Edward Bastian is chief executive officer and president for Northwest Airlines, Inc. and also serves as president and chief financial officer for Delta Air Lines, Inc. As president at Delta, Bastian and his team oversaw and coordinated the Company's strategy from network planning and revenue management to sales, marketing and business development. In his prior role as CFO Bastian also served as the Company's Chief Restructuring Officer, leading Delta through one of the largest and most successful Chapter 11 restructuring processes in U.S. history, and did so in 19 months. The solid business plan Bastian helped develop included $3 billion in annual financial improvements and garnered strong support from the company's creditors and employees. In that role, Bastian guided the company through profit improvement initiatives garnering $5 billion in cost savings and revenue benefits between 2002 and 2004. Bastian left Delta in early 2005 to become senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Acuity Brands. He returned to Delta in July 2005 as CFO and was promoted to president in August 2007. Bastian previously worked for PepsiCo where he served as vice president of Finance for Pepsi Cola International. John E. "Ned" Walker, 56, joined Delta as Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer in November 2008. Ned joined Delta after retiring from Continental Airlines after a distinguished 21 year career in corporate communications. Under Ned's leadership, Continental became recognized as a leader in internal and external communications. During Ned's last five years, Fortune Magazine ranked Continental the Most Admired Global Airline. During his career, Ned promoted coordinated communications within the airline to establish consistent messaging with employees, shareholders, media and the public. Ned was a key contributor to Continental's remarkable turnaround in the late 1990s when the airline rose to the top of the industry in employee morale and customer service after two bankruptcies. In 1996, Ned was named Employee Communications All-Star by Inside PR and was recognized for helping to transform Continental's once authoritarian corporate culture into a more employee-friendly environment. He joined Continental in 1987 and was immediately involved in communications as the airline merged with PeopleExpress, New York Air and several commuter airlines. Glen W. Hauenstein is Executive Vice President – Network Planning & Revenue Management. He joined Delta in August 2005. The 20-year veteran of the airline industry was previously Vice General Director for Alitalia, serving in the dual role of Chief Commercial Officer as well as Chief Operating Officer. John Boatright, 56, is Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Sourcing Strategy for Delta Air Lines. He is responsible for the acquisition, transfer and administration of properties as well as design and construction approvals and development of all on and off-airport properties. He will also be responsible for creating long-term goals to expand and improve Delta’s 300 airport locations, specifically its hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Salt Lake City and New York-JFK. Boatright was then appointed Vice President-Corporate Real Estate and Sourcing Strategy in 2001, a position he served in before leaving Delta in 2003 to become President of Boatright Aviation Consultants, Inc. As President of Boatright Aviation Consultants, Boatright was Project Officer for the Hartsfield Jackson Development Program-a $6.2 billion capital improvement program lead by the City of Atlanta. Hank Halter is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Delta Air Lines at its world headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. As CFO, Hank is responsible for the finance and planning of Delta’s $35 billion operation. In particular, he oversees the treasury, tax, risk management, accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, fleet strategy, and investor relations for the airline. He also directs development of annual and long-range business plans and works closely with operating units to ensure financial performance objectives are achieved. Hank came to Delta in 1998 from American Airlines where he held various finance positions in corporate reporting, financial planning, and corporate real estate. Prior to his tenure with American Airlines, he was a senior accountant in the Philadelphia office of Ernst & Young LLP. Hank holds a masters degree in business administration from Duke University and a bachelor of science in accountancy from Villanova University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a certified public accountant. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and Delta Community Credit Union, Hank also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Delta Heritage Museum and on the Advisory Board for the Atlanta Chapter of the CFO Roundtable. Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Hank now resides in Atlanta.

Dr. Walter E. Massey is president emeritus of Morehouse College, the nation's largest private four-year liberal arts college for men. Dr. Massey held the position of president from 1995-2007, leading the College during its historic A Campaign for a New Century, its most successful capital campaign to date. Dr. Massey is also a former director of the National Science Foundation, a position to which he was appointed by former President George H.W. Bush. The Foundation is the government's lead agency for support of research and education in mathematics, science and engineering. Massey also served as vice president for research and professor of physics at the University of Chicago, as director of the Argonne National Laboratory, dean of the College and professor of physics at Brown University and as assistant professor of physics at the University of Illinois. He is a Fellow and past president of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a Fellow and past vice president of the American Physical Society, and a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the American Philosophical Society and the Council on Foreign Relations. Immediately prior to Morehouse, Massey was provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at the University of California. In this position, the second most senior position in the UC system, he was responsible for academic and research planning and policy, budget planning and allocations for the nine campuses of the system, and programmatic oversight of the three national laboratories the University manages for the Department of Energy: Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory and Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. After earning a bachelor of science in physics and mathematics in 1958 from Morehouse, Massey received his master's and doctorate in physics in 1966 from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Massey's research has involved the study of quantum liquids and solids. His written work has also addressed science and math education, the role of science in a democratic society, and university-industry interactions and technology transfer in national and international settings. Active with a range of organizations, Massey is currently chairman of the Salzburg Global Seminar and past chair of the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board (SEAB) and is serving his second term as a member of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST), having also served on PCAST under the first President Bush. The recipient of more than 30 honorary degrees from institutions such as Yale University, Northwestern University, Amherst and the Ohio State University, Massey's leadership in education includes his service as a member of the Gates Millennium Scholars Advisory Council and the National Commission on Mathematics and Science Teaching for the 21st Century, member of the board of the University of Chicago Project GRAD Atlanta and chairman of the Atlanta Committee for Public Education. Active, also, in civic and cultural affairs, he is a member of the board of the National Opinion Research Center, the Museum of Science and Industry, Atlanta Committee for Progress, the board of the Woodruff Arts Center and founding chairman of Great Schools Atlanta. In addition, Massey is on several corporate and foundation boards, including the Mellon Foundation, Bank of America Corporation, Delta Air Lines, Inc. McDonald's Corporation, and BP p.l.c. and is a former director of several other corporations, including Motorola Inc. and the First National Bank of Chicago. Born in Hattiesburg, MS, he and his wife Shirley Anne have two sons and three grandchildren.
