Mr. Fu has been a director of the Company since 1990 and Chief Executive Officer since September 2004. Ms. Lang has been a director of the Company since 2005 and is a member of the Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees. Mr. Dawson serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for GlobalSantaFe. Previously, he served as Vice President and Controller and Vice President and Treasurer for the company. Prior to the merger, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Global Marine. Having joined Global Marine in 1999, Mr. Dawson's previous experience includes 16 years with Union Texas Petroleum Holdings.
