Computer, sales, and customer service experience are all under Phil Gaughan's belt. In his career, he's had the opportunity to work with many nationwide companies such as Scrooge & Marley, Annabean and Bed Bath & Beyond. In his position as Director of Sales for Store Development, Phil works along side the Solutions Advisors to uphold the sales standards that Solid Cactus has set. Phil's career at Solid Cactus began in the Cactus Complete Commerce department where he helped may companies improve their stores and inventory management in an effecient and effective manner. In the past, Phil was employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he put to use his knowledge of computers in order to prepare for Y-2K. He was also employed at Century 21, where he helped computerize the office, back when the latest technology was the 12-inch floppy disk. He's a graduate of both King's College and Bloomsburg University where he earned degrees in Business and Computer Information Systems respectively. He currently resides in Kingston.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dean S. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P.  Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team. Lubert-Adler Partners is headquartered in Philadelphia, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and London. Over the past ten years, Lubert-Adler has focused its activities in the following areas: Urban Multifamily Redevelopment – Lubert-Adler has teamed up with key operating partners in acquiring vacant office buildings in major urban markets and converting them to modern multifamily.  Dean is also a partner in Independence Capital Partners, a family of funds totaling $7 billion in equity invested in real estate, private equity, corporate restructurings, venture capital and asset-based lending. Prior to Lubert-Adler, Dean graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He also holds a J.D. degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was an instructor at the Wharton School between 1981 and 1983. Subsequently, he worked at Ernst & Young, Baker and Hostetler and CMS. Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member and Research Sponsor for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School and currently serves on the board of directors of Chrysler Financial Board Managers, Bed Bath & Beyond, Developers Diversified, and Cerberus affiliates, LNR and Abelco.  He has been a keynote speaker for national real estate organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Dean has served on numerous community boards including the UJA National Young Leadership Cabinet.  He has served on the City of Philadelphia's Economic Development Summit.  He lives in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania with his wife of twenty years, Susanna Lachs, and their daughters Anna and Sara.  They are both involved with various philanthropic causes locally, nationally, and in Israel.

Stanley F. Barshay is chairman, Consumer Health Care, for Schering-Plough Corporation, a global science-based health care company with leading prescription, consumer and animal health products. Through internal research and collaborations with partners, Schering-Plough discovers, develops, manufactures and markets advanced drug therapies to meet important medical needs. Schering-Plough's vision is to earn the trust of the physicians, patients and customers served by its more than 30,000 people around the world. He has an extensive background in health care and related consumer products with American Home Products Corporation (now Wyeth). He was promoted in 1987 to senior vice president overseeing that company's consumer businesses and also served on its finance and operations committees. During his career with American Home Products, Mr. Barshay also was president of several of the company's subsidiaries, including Boyle-Midway Household Products Corporation and Whitehall Laboratories. Mr. Barshay retired from Wyeth in 1997 and has remained active in the health care arena. Mr. Barshay graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. degree in business administration. He also studied at New York University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Barshay serves on the executive committee of Long Island University's board of trustees and the Glen Oaks Club and J.C.C.A. He is also on the Council of Overseers for the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and he serves on the board of directors of Bed, Bath & Beyond, Inc.

Victoria A. Morrison , 56, has been the Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Edison Properties, LLC since 2007. Ms. Morrison was previously a practicing attorney and a partner in the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP for more than five years. She has been a director of the Company since 2001.
