Mr. Belk has been our President and Chief Merchandising Officer since May 2004 and is an officer and Director of various Belk subsidiaries. He served as President, Merchandising, Marketing and Merchandise Planning from May 1998 until May 2004. He served as an officer and Director of most of the separate predecessor Belk Companies (the Belk Companies ) until May 1998 and has been employed in the Belk retail organization in various positions since June 1979. Mr. Belk is currently a Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and a past Director of the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Charlotte Latin School and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Crossnore School and the Board of the Institute for the Arts/Humanities at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a past Chairman of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Belk is the brother of Thomas M. Belk, Jr. and John R. Belk.

H.W. McKay Belk is president and chief merchandising officer of Belk, Inc. with responsibility for merchandising, marketing, inventory planning and allocation, and visual merchandising for all Belk stores. He joined the company in 1979 and subsequently served in a number of store and corporate management positions before being named to his current position in 1998.

Eugene R. Matthews, II is the Vice President and Regional Director of Stores of Belk, Inc., a department store chain, and has served in that position since 1998. From 1980 to 1998, Mr. Matthews served as Senior Vice President and a director of Matthews-Belk Co., Inc., a department store chain.

Dick Dillingham, CRS has been an active member of the Dallas, Texas residential real estate community since 1977. Dick and his assistant Judy Williams joined Keller Williams in September 1995 and are presently located in the KW-Plano market center. Dick is consistently a multi-million dollar broker associate; being awarded the Gold Medallion at the 2001 Keller Williams convention. Dick was a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential (CRS) for twenty years (20). He was national President of CRS in 1994. Additionally, Dick serves on the Keller Williams University faculty, is the Operating Partner for the KW market center in Plano, Texas and is an owner of the KW Northern California Region. Dick graduated from Southern Methodist University with both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Dick and his wife, Judy, have been married since 1972. They have two daughters, Jenifer who is on staff for Young Life in Richardson, Texas and Rebecca who is an assistant buyer for Belk's Department Stores in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dick and his wife, Judy, are active in Richardson area Young Life and attend Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas.

Reshma Pandya is a Senior Consultant. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting, Reshma held various positions over a 12 year career with software and consulting firms. Reshma's work experience includes software development and system design/implementation. Reshma's consulting focus is merchandise/store planning. Reshma earned a B.S in Mathematics for Business from Middlesex University (U.K.) and M.S. in Applied Statistics from Western Michigan University. Reshma's client experiences include Target, Charlotte Russe, Zales, DSW, Talbots, Big Lots, Lane Bryant, Belk, Urban Brands, William Sonoma, and many others.
