Dr. Roger Mixter is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has practiced cosmetic surgery in Wisconsin for over twenty years. Originally from Milwaukee, Dr. Mixter is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He serves as an examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery. During his academic medical practice, Dr. Mixter authored more than 50 medical articles and book chapters. The focus of his practice is cosmetic surgery including: face lifts, eye lifts, breast augmentation and reduction, abdominoplasty, liposuction, lip augmentation, and many other innovative surgical and laser procedures. Dr. Mixter has a large breast reconstructive practice and has sponsored numerous Breast Cancer Awareness programs. Dr. Mixter received advanced training in cutaneous laser surgery and is the Medical Director of Laser Centers of Wisconsin, a multi-site laser center specializing in cosmetic laser surgery procedures. Plastic surgery residents go through a laser fellowship under his direction at Laser Centers of Wisconsin. Dr. Mixter enjoys his work as Medical Director of Lose the Tattoos, a community volunteer program in Wisconsin that removes gang-related tattoos from at risk youth in exchange for community service.

Tim Keane is the current Entrepreneur in Residence at Marquette University, in the graduate school of business, where he teaches courses in new business formation and business growth strategies. He is the founder and director of the Golden Angels Network. Tim was the founder and CEO of Retail Target Marketing Systems, Inc., a marketing automation software and consulting services company. Mr. Jackson, Director and Chief Executive Officer, became a member of our Board in July 2004. Mr. Jackson became the President and Chief Executive Officer on January 7, 2008, and has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 27, 2009. Prior to joining us, Mr. Jackson served in various executive positions with Best Buy Co., Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, office products , appliances and software, ultimately serving from July 2007 to December 2007 as Executive Vice President of Customer Operating Groups. He joined Best Buy in 2000 and was appointed as its Executive Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer in February of 2001. Prior to 2000, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nordstrom, Inc., Full-line Stores, a fashion specialty retailer, and held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer of Carson Pirie Scott & Company. Kristine Rappé was appointed senior vice president and chief administrative officer – Wisconsin Energy Corp. in 2004. In this role, Rappé oversees a range of corporate activities including information technology, human resources and procurement/logistics; as well as business continuity, corporate security and real estate/property management. Rappé also directs the Wisconsin Energy Corp. Foundation’s charitable giving initiatives, allocating approximately $6 million to the arts, education and services that provide for basic human needs. Rappé joined the company in 1982 and quickly advanced through management and leadership roles in business development, marketing and operations. She was named vice president - Customer Services in 1994 and vice president and corporate secretary - Wisconsin Energy Corp. in 2001. Rappé graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and urban planning. She also has attended executive programs at the Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan’s School of Business Administration. Rappé is a recipient of the Professional Dimensions, Inc. Sacagawea Award and was honored as a Woman of Distinction by the YWCA of Greater Milwaukee. A member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee, Rappé also serves on the board of Marquette University as trustee, and is an active board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Catholic Memorial High School and Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. In addition, Rappé has served as co-chair for the United Performing Arts Fund's 2005 campaign; as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs Annual Campaign.
