Tod Leiweke serves as CEO of Vulcan Sports & Entertainment where he oversees all of Paul Allen's sports-related properties including the Portland Trail Blazers, the Rose Garden Arena and Memorial Coliseum, as well as the Seattle Seahawks and associated properties.

Mr. Pardue is senior vice president of BDA and is certified by the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals. He is responsible for the company's Florida operations and serves as the principal-in-charge on many projects. Mr. Pardue's academic background is in aquatic biology with research in aquatic toxicity. He has diverse environmental experience serving as scientist, project manager, and as the chief environmental official in a Fortune 500 company. He has extensive experience in the electric power generation and transmission industry, and is recognized as an expert in environmental matters relating to this industry, serving as a scientist, expert witness, author of numerous technical papers, and providing testimony before the United States Senate. Mr. Pardue began his career at the TVA, conducting site selection studies for nuclear, steam, and hydroelectric facilities. He also conducted EA studies related thermal impact assessments, entrainment and impingement studies, chemical discharge assessments, T&E species studies, water quality, and biological impact studies. While at the TVA, Mr. Pardue earned recognition as an expert in the identification and ecology of freshwater mollusks. At Florida Power Corporation (FPC) beginning in 1984, Mr. Pardue conducted scientific studies, and negotiated and obtained over 200 permits including NPDES, dredge & fill, stormwater, air construction, and operation permits. For the six years prior to coming to BDA, Mr. Pardue was the chief environmental official for FPC and was fully responsible for all aspects of environmental policy, permitting, and compliance, including legislative and regulatory affairs both at the state and federal levels.

Michael is a Senior Account Manager for Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, a Merchandise Agency, working exclusively with Bank of America. A former two year captain on the Bentley College hockey team, he went on to play professionally for two seasons after school. Michael spent four years working for a consulting firm, The Yankee Group, handing its Chicago office. He has also held a National Account position with a small compliance firm and most recently a local brokerage firm.

Mr. Deutsch joined BD&A in 1988 and serves as Executive Vice President & New Business Development Division Manager. Mr. Deutsch is responsible for developing new strategic partnerships and alliances across numerous industries including pharmaceutical, financial, technology, and automotive industries. In addition, Mr. Deutsch also manages new business sales efforts, key relationships, and new market expansion. Mr. Deutsch has been an integral part of the success of BD&A from it's humble beginnings and has been instrumental in developing long-term relationships with FedEx, ExxonMobil and H&R Block. Mr. Deutsch attended the University of Washington.

James M. Weber , 48, was appointed to our Board in April 2006 and is the President and CEO of Brooks Sports, a leading running shoe and apparel company, where he has been since 2001. Mr. Weber's experience also includes positions as Managing Director of U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray Seattle Investment Banking practice, Chairman and CEO of Sims Sports, President of O'Brien International, Vice President of The Coleman Company and various roles with the Pillsbury Company. Mr. Weber earned an M.B.A., with distinction, from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. Presently, Mr. Weber is a director at the Seattle Sports Commission and at Eastside Catholic High School.
