Bear Lake Recreation, Inc. (the "Company") was organized under the laws of the State of Nevada on October 22, 1998. The Company was formed to engage in any lawful business. The Company's initial authorized capital consisted of 50,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common voting stock. A total of 1,000,000 shares were issued at inception at a price of $0.001 per share. We authorized the issuance of 1,500,000 shares of our common stock to our officers and directors for services on September 28, 2004. We authorized the issuance of an additional 1,500,000 shares of our common stock to our officers and directors for services on September 29, 2005, which is subsequent to the date of this Report. There are currently 4,374,200 shares issued and outstanding. A copy of the Company's Articles of Incorporation were attached as an exhibit to our Registration Statement on Form 10-SB, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 8, 2002.
