Dunia Shive has served as president and Chief Executive Officer of Belo since February 2008. She was president and Chief Operating Officer from November 2007 to February 2008 and served as an executive vice president from December 2000 through January 2006. Since joining Belo in May 1993, Dunia has held several senior positions with the Company, including president/Media Operations from February 2006 through November 2007, executive vice president/Media Operations from January 2004 through December 2004, Chief Financial Officer from December 2000 through December 2003, and senior vice president/Chief Financial Officer from July 1998 until December 2000. Dunia serves as chair of the Television Operators Caucus and, effective June 2009, she will become a member of the NAB Television Board of Directors.

James M. Moroney III has served as executive vice president of A. H. Belo Corporation since December 2007 and continues to serve as chief executive officer of The Dallas Morning News since June 2001. In April 2004, Editor & Publisher selected him as Publisher of the Year for his accomplishments at The Dallas Morning News. He had served as president of Belo Interactive, Inc. since its inception in May 1999 and is a member of Belo's Management Committee.
Moroney began his Belo career as a sales trainee at WFAA-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth. In 1985 he became local sales manager for WFAA and later that year was promoted to general sales manager of KOTV in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He returned to Dallas in 1989 as Belo's controller. After returning to Tulsa in 1992 as vice president and general manager of KOTV, Moroney was promoted to president and general manager in January 1993. In November 1993 he became a vice president of the Broadcast Division and in January 1995 was named executive vice president/Television Group. In January 1997, Moroney was promoted to president/Television Group assuming responsibility for the operations of all of Belo's television stations in 15 markets across the United States. In June 1998, he was named executive vice president of Belo, with responsibility for finance, treasury and investor relations.
Moroney has served on the board of the Television Bureau of Advertising and numerous civic organizations. He presently serves on the boards of the Newspaper Association of America, Cistercian Preparatory School in Dallas and the State Fair of Texas.
Moroney graduated from Stanford University in 1978 with a B.A. in American Studies. In 1983 he received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dennis A. Williamson was named executive vice president/Chief Financial Officer in February 2006. Williamson joined the Belo corporate office in January 2000 as senior vice president/Television Group with responsibility for the Company's Texas television and cable operations, was promoted to senior corporate vice president in January 2003 and became senior corporate vice president/Chief Financial Officer in January 2004. He serves on the Company's Management Committee. In his current position, Williamson leads the Company's finance, accounting, tax, treasury, enterprise-wide technology, investor relations, corporate communications and corporate operations functions.
Williamson began his career in 1977 as business manager/controller for Sierra Cascade Communications. In 1979, he became station manager of Sierra Cascade's KTVL in Medford, Oregon. In 1981, he was promoted to vice president and general manager of KTVL.
In 1983, Williamson moved to King Broadcasting Company's KREM-TV in Spokane, Washington, as vice president and general manager. After five years, he assumed the same position with King Broadcasting Company's KGW-TV in Portland, Oregon. In 1992, he was promoted to president and general manager of KGW, a position he held until Belo acquired the station in February 1997. In May of that year, he was promoted to president and general manager of Belo's KING-TV in Seattle/Tacoma.
Williamson graduated from the University of Oregon in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He has served as a member of the board of directors of NATPE (National Association of Television Program Executives), as President of the Oregon Association of Broadcasters, as a member of the CBS Governmental Relations Committee and in various roles with numerous civic organizations.

Guy H. Kerr is currently Executive Vice President/Law and Government and Secretary, a position he assumed in July 2003. Kerr joined Belo as the Company's senior vice president/general counsel and secretary in June 2000. He was formerly a senior partner in the Dallas law firm of Locke Liddell & Sapp. Kerr serves on the Company's Management Committee. A Dallas native, Kerr joined Locke, Purnell, Boren, Laney & Neely as an associate in 1978. He became a partner and shareholder of the firm in 1984 and served on its management committee for six years. He also headed the firm's corporate and securities practice group. In his 22 years of private practice, Kerr advised numerous businesses and boards of directors in a variety of industries including media, technology, financial services, manufacturing and energy. Active in numerous professional and civic organizations, Kerr is a Fellow of the Texas and Dallas Bar Foundations and a member of the American Bar Association. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of The Media Institute. He has served as a trustee for the Highland Park Independent School District, and on the board of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. Kerr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and accounting from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1975. In 1978, he earned a J.D. from Southern Methodist University, where he served as an editor of the law review and was named to the Order of the Coif.

Peter Diaz was named executive vice president/Television operations in November 2007. Previously, he served as senior vice president of Belo Corp. beginning in February 2006. From January 1999 through January 2006, he served as president and General Manager of KHOU-TV in Houston. In his current role, Diaz oversees the Company's television and cable news operations.
Diaz began his career as a research assistant in 1978 at WJBK-TV, a Storer Broadcasting-owned television station in Detroit. He moved through the Storer sales system from 1979 to 1984, first as a local account executive in Detroit and then as a national sales representative in Detroit and New York.
Diaz joined Belo in 1984 as national sales manager at KHOU-TV in Houston and became local sales manager the following year. From 1991 to 1994, he was general sales manager of Belo's KOTV in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 1994 until 1995, he served as the director of sales and marketing at WFAA-TV in Dallas/Fort Worth. In 1995, he returned to KHOU as station manager, and in 1997 he was promoted to vice president and General Manager of KHOU.
Diaz serves on the boards of the CBS Television Network Affiliates Association, the Tomas Rivera Policy Institute, The Greater Houston Partnership and United Way of Houston.
Diaz was born in Cuba and attended the University of Detroit's School of Communications from 1974 to 1978 on scholarship from Storer Broadcasting Company.
He has three children.

The move marks her return to Belo, where she initially began her career as a reporter for the Arlington Morning News, covering business and politics. She won awards for using the Freedom of Information Act in her reporting. Monson also was a Katy Award finalist for business reporting. In 1999, Monson left reporting to work for Yahoo! Broadcast. The move marked the beginning of her marketing career. There, she worked as a producer and in the R&D group on the company's global streaming strategy. Her next stop was AOL, running the D-FW site for Digital Cities. Monson then joined Sabre Holdings, the travel company that owns Travelocity. There, she worked in Sabre's Product Development group and as a Product Manager for Travelocity Business. Monson received her journalism degree from Northwestern University, with a concentration in economics. She earned her MBA in Marketing from the University of Dallas with honors, earning membership in SIE.

Roger Enrico is the former Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, Inc. He retired from the company in 2002 after a 31-year career during which he led each of the corporation’s major business units, both in the U.S. and abroad.
As PepsiCo’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Enrico led the company through a major restructuring, refocusing the corporation on convenient snacks and beverages. Under his leadership, PepsiCo spun-off its restaurant business as an independent public company, launched an initial public offering of The Pepsi Bottling Group, and acquired Tropicana Products and The Quaker Oats Company.
Mr. Enrico also serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Geographic Society, where he is Chairman of the Council of Advisors, the Environmental Defense Fund, the Eisenhower Fellowships, the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts and the National Math and Science Initiative.
