Damian Gammell is chief executive officer of Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG. After graduating from the College of Marketing in Dublin, Damian Gammell began his career with the Coca-Cola system in 1991. A native of Ireland, he held several management positions at the bottler Coca-Cola HBC, first in marketing and sales.
From 2000 to 2001, he was region manager, Balkans, Southeast Europe; and from 2001 to 2004, he was chief executive officer for Coca-Cola HBC Russia. He then served as Commercial Director for Coca-Cola Amatil.

Martin Jansen is chief executive officer for Coca-Cola China Industries Ltd. (CCCIL) and also responsible for The Coca-Cola Company's Bottling Investment interest in Beijing and Shanghai.
Mr. Jansen joined the Coca-Cola system in 1998 when he was appointed chief operating officer for Coca-Cola Sabco (CCS). In 2001, he was appointed chief executive officer leading an anchor bottler with operations in 12 countries in Africa and Asia.
Mr. Jansen is also a director of CCS, a board member of The Coca-Cola Company African Foundation and a board member of Haad Thip, one of our bottling partners in Thailand.

Prior to Bahlsen, he held marketing and sales positions in the Netherlands with Jamin (confectionary) and Jacobs Suchard-Cote d'Or. He was also manager of a professional football club in the Netherlands.

Muhtar Kent is president and chief executive officer of The Coca-Cola Company, and serves on the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Kent joined The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta in 1978 and has held a variety of marketing and operations roles throughout his career. Under Mr. Kent's leadership, Efes experienced extraordinary growth, with triple-digit revenue growth and a 250 percent increase in market capitalization. During that time, in addition to taking Efes Breweries International public on the London Stock Exchange, Mr. Kent also served as a board member of Coca-Cola Icecek. Mr. Kent was named president and chief operating officer of The Coca-Cola Company's North Asia, Eurasia and Middle East Group from 2005 until early 2006, where he was responsible for the operations across a broad and diverse geographic region that included China, Japan and Russia. Mr. Kent served as president of Coca-Cola International through most of 2006, responsible for operations outside of North America, until his appointment as president and chief operating officer of The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing all operations of the business, including Bottling Investments. On July 1, 2008, he succeeded Neville Isdell as chief executive officer of the Company. Mr. Ahmet C. Bozer is president of the Eurasia & Africa Group of The Coca-Cola Company.
Mr. Bozer joined the Coca-Cola system in 1990 as financial control manager, Coca-Cola USA. In 1992, he moved to Turkey as region finance manager. Mr. Bozer next served as managing director of Coca-Cola Bottlers of Turkey (CCBT). CCBT was formed in 1998, as a joint venture between The Coca-Cola Company, The Anadolu Group and Özgörkey Companies.
He served as finance director and deputy managing director of Company Bottling Operations in Turkey from 1994 to 1999, prior to his appointment as president of the Eurasia & Middle East Division. He then served as president of the Eurasia Group until the group was reorganized and renamed the Eurasia & Africa Group in July 2008.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, he spent five years with Coopers & Lybrand in various audit, consultancy and management roles.
Mr. Bozer holds a masters degree in Business Information Systems from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Management from Middle East Technical University in Turkey.

Mr. Alexis Sacre is president of the Middle East Business Unit of The Coca-Cola Company.
Mr. Sacre joined Coca-Cola Hellenic in 1997. In January 1998, he was appointed country general manager in Bulgaria and, in 2002, country general manager in Romania and Moldova.
In September 2004, Mr. Sacre was promoted to the position of regional director, responsible for Coca-Cola Hellenic’s operations in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, and became a member of the operating committee, the highest executive body within Hellenic. He moved to his current position at The Coca-Cola Company in October 2008.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Mr. Sacre spent many years at Abela, an International Food Service and Hotel Management Company with head offices in London. He held several leadership roles there from 1984 until 1997.
He began his career in the European office of D’Appolonia Consulting Engineers, a Pittsburgh-based Geotechnical Engineering Company.
Mr. Sacre holds a Bachelor in Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut, an MS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Atul Singh is president of the India and South West Asia Business Unit of The Coca-Cola Company.
From January through August 2005, Mr. Singh was president of the East, Central & South China Division, covering Shanghai, the Swire bottling territories of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He was also responsible for global and strategic key customer relationships for Greater China and was a member of the Customer Leadership Council.

Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch is president of the Germany Business Unit.
Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch has nearly 25 years of business experience in general management and marketing and sales roles in a variety of leading consumer product companies. She started her career in brand management for Colgate-Palmolive in Paris before she moved to Beiersdorf in Hamburg, where she was in charge of different product lines and then became international hair care manager. She then joined Johnson & Johnson in Duesseldorf where she lastly worked as sales & marketing director for the Cosmetics in Pharmacy Business and became a board member.
Most recently, Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch worked for L'Oréal Paris, as managing director for the German business based in Duesseldorf, and as managing director for their Consumer Division based in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2006, she joined The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Smith joined The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta in 1997, as manager of Mergers and Acquisitions for the Latin America Group. In that capacity, he was responsible for bottler and brand transactions in Latin America, and helped formulate and execute system franchise strategies.

Brian P. Kelley joined Coca-Cola North America as president and general manager of Still Beverages and Supply Chain in April, 2007.
Still Beverages includes the following categories and brands: Juice (Minute Maid, Simply, Fuze, Odwalla, and Hi-C), Water (vitaminwater, Smartwater, Dasani, Evian, and Spring), Sports (Powerade), Energy (Full throttle, NOS, and Rock Star), Tea (Enviga, Gold Peak, and Nestea), and Coffee (Caribou and Godiva).
He is also responsible for the Coca-Cola North America Supply Chain which includes 23 company-owned plants, 30 co-packer facilities and more than 60 logistics warehouses.
Mr. Kelley has a wide array of operational, general management, and brand management experience. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in 1983 where, for 11 years, he had a number of brand management, marketing and sales assignments and was responsible for some of P&G’s most recognized brand names.
From 1994 through 1999, Mr. Kelley was a senior executive and corporate officer with General Electric. After a series of marketing and general manager assignments, he became vice president and general manager in GE’s appliance business.
He next served as Ford’s vice president of global marketing and consumer services and was chief operating officer of the Ford Investment Company, and then as president of Lincoln Mercury, a business unit of Ford Motor Company, where he oversaw all facets of the $13 billion company.
In August of 2002, Mr. Kelley joined SIRVA, Inc. as president and chief executive officer. SIRVA is a $3.7 billion global public company that provides relocation solutions to corporations, governments and consumers worldwide. He was a member of the company’s board of directors. SIRVA (SIR) is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, with more than 5,000 employees in over 40 countries around the world.
Mr. Kelley has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Clyde C. Tuggle is senior vice president, Corporate Affairs & Productivity, The Coca-Cola Company.
Mr. Tuggle joined the Company in January 1989 in the Corporate Issues Communications department. In June 1992, he was named executive assistant to Roberto C. Goizueta, then chairman and CEO of the Company, where he managed external affairs and communications for the Office of the Chairman.

Curtis A. Ferguson is president of the North and West Africa Business Unit.
Mr. Ferguson began his career with Coca-Cola USA in Atlanta, Georgia in 1983. He was transferred to The Coca-Cola Export Corporation in 1988, and has held a variety of management and Board positions in subsidiaries of The Coca-Cola Company in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Nepal, Sri Lanka,Vietnam, Morocco and Egypt.
In January 1998, Mr. Ferguson was appointed senior region manager for Egypt. He assumed the position of managing director of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Egypt in July 2000. In 2002, he became of senior region manager for the West Africa Region, based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. In late 2003, Mr. Ferguson was named senior regional director for the Western Africa Region based in Casablanca, Morocco. He was appointed to his current position in January 2005.
Mr. Ferguson is a director of The North African Beverage Company, which is a joint venture for The Coca-Cola Company in the fast-growing North African market.
Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Finance and Management from Indiana University. Dan Sayre is president of the Company's Japan Business Unit. Mr. Sayre works in close partnership with the chairman of Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, Ltd. (CCJC) on business strategy and key initiatives.
Mr. Sayre joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1983 as Sprite® brand manager for Coca-Cola USA. He subsequently served as brand manager for Diet Coke®, executive assistant to the Company's chief marketing officer, and then group brand manager for the Coca-Cola trademark. Deryck J. van Rensburg has 25 years of international business experience in leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, and formerly with Unilever PLC, which has seen him operating in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Greece, Romania and South Africa.

