Executive Vice President of Berthel Fisher & Company Financial Services, Inc. Ms. Craft joined Berthel Fisher as Executive Vice President in January of 2004. She has been in the securities business for 30 years, and is an Investment Advisor Representative and an Arbitrator for FINRA. Prior to joining Berthel Fisher, Donna was Vice President and Director of Operations and Compliance at AEGON USA Securities, Inc/ISI. She's also held positions with First Mid America, Dain Bosworth and Pain Weber. Donna holds the securities licenses of Series: 7, 24 and 63.
Mr. Fisher is Executive Vice President and has served as a Director for Berthel Fisher & Company and its subsidiaries since 1988. Mr. Fisher's background includes more than 20 years in sales and management in the securities industry. He is a graduate of William Jewell College in Kansas City, Missouri.
Rick joined Berthel Fisher & Company Leasing (BFCL) in March 1995 as Sales & Marketing Director. Rick has successfully generated business in the general equipment and telecommunications markets, earning Presidents Club in 1999 and 2000. In January 2001 Rick was promoted to Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for building our broker referral business along with generating transactions on an end user direct basis. Prior to joining BFC, Rick spent over ten years building and running his own company.
Glen Darmos, originally from Lorain Ohio, came to Michigan on a football scholarship to attend Eastern Michigan University in 1988. He completed his BBA in Marketing in 1992 and his MBA with a Management focus in 1994. Glen has been in the financial services industry since 1994. He currently holds his Series 7, 63, 65, life and health insurance, and variable contracts licenses. He is a registered representative of Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc. Member NASD/SIPC. He is licensed in the states of Michigan, California and Ohio. Glen resides in Ypsilanti Township with his wife, Monica, daughters Olivia and Isabella and son Luke.
Kaci Sicheneder, originally from Wauseon, Ohio, came to Michigan on an academic scholarship to attend Eastern Michigan University in 1996. After completing her B.S. in Psychology, she relocated to Silicon Valley in January of 2002 where she became a financial advisor. She currently holds the Series 7, 66, life and health insurance, variable contracts and long term care insurance licenses. Kaci is a registered representative of Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc. Member NASD/SIPC. She is licensed in the states of Michigan and Ohio. Kaci and her husband recently relocated to Ann Arbor. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Michigan's lakes and rivers, Detroit basketball and live music.
General Counsel of Berthel Fisher & Company, Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Smith joined Berthel Fisher in June of 1994 as General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to accepting his current position, Les held a variety of executive positions throughout the Midwest. His previous experience includes: Gateway 2000, Inc., General Electric Capital Corporation, Leaseamerica Corporation and Life Investors Inc. Mr. Smith was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Iowa Wesleyan College (1976), and went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton School Of Law (1980). Les holds the securities licenses of Series: 7, 24, and 63.
Rob Setser is the founder of Net Equity Associates. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant who has been active in the financial services industry since 1979. He also is a registered representative with Berthel Fisher & Company Financial Services Inc. Rob is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He and his associates have conducted hundreds of retirement planning seminars, estate planning workshops, real estate investment presentations and long-term care classes throughout the Bay Area for individuals, community centers and county sponsored programs. Working with local attorneys, Rob and his associates have helped facilitate over 600 client trusts. An active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America as Eagle Scout and Troup leader for many years, Rob resides in San Carlos with his three children.

Ms. Peterman joined BFC in 1999 as a Trader. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2002, and again to Vice President of Special Projects in 2008. In January of 2009 Tobi joined the executive staff as Senior Vice President of Broker Support. Ms. Peterman began her career with Aegon in 1991 specializing in Self Directed IRA's. She became a registered sales assistant for a Cedar Rapids financial consultant in 1993, before joining Berthel Fisher. Tobi holds the securities licenses of: 7, 55, 24 and 63.
James W. Noyce, CPA, FCAS, ASA, FLMI, MAAA, became Chief Executive Officer of FBL and its major subsidiaries effective January 1, 2007, and of Farm Bureau Mutual and its subsidiaries, in February 2007. He had been Chief Financial Officer since January 1996, and Chief Administrative Officer since July 2002. Additionally, from January 2000 to July 2002 has was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the property-casualty companies managed by FBL. He is chair of the CEO/CFO Certification Committee. Mr. Noyce has been employed by FBL and its affiliates since 1985. He is also a director of Berthel Fisher & Company and two of its subsidiaries. Mr. Noyce is vice chair of the Grandview College Board of Trustees and a director of Special Olympics Iowa, United Way of Central Iowa, the greater Des Moines Partnership and the Mid-Iowa Council of Boy Scouts of America.
