Degy Management Services, Inc. made its entrance into the music industry in the latter part of 1996. Ari Nisman joined forces with Josh Degenstein to create a company that was designed around their passion for the entertainment industry and their love for music. Originally based out of Ann Arbor, MI where both owners have their roots, Nisman and Degenstein saw an opportunity to move the firm to a richer music market in Richmond, VA. After two years based in Richmond, and the signings of nearly a dozen groups to their management roster, it was time for the company to firmly plant itself in the NYC area. He began his career at Nichimen & Co., Ltd. in 1960 and worked there four years before entering ORIX Corporation, a leading diversified financial services company, as one of the founding 13 members in 1964. Mr. Fox graduated from Tel Aviv University in 1987 with a BA in Accounting and Economics. From 1989 to 1999 he was employed by Alsrad Ltd. which markets and distributes the Fila, Diesel, Rockport, Warner Bros. and Disney brands in Israel, latterly as its vice general manager. In 1999 he joined Supersol Ltd., Israel's largest supermarket chain before founding DTR in 2001. He remains CEO of DTR which holds Israeli licenses from Warner Bros., Sony, Hit, 4KIDS, Dreamworks and other properties. He was appointed a non-executive director in 2003.
Ian Simmons is a Partner in O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Washington, D.C. office. An alumnus of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Ian's focus is antitrust litigation, with a particular emphasis on cartel class actions and matters involving intellectual property. Ian has a broad range of experience in all aspects of antitrust litigation and counseling, including defending clients against claims of patent misuse, unlawful exclusive dealing, tying, and price-fixing; and counseling clients on the antitrust issues involved in product distribution and licensing. He has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fourth and Seventh Circuits and the highest courts in New York and South Dakota. Ian is lead counsel for Chemtura Corporation (formerly Crompton Corporation) in over 70 federal and state actions alleging price-fixing and in federal multi-district litigation ("MDL") actions alleging conspiracies involving five different products and five separate time periods. He also is defending Sony Corporation and Hynix Seminconductor, Inc. in cases alleging price-fixing. Ian also is defending Honeywell International Inc. in monopolization cases involving thermostats pending in five courts. Recently, summary judgment was granted with respect to the case pending in Maine. He also represented a Honeywell entity in a monopolization case (Eastern District of Texas) involving laboratory air flow systems.
Greg manages the creative department, mentors the creatives and supervises all creative work. Since joining M/C/C in 1992, Greg has worked on accounts ranging from Sony, Fujitsu, Alcatel and Vari-Lite to CapRock Communications, Nokia, Ericsson and Raytheon. Prior to M/C/C, he worked as Art Director at Gleason Associates on both B2B and consumer accounts including DSC (now Alcatel), State Fair Foods and Dalfort Aviation. He started his career in JCPenney's advertising department. Throughout his career, Greg has won several prestigious awards including numerous TOPS (Dallas Addy) and MarCom awards. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Texas. He has served on the board of the Dallas Ad League and remains an active member.
Hideyuki Furumi heads Sony Electronics' VAIO of America as president and Sony's Information Technology Products Division (ITPD) as senior vice president. In this dual role he is responsible for the entire North American PC operation including engineering, marketing and production. In his ITPD role, Furumi is also responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of the Sony Reader, LocationFree, Mylo and branded Disc Storage products. Furumi joined Sony in 1986. He started in a sales position and then moved on to build his career in various marketing management roles in South East Asia including assignments in Thailand and Singapore. In 1996 Furumi was appointed group marketing manager of Sony TV Europe in the United Kingdom. In this role, he guided regional sales companies and contributed to a then record sales of 3.5 million TV units. After more than 10 years in overseas assignments, he assumed the role of business planning manager of the corporate marketing division of Sony Corporation in 1999. In this role, he contributed to the design and re-organization of Sony's international sales and marketing management operations. He also helped to create the Global Marketing Office a marketing staff that supports the COO of Sony Corporation. Furumi joined Sony Electronics in 2001. Since that time he has been recognized for the dramatic strides he has made to Sony's PC business in the U.S. He has been credited with strengthening U.S. operations, developing new revenue streams and growing the VAIO business significantly in the hyper competitive PC industry. Furumi holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Keio Gijyuku University in Japan.

Hugo Gaggioni is Chief Technology Officer for the Broadcast and Production Systems Division of Sony Electronics. Gaggioni, who joined Sony in 1988, holds six patents and has authored 32 technical publications in the areas of video compression, digital filter banks and HDTV devices and systems. With research interests ranging from digital video and image processing and information theory to video/audio compression and multidimensional signal processing, Gaggioni has served as session-chairman of 13 international conferences in the areas of HDTV and bandwidth compression systems. He has also given numerous presentations and tutorial courses on signal processing and advanced video technologies at international events sponsored by SMPTE, IEEE, and Eurasip organizations. He was a member of the Advanced Television Advisory group to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (1987 to 1994). He is a Fellow of SMPTE and the recipient of the 2004 Leitch Gold Medal award for technology leadership. Gaggioni was chairman of the SMPTE technical groups on Digital Representation of the 1125/60 High Definition TV Standard (SMPTE 260M, 88-92) and Digital HDTV Serial Interfaces (SMPTE 292M, 93-96). He was also chairman for a SMPTE group on Editing of MPEG bit-streams for TV studio usage. Gaggioni represented Sony Corporation of America to the ANSI X3-L3 committee and the ISO/IEC MPEG coding group from 1988 to 1996. Gaggioni holds degrees in telecommunications, systems engineering, and electronic engineering from the University of Essex in Colchester, England; University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia University, respectively.

