Beazley Group Plc.

Neil is the Chairman of the Group Underwriting Committee and Head of Beazley's Reinsurance division. After graduating from St Edmund Hall, Oxford, he began his career at Lloyds in 1984, writing the Non-Marine Treaty account. He joined Beazley in 1990 and was appointed to the Board in 1993. Neil is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Clive joined Beazley in 1998 as Head of Marine for Syndicate 2623/623 and is a member of both the Beazley Group Limited and Beazley Furlonge Limited Boards. Prior to joining Beazley Clive spent eight years at ACE, initially as Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 375 before taking over as Active Underwriter from the late Nick Colton. He has twenty five years experience in the marine insurance industry, is a member LMA Marine Committee and Chairman of the Joint War Committee.

Jim joined Beazley in March 2006. He is responsible for underwriting architectural and engineering risks. Jim is also responsible for the risk management programs that Beazley offers its A&E clients. Prior to joining Beazley, Jim practiced as an attorney for 15 years in New York and Boston, specializing in representing architects and engineers in professional liability claims and transactional work. Jim earned his bachelor's degree at the Univerity of Michigan and his law degree at Brooklyn Law School.

Jerry joined Beazley in May 2005 as the E&O Product Leader within Specialty Lines. Jerry is based in Beazley USA's Farmington, Conn Office. Jerry is responsible for the development of Beazley USA's technology, media and miscellaneous E&O and architects/engineers professional liability business, focusing on small and mid-market accounts. Jerry brings 10 years of experience in these lines.

Steve joined Beazley as a specialty lines underwriter for Architects and Engineers in January 2006. Before joining Beazley, he was the Senior Underwriter for Lexington Insurance Company specializing in large firm underwriting. Prior to that, he was an underwriter at XL Design Professional. Steve is based in Philadelphia.

Andrew Beazley is the CEO of the Beazley Group and President of Beazley Insurance Company Inc. He has over 30 years of Insurance experience as a broker and an underwriter. Andrew's past at Lloyd's has included serving as a member of the Lloyd's Market Board from 1994-1997. He was also a member of the Chairman's Strategy Group which set down the blueprint for reforms including the creation of the Franchise Board.

Dudley Fishburn is a director of HSBC Bank plc. He is an independent director of Beazley Group plc and Altria Inc. He joined the Board in 1996. He was for nine years a Member of Parliament and is a former Treasurer of the National Trust and executive editor of The Economist.
