Gideon Barak is co-founder and Chairman of IXI Mobile. Mr. Barak is currently a Board member of several other technology companies. Mr. Barak has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry, with leading positions such as Chief Financial Officer of DSP Group (NASDAQ: DSPG), Co-Founder and CEO of DSP Communications , acquired by Intel for $1.6 billion, and Founder and Chairman of Envara and Butterfly VLSI, acquired by Intel and Texas Instruments, respectively. Mr. Barak was also a Board member of Modem Art and WIDCOMM, which were acquired by Agere Systems and Broadcom, respectively. Mr. Barak serves as a Director of additional semiconductor and communications companies, including Metalink (NASDAQ: MTLK) and Advasense (founder and Chairman). Mr. Barak also serves as venture partner with Benchmark Capital.

Igor Sill is the Founder and President of GenevaGroup International, Inc. Prior to forming GenevaGroup he served as Vice President for Visual Engineering, a 3D graphics software company, founding management team member of INGRES, and Director, Sales and Support for MicroPro International (renamed WordStar) during its high growth pre IPO period. Prior to entering the software industry, he served as General Manager, EIS and managed the internal merger and integration of EXXON Corporation's three high technology divisions: Qwip, QYX and VYDEC in San Francisco, CA. Igor received his MBA from Oxford University, Said Business School and is a member of Merton College. He attended the University of California, Berkeley 1975, as well as Stanford University's Graduate School of Business SEP program 1984, Advanced Management College 1981 and Strategic Marketing Management 1983. He concluded the Microprocessor Design and Programming Certification Program at De Anza College 1980 and attended Harvard University's GSB Venture Capital Program, 1997 & 2000 and Stanford University School of Law's Directorship College Program in 1998, 2002. He is also the Managing Director of Hambrecht Geneva Ventures, and Managing Director of Geneva Venture Partners I & II, a Limited Partner of Benchmark Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Brentwood Affiliates Fund I & II, Granite Ventures, Angel Partners Fund I (the Google investor), and Vertical Ventures LLC. He was a direct investor in Salesforce.com, Tumbleweed, Callixa (SAP) Cohesiant, eBenefits.com, Extricity (PRGN), Finjan, NetGravity, Rubric (KANA), Weblogic (BEA Systems) and iWitness (ZANTAZ), and was an early investor in Powersoft, Microsoft, Sapiens, Siebel Systems, GigaNet (EMLX), Ingres, Oracle, ConnectInc.com (CalicoCommerce) and SmartStar Corporation. Igor is, or has been, a Board Member of Callixa, Encirq, Karna and Advisory Board member of Salesforce.com, and Global Technology Business. He is a board member of the International Myeloma Foundation.

Reed E. Hundt is an advisor on information industries to McKinsey and Company, a worldwide management consulting firm. His work with McKinsey has focused on helping senior management and boards address a wide range of strategic and other leadership challenges. He also serves on the board of directors of three publicly traded companies, Allegiance Telecom, Inc., Expedia, and Intel Corp. He is a special advisor to Blackstone Group, a New York-based private equity firm, and a venture partner at Benchmark Capital, a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California, specializing in investments in high-tech companies. He teaches a seminar cross-listed at the Yale Law School and the Yale School of Management, where he serves as a member of the advisory committee. Hundt served four years as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), from 1993 to 1997. He also helped negotiate the World Trade Organization Telecommunications agreement, opening markets in 69 countries to competition and dropping barriers to foreign investment. He is especially proud of his role in making the largest single national commitment to K-12 education in America's history: the Snowe-Rockefeller program that dedicates more than $2 billion annually to connect all classrooms in the country to the Internet. Hundt is the author of, "You Say You Want A Revolution: A Story of Information Age Politics." (Yale University Press, 2000). He has also been Co-Chairman of The Forum on Communications and Society at The Aspen Institute.

David B. Goldberg serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Music at Yahoo! Inc., since the acquisition of LAUNCH Media, Inc. by Yahoo! in August 2001. Before the acquisition, Mr. Goldberg was Co-founder and CEO of LAUNCH Media, Inc. In his new position, Mr. Goldberg is responsible for the growth and continued development of LAUNCH, the music destination on Yahoo! as a compelling, global music destination for consumers, marketers and record labels. Since its inception in 1994, Mr. Goldberg spearheaded LAUNCH's vision to help music fans connect with their favorite artists and discover new music through a variety of interactive mediums. Under his leadership, LAUNCH developed into one of the leading entertainment brands and LAUNCH.com became one of the web's premier music sites. Prior to founding LAUNCH, Mr. Goldberg was Director of Marketing Strategy and New Business Development at Capitol Records in Los Angeles, California. While in this position, Mr. Goldberg was responsible for the development of new multimedia distribution methods and the development of alternative channels through which music and new artists could be effectively marketed to consumers. Before Capitol, Mr. Goldberg worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co., a prominent strategic consulting firm. Mr. Goldberg graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in History and Government. Mr. Goldberg currently serves on the board of directors for LivePlanet and is a member of N.A.R.A.S (National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences) and the Digital Coast Roundtable.

Before joining Tabula, Dennis Segers served as president, CEO and director of Matrix Semiconductor, the pioneer in the design and development of three-dimensional integrated circuits. At Matrix, Dennis oversaw the transition of the company from the early technology feasibility phase to high volume production, culminating in the acquisition of the company by SanDisk in January, 2006. Before Matrix, Dennis served as the senior vice president and general manager of the advanced products group at Xilinx, where he built a multi-billion dollar business. Dennis oversaw the development and introduction of the Virtex family of field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), the most successful programmable logic family in the industry's history. In April 2000, he was elected to the Xilinx board of directors. A 30-year industry veteran, Dennis began his career at Mostek Corporation as a product development engineer for Mostek's 16K DRAMs. He held a variety of management positions in circuit design, process technology, and product development in a wide range of IC businesses including memory, logic, and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs). In 1988, Dennis co-founded Summit Micro Circuits, a contract-design company for high performance memory. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Dennis is a member of the board of directors of the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA), as well as Synplicity, Inc.

Sarah Leary has spent more than 15 years as a product and marketing executive responsible for building, branding and launching market-defining consumer software and Internet services. Most recently, she has focused on developing online community, user-generated content and e-commerce businesses. Prior to joining Benchmark, Sarah served in several executive roles at Shopping.com, the Internet's largest comparison shopping service and third-largest shopping site overall. As vice president of product, she was responsible for overall product management, definition and design. Initially, she served as vice president of marketing, where she led the effort to create, brand and launch Shopping.com following the Epinions-DealTime merger. In 2005, when Shopping.com was acquired by eBay, Sarah led the company's integration effort. Prior to Shopping.com, Sarah was an early employee and executive in product and marketing at Epinions, one of the first consumer Internet companies to create on online community for user-generated content. She oversaw the company's rapid expansion into over thirty different categories and the creation of more than two-million consumer reviews. Over a four-year period, she helped grow the company from launch to profitability and played a key role on the management team that merged Epinions with DealTime. Before Epinions, Sarah worked as an associate at Greylock Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm. She started her career at Microsoft, where she spent nearly five years as a product manager on the teams that launched Office 4.0, Office 95 and Office 97.