From May 2005 until May 2007, Dominique Reiniche was president of UNESDA (European Non-Alcoholic Beverage Industry), during which she led the industry to liaise more with the EU authorities, to communicate more broadly the choice of drinks it offers, and to adopt a self-regulatory code on not marketing to children and not selling in primary schools. She sits on the Board of ECR Europe and the Board of CIAA (Confederation of the Food and Drink Industries of the EU).

Mr. Jordan served as senior vice president, Marketing and Operations, for the Brazil Division from 1991 to 1995, as president of the River Plate Division, which comprised Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay from 1995 to 2000, and as president of the South Latin America Division, comprising Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay from 2000 to 2003. In February 2003, he was appointed executive vice president and director of operations for the Latin America Group and served in that capacity until February 2006. Mr. Jordan was appointed president of the East, South Asia and Pacific Rim Group in February 2006. The East, South Asia and Pacific Rim Group was reconfigured and renamed the Pacific Group, effective January 1, 2007.
Mr. Jordan received an industrial engineering degree from Los Andes University in 1978 and graduated from the Stanford University Executive Program in 1992. He also taught marketing and operational research, advertising, marketing, finance, and administration during his career with Coca-Cola de Colombia. He has been based in Hong Kong since 2006.

José Octavio Reyes is president of The Coca-Cola Company's Latin America Group. Based in Mexico City, this Group encompasses Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
Mr. Reyes began his career with The Coca-Cola Company in 1980 at Coca-Cola de México as manager of Strategic Planning. In 1987, he was appointed manager of the Sprite and Diet Coke brands at corporate headquarters in Atlanta.
He moved to Brazil in 1990 as director of Marketing for the Brazil Division and subsequently was named Marketing and Operations vice president for the Mexico Division. Mr. Reyes then became deputy division president for the Mexico Division in 1996, and was named its president later that year. He assumed his current role in December 2002.
Mr. Reyes holds a chemical engineering degree from the Universidad Autónoma de México and an MBA from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, both in his native Mexico. Kandy Anand is division president of the Philippines Business Unit.
Mr. Anand joined the Company in 1997 as division marketing director for South Latin America. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility.

Nathan Kalumbu is president of the East & Central Africa Business Unit. A Zimbabwean national, he has successfully held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over his 17-year career with The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Erden was a professor of engineering at Bosphorus University at Istanbul, Turkey, teaching in both the Civil and Industrial Engineering Departments between 1974 and 1982. He also served as the chairman of the Industrial Engineering Department.

Wilson is chief customer and commercial officer and senior vice president, The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for crafting and executing our global customer and commercial leadership strategy and agenda. He and his team lead our system in building collaborative customer relationships across all key channels, with a focus on best-in-class innovation, retail execution, shopper marketing and revenue growth management.
Mr. Wilson joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1988, from Volkswagen of America, Inc., where he was USA brand manager. He has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility at the Company in general management, consumer marketing and strategic planning, serving as Western Area vice president, director of Strategic Marketing, and director of Sales Operations within the Coca-Cola USA Foodservice division. Prior to his current role, Mr. Wilson served as president of the McDonald's Division, where he led our worldwide organization responsible for growing this important business alliance in 118 countries and over 31,000 restaurants.
Mr. Wilson received his Masters Degree in Marketing from Mercer University and his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Prior to joining Allstate in 2003, Mr. Tripodi was chief marketing officer for The Bank of New York. He served as chief marketing officer for Seagram Spirits & Wine Group from 1999 to 2002. From 1989 to 1998, he was the executive vice president for global marketing, products and services for MasterCard International, where among other achievements he was a chief architect of the acclaimed "Priceless" campaign. Previously, Joe spent seven years with the Mobil Oil Corporation, where he gained considerable international experience in roles of increasing responsibility in planning, marketing, business development and operations in New York, Paris, Hong Kong and Guam.
Mr. Tripodi has an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University and a master's degree from The London School of Economics.

Cynthia P. McCague has led the Human Resources function for The Coca-Cola Company since June 2004, and was elected as senior vice president in July, 2004. She initially joined the Company in 1982, and since then has worked across the Coca-Cola business system in a variety of Human Resources and business roles in Europe and the United States. Geoffrey J. Kelly is general counsel and senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Kelly joined the Company in Sydney in February 1970 as a manager in the Legal department for the Australasia area. Since then, he has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility in the Legal departments of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company, providing legal counsel for operations in Asia, Africa and Europe.
In September 2003, he was appointed chief deputy general counsel of the global Legal function and, in February 2004, he was elected senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. He was named general counsel in July 2005.

