Dr. Havens is the Vice Chair of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Chief of Service at the Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Havens has been in practice of psychiatry since 1989, providing psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to children, adolescents and adults. She has special expertise in the treatment of complex adolescents and young people dealing with grief and family disruption. Dr. Havens completed her medical education at Tufts University School of Medicine, her residency in Adult Psychiatry at the Payne Whitney Clinic/Cornell Medical Center, her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Columbia University and a NIMH Research Fellowship at the HIV Center for Clinical and Behavioral Studies. Prior to joining the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU, Dr. Havens was the Deputy Director and Director of Clinical and Community Services in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Columbia University and the Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York Presbyterian.

Ava Albrecht, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine and the Associate Director of the Adolescent Day Hospital at Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Albrecht is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in general and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Albrecht received her B.A and B.S from the University of California at Irvine and her M.D. at Rush Medical College, where she received the Sandoz Award for Psychiatry in 1994. She completed her residency in general psychiatry and her residency in child and adolescent psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine, serving as Chief Resident in both programs. Dr. Albrecht is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is the co-author of the books 100 Questions and Answers about Depression and 100 Questions & Answers About Bipolar (Manic-Depressive) Disorder.

Carmen Alonso, M.D., is Director of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Emergency Services and the Home-Based Crisis Intervention Program at the New York University School of Medicine. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Attending at Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Alonso is a board certified pediatrician as well as a certified psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. in general, child, addiction, forensic, and geriatric psychiatry. She has been involved in providing and supervising the clinical care of children and adolescents within academic settings spanning the age range from infants in pediatric intensive care units to adolescents in inpatient psychiatric units, and a continuum of care settings ranging from schools, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, inpatient settings, and consultations to pediatricians. Dr. Alonso received her B.A. from New York University and her M.D. from New York Medical College. She completed a residency in pediatrics and a residency in psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Hospital and a child psychiatry fellowship at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Prior to joining the NYU Child Study Center, Dr. Alonso was in charge of inpatient psychiatric services at Schneider Children's Hospital and was the supervising psychopharmacologist at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center site of the Multimodal Treatment Study of ADHD.

Andre-Jacques Neusy has served as a Director of the Company since April 2002. Prior to joining the Company's board of directors, he served as a director for Norland Medical Systems, Inc. from September 1997 to April 2002. Dr. Neusy is a Research Scientist and Attending Physician at Tisch Hospital Center/NYU Medical Center and the Medical Director of the Dialysis Unit and Chief of Nephrology at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City. He has been associated with both hospitals since 1978. Dr. Neusy is also Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at New York University School of Medicine and Attending Physician in Nephrology at the New York VeteranIs Administration Hospital. Dr. Neusy received a B.A. Degree from the International School in Lubumbashi, Zaire, and an M.D. degree from the Free University of Brussels Medical School.
