Cameron Clyne was appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of New Zealand in March 2007 after two years as Executive General Manager, Group Development with National Australia Bank Group. Before joining the National, Mr. Clyne was Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers financial services consulting practice across Asia-Pacific. He has also worked in their financial services practices in New York.

John Stewart joined National Australia Group Europe in August 2003 as Chief Executive, Europe and Principal Board Member and in February 2004 was appointed Managing Director & Group Chief Executive. Prior to joining NAGE, he was Deputy Group Chief Executive with Barclays Bank PLC following the acquisition of Woolwich plc by Barclays in October 2000. He was a main Board Director with Barclays and also a member of the Executive Committee and was specifically responsible for Barclays Private Clients and the combined operation of Personal Financial Services, which included the Woolwich business.

Mr Peter Thodey is Chief Executive Officer, Bank of New Zealand. He was appointed to this position in March 2000, after four years as General Manager, Business Financial Services for the Bank of New Zealand. Mr Thodey joined the bank in 1980 and has held various roles within the Bank of New Zealand including General Manager Auckland Banking and Northern Regional Manager, Business Banking.

David is one of MGA's highly skilled and highly experienced DBAs. David has 17 years IT experience and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing). He has spent 10 years working as an Oracle DBA, and has had 11 years of insurance industry experience. Currently based in Melbourne, David has worked in Sydney for 5 years and also spent 7 months working in Malaysia. Since starting at MGA, David has spent most of his time onsite at the National Australia Bank, but has also worked on various other projects. David has recently become the proud father of Rohan Christopher, and enjoys gazing at the stars as an amateur astronomer and playing the keyboard and saxophone.

With extensive experience in, and exposure to, the financial services industry in Australia and internationally, Mr Tomlinson is a former Group Managing Director of National Mutual Holdings Limited (October 1992 to September 1998). Currently Chairman of Programmed Maintenance Services Limited (since August 1999) and MLC Limited (since June 2000), and Director of National Australia Bank Limited (since March 2000). Formerly Chairman of Dyno Nobel Limited (February 2006 to June 2008) and Funtastic Limited (May 2000 to May 2006), Deputy Chairman of Hansen Technologies Limited (March 2000 to February 2006) and Director of Mirrabooka Investments Limited (February 1999 to February 2006). Paul Rizzo has broad experience in general management, finance and banking as a Chief Executive Officer and Director. He was appointed a Director of the Company on 10 May 2002. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Chairman of Foundation for Very Special Kids. Previously, Mr Rizzo held positions as Dean, Director and Professorial Fellow of the Melbourne Business School, Group Managing Director - Finance and Administration of Telstra Corporation Limited, Chief General Manager - Retail Banking Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Chief Executive Officer of State Bank of Victoria, and held a range of senior executive positions at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. He has also previously served as Chairman of Foxtel Management Pty Ltd and as a Director of IBM Global Services Australia Limited. Mr Rizzo's extensive financial experience is valuable to the Board and in his role as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