Ingrid Saunders Jones leads The Coca-Cola Company's global community engagement function, Global Community Connections. Under Ms. Jones' leadership, Global Community Connections works to make a unique and sustainable difference everywhere The Coca-Cola Company sells products, one community at a time, by focusing on four global priorities areas: Water Stewardship (conservation and sanitation), Fitness and Active Lifestyles (physical fitness and nutrition), Sustainable Packaging (recycling) and Education.
As chair of The Coca-Cola Foundation, Ms. Jones leads the Company's philanthropic commitment to sustainable communities. Under her leadership, The Coca-Cola Foundation has contributed more than $256 million to education and other community initiatives. In recognition of her work in the corporate world, as well as her many contributions to civic and community causes, Ms. Jones' alma mater, Michigan State University, honored her with an honorary Doctor of Humanities Degree.
A teacher by training, Ms. Jones' commitment to education and community development extends beyond the doors of the Coca-Cola corporate headquarters. She is a board member of Clark Atlanta University, the Carter Center, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, The Ohio State University President's Council on Women, and the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. Eddie R. Hays, Ph.D., is vice president of Science for The Coca-Cola Company. John M. Farrell is vice president, Strategic Planning, and vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. The Strategic Planning function is responsible for leading the development of the overall corporate strategy of the Company along with the global planning process. Mr. Farrell brings broad domestic and international experience to strategic planning, as he has held major operations roles in North America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Farrell joined the Company's Bottling Operations in 1979, and then moved to Corporate Financial Planning and Policy.
From 1981 - 1989, Mr. Farrell worked in Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), where he held numerous positions in Bottler Operations and Fountain. He was also director of Business Planning for CCNA.
He then spent 10 years in Asia, first in region management in Japan and subsequently, as president of Coca-Cola China, based in Hong Kong.
From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Farrell was based in London, initially as president of Schweppes Beverages, where he completed the merger of that business into our Company in 2001. There he was the director of Business Development and Strategy for Europe, Eurasia and Middle East.
In 2005, Mr. Farrell returned to Asia to lead the Corporate Strategy and Planning function for the Japan Business Unit.
Mr. Farrell has BS degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Virginia. A native of the United States, he also holds a dual citizenship from the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Mr. Guarino had an extensive career with Philip Morris Companies Inc, in a variety of executive roles living in Sweden, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland. His last role at Philip Morris was region director, Africa and Middle East.

As the world’s leading live entertainment ticketing and marketing company, Ticketmaster operates in 19 global markets providing ticket sales, ticket resale services, marketing and distribution through www.ticketmaster.com, one of the largest e-commerce sites on the internet; approximately 6,700 retail outlets and 19 worldwide call centers. Some of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc.’s websites include Ticketmaster, TicketsNow, liveDaily, iLike and Emma Entertainment.
Since December 1992, beginning with QVC, Mr. Diller has served as chief executive for a number of predecessor companies engaged in media and interactivity prior to the formation of IAC.
From October 1984 to April 1992, Mr. Diller served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox, Inc. and was responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting Company in addition to Fox's motion picture operations.
Before joining Fox, Mr. Diller served for ten years as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Paramount Pictures Corporation. In March 1983, in addition to Paramount, Mr. Diller became President of the conglomerate's newly formed Entertainment and Communications Group, which included Simon & Schuster, Inc., Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Diller served as Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment.
Mr. Diller was born in San Francisco and raised in Beverly Hills. He serves on the boards of The Washington Post Company and the Coca-Cola Company. He is also a trustee of New York University and serves on the Executive Board for the Medical Sciences at UCLA, in addition to the boards of Conservation International and the Board of Councilors for the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California. Mr. Diller is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Sam Nunn is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. He served as a United States Senator from Georgia for 24 years (1972-1996), having first entered politics as a Member of the Georgia House of Representatives, and is retired from the law firm King & Spalding. In addition to his work with NTI, Senator Nunn has continued his service in the public policy arena as a distinguished professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech and as chairman of the board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC.
