The Company's pressure sensitive materials business specializes in adhesive technologies. Headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin, Bemis employs about 15,200 individuals in 57 manufacturing facilities in 11 countries around the world.

Mr. Peercy, age 68, was appointed to Sonic Foundry’s Board as a class I Director in February 2004. Since September, 1999, Mr. Peercy has served as dean of the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering. Since 2001 Mr. Peercy has been a member of the National Academy of Engineering.
