Roderick C. McGeary, age 57, has been a member of the Board since August 1999 and Chairman of the Board since November 2004. From March 2005 until December 2007, Mr. McGeary served the Company in a full-time capacity, focusing on clients, employees and business partners. From 2004 until 2005, Mr. McGeary served as our Chief Executive Officer. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. McGeary was the Chief Executive Officer of Brience, Inc., a wireless and broadband company. Mr. McGeary is a director of Cisco Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, and Dionex Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of chromatography systems for chemical analysis. On December 31, 2007, Mr. McGeary retired as an employee of the Company. Mr. McGeary will continue serving as Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Robert P. Lee is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Accela, stepping down in April 2007. First joining Accela as a board member in 1999, Dr. Lee was instrumental in guiding the Company through six acquisitions in three years and establishing the current management and corporate structure. After becoming Accela's CEO in 2002, Dr. Lee set the Company on course to become one of the fastest-growing U.S. companies by providing great products and services to over 500 agencies across North America. Prior to joining Accela, Dr. Lee was President and Chief Executive Officer of Inxight Software, Inc. and Insignia Solutions, a software company he took public on the NASDAQ in 1995. Dr. Lee's management experience also includes senior executive positions at Symantec and Shared Medical System corporations. Dr. Lee launched his career at IBM and Computer Sciences Corporation where he rose quickly through the management ranks holding various technical and business management positions.

Francois Stieger leads Intentional Software's international group as CEO of Intentional Software International Sarl. Immediately prior to joining Intentional Software International, Stieger was senior vice president and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Verisign, the leading provider of critical infrastructure security services for the Internet and telecommunication markets. He held this post since April 2003, and was responsible for Verisign's business throughout that region. Prior to joining Verisign Stieger was a partner of Amadeus Capital, a leading European venture capital firm based in London. In 1996, Stieger established BroadVision's European operations. Under his management through mid 2001, these operations grew to more than 400 employees and US$104 million annual revenues. He was also personally involved in BroadVision's very successful initial public offering on NASDAQ in June 1996, and its public offering on the Neuer Markt in Frankfurt in November 1999. On a larger scale from 1987-1992, as vice president Stieger established and managed operations of Oracle Corporation for southern and central Europe. Stieger is a graduate of the University of Strasbourg's Institute of Technology.

Shin-Yuan Tzou joined the company in 1995, won BroadVision's "Most Valuable Player" award in 1997 and has contributed to the design and development of every version of BroadVision's self-service suite. From 1994-1995, he built supercomputers at Silicon Graphics, focusing on scalable I/O, high speed networking and UNIX kernel. From 1990-1994, he built mainframe storage systems at IBM, focusing on multiprocessors, fault tolerance and recovery, file systems, and distributed systems. In 1990, he earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley. Before returning to school, he built applications for managing health physics information across multiple nuclear power plants, banking system support for electronic fund transfer and localization at Wang Computers. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
David Boyer has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech sector. He joined BroadVision in 2000, and has grown to his current role of SVP Engineering and Technical Support. Prior to joining BroadVision, Boyer was a Director of Research and Development at Informix, managing a worldwide team of database server product development engineers for the Informix Dynamic Server and Universal Server products. Prior to that, he co-founded SIMData Technologies Corporation, a developer of high performance analog-level circuit simulation software. Boyer also held a management position at Data Parallel Systems, where he oversaw the initial development, deployment and support of a V1.0 release of a massively parallel relational database and data mining software. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Chemistry from Allegheny College.

Dr. Pehong Chen is a renowned expert and leader in the field of new media and enterprise business portal technologies. Prior to founding BroadVision in 1993, he was vice president of multimedia technology at Sybase, responsible for the company's interactive initiatives. Earlier, he founded and was president of Gain Technology, a leading supplier of multimedia software tools, where he pioneered multimedia as an enabling technology for a new generation of business applications. Gain was acquired by Sybase in 1992. Having personally started and run two successful software startups, Dr. Chen uses his experience and resources to help others do the same. In 1993, he provided startup capital for Siebel Systems, now a worldwide leader in front office automation software, and served on its board of directors until 1996.