Michael Fasulo is chief marketing officer for Sony Electronics in the U.S. His responsibilities include leading Sony Electronics' Corporate Marketing unit, which oversees the Sony brand by driving marketing communications and establishing national promotion platforms and cross-product branding initiatives. Fasulo is responsible for Sony Electronics' advertising, promotions and trade show activities. Fasulo joined Sony in 1984 as a Junior Financial Analyst and has held several positions within the company including senior vice president of Consumer Sales Company Eastern Zone Sales, senior vice president of sales and operations for Media Solutions Company (MSC) and president of the Media Solutions Company (MSC), Noteworthy accolades include Sales Manager of the Year award in 1988, induction into Sony's prestigious Samurai Society in 1990, Sales Vice President of the Year award in 1990, the Vision award for outstanding leadership in 2001, and the COO award for customer relations management in 2003. Most recently, he received the 2005 Special Recognition award for growth of SEL's e-Solutions group.

Dennis Syracuse is senior vice president, Sony Retail for Sony Electronics. In this position, he is part of the Consumer Sales Company, responsible for managing the SonyStyle retail stores across the nation. Joseph Stinziano heads the Media and Application Solutions Division for Sony Electronics as senior vice president. He is responsible for the overall management of Sony's recording media business in the United States, including financial, marketing, operational and sales functions. The business is comprised of consumer and B2B media products as well as a unique biometrics and USB product line. From 2001 to 2003, Stinziano was responsible for the Home Audio/Video products for Sony Electronics Home Entertainment Product Division, where he was accountable for product marketing, development and divisional profit and loss management. In this role, he developed and managed a launch plan of Sony's first DVD Recorder, which went on to become the industry's number one model for the fiscal year. In 1997, Stinziano joined Sony's Recording Media and Energy Group where he was the marketing manager for Consumer and Data Media products. He then served as director of marketing for the Consumer Media Division, where he spearheaded the turnaround of Sony's consumer media business, returning the unit to a leader in the market. Prior to Joining Sony, he was in charge of marketing and sales of consumer products at AT&T. Stinziano holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is responsible for directing the marketing of Sony's TV, and home audio/video, spearheading business and product development/planning and retail communications for HPD, with specific focus on HDTV and the commercialization of Blu-ray hardware. Previously, Randy Waynick served as senior vice president of sales with primary responsibility for the Best Buy relationship. In this role he oversaw the strategic planning, sales, advertising, supply chain and general P/L for Sony. Prior experiences within Sony include all levels of sales, vice president of New Business Planning and CPFR project Lead. Waynick joined Sony in 1985 and has been assigned to various locations and positions throughout the United States. He is two-time recipient of the Samurai award as well as numerous other top performers awards and recognitions. He is a member of the Sales Executive Council and the Conference Board. He has received numerous degrees including a Ph.D. in organization and management. His research explored Increasing In-Store Share via Customer Service Techniques and Impact of the Internet on the Selling Function and Role. Waynick has participated in executive education at University of Michigan, Notre Dame, Harvard and The Center for Creative Learning. He is an active professor at two universities teaching marketing, management, e-business, multinational marketing and motivating IT Professional.

Mr. Stalder has been a Director of the Company since February 1999 and was appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on January 10, 2000. On October 4, 2001, Mr. Stalder resigned as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stalder is a former member of the Executive Boards of Credit Suisse Group and Credit Suisse First Boston and former Chief Executive Officer of the Americas Region of Credit Suisse Private Banking. Mr. Stalder joined Credit Suisse in 1980 as a founding member and Deputy Head of the Multinational Services Group. In 1986, he became Executive Vice President. He was named to Credit Suisse's Executive Board in 1989. In 1990, he became Head of the Commercial Banking Division and a Member of the Executive Committee. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Stalder was Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Executive Boards of Credit Suisse Group and Credit Suisse First Boston. He became head of Credit Suisse Private Banking in 1995 and retired in 1998. Prior to moving to the United States, Mr. Stalder was a member of the Board of Directors for several Swiss subsidiaries of major corporations including AEG, Bayer, BTR, Hoechst, Saint Gobain, Solvay and Sony. He is a fellow of the World Economic Forum. He was a member of the Leadership Committee of the Consolidated Corporate Fund of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Board of The American Ballet Theatre and a Trustee of Carnegie Hall. Mr. Stalder received a diploma in advanced finance management at the International Management Development Institute in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1976. He completed the International Senior Managers Program at Harvard University in 1985.

Ben Howard is a Board Director of Propeller Consulting. Ben has over fifteen years of marketing and product development experience in the family entertainment sector. Ben is the Co-Founder of the media investment firm Cedar Partners, a shareholder in Propeller Consulting. In addition to his duties with Cedar, Ben is the Executive Producer of the upcoming feature film Second Chance, starring Christian music artist Michael W. Smith, to be released by Sony Pictures in early 2006. During his seven year tenure, Ben was responsible for establishing the marketing department for Big Idea before overseeing the development and production of all music-related projects for the VeggieTales brand. Prior to this, Ben was with Reunion Records, where he held various senior marketing and distribution roles including Vice President of Marketing and Sales. During his time with Reunion Records, Ben was responsible for the release of Michael W. Smith's "Change Your World" CD, which resulted in the highest chart debut up to that time of any Christian artist on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart.
