for the print publication, and developed and launched the BioMedScientist Jobs website, where she was involved in business development, market research and sales.
