Archbold van Beuren was appointed Senior Vice President, President-Global Sales, and Chief Customer Officer in November 2006. Archie oversees all of Campbell's sales teams, including those in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He reports to Douglas R. Conant, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Archie joined Campbell in 1983. Prior to his current appointment, he was President-Campbell Away From Home, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. From 1998 to 2004, Archie served as President-Godiva Chocolatier, a Campbell subsidiary that is the leading global manufacturer and retailer of super-premium chocolates.
Archie's Campbell career started in the company's Beverage business unit. From 1985 to 1990 he held marketing roles in the Frozen Foods division. From 1991 to 1994 Archie took on leadership roles in Campbell's U.S. Soup division, culminating in his role as Business Director of Campbell's “Red & White” condensed soups. In 1994, he moved to Campbell's International Division as Vice President for Global Soup Marketing with responsibility for developing Campbell's soup brands and marketing capability outside of the U.S. He then moved to Europe as Managing Director-Campbell's U.K. Grocery Division, based in King's Lynn, U.K.
Archie serves as a director of Bissell Inc., the Taft School, and the Philadelphia Orchestra. He earned his bachelor of arts degree in 1979 from Yale University and his M.B.A. degree in finance from Columbia University in 1983.

Chris Delaney was appointed President-Emerging Markets in March 2006. He reports to Larry McWilliams, President-Campbell International.
Working with the Emerging Markets team, Chris is responsible for building Campbell's businesses in key markets such as Greater China and Russia.
Chris joined Campbell in 2004 as Vice President-International Sales. Previously, he spent 20 years with Procter & Gamble, where he held sales and general management roles of increasing scope and responsibility in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Chris spent 10 years working in the developing markets of Eastern Europe and the Middle East before repatriating back to the United States as Vice President, Market Strategy and Planning in North America.

Irene Chang Britt was appointed President-North America Foodservice in December 2008 and leads the company’s traditional foodservice business as well as the retail perimeter business across the United States and Canada. She reports to Denise Morrison, Senior Vice President and President-North America Soup, Sauces and Beverages.
Irene joined Campbell as Vice President and General Manager-Sauces and Beverages in December 2005. She was responsible for the U.S. Beverage portfolio, as well as the Prego and Pace sauce, Swanson poultry, Campbell’s beans, and Campbell's Supper Bakes businesses and strategic development of "simple meals" platforms. Under Irene’s leadership, the Sauces and Beverages business delivered three consecutive years of top- and bottom-line growth, including consistent gains of net sales and profit on the company’s U.S. Beverage business. In 2008, Campbell elevated healthy beverages to one of its three strategic focus areas, along with simple meals and baked snacks.
Previously, Irene spent eight years with Kraft Foods, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Salted Snacks division. She also held roles as Vice President and Business Leader of the Canadian Biscuit and Snacks division and Vice President of Marketing for Salted Snacks in New Jersey, as well as roles in Strategy. Before that, she spent 12 years at Kimberly-Clark, where she moved up progressively in marketing positions and held key assignments in Sales and Research and Development leadership. As Director of the Washroom Systems business, she played a central role in integrating the Scott Paper business and organization after it was acquired by Kimberly-Clark.
Irene has sponsored the Campbell’s Multiple Sclerosis Society City to Shore fundraising bicycle ride and the Campbell’s “Driving for the Cure” golf tournament to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. She has twice served as Chairman of the N.J. Kraft Employee Fund, led two United Way campaigns as Co-Chair and Executive sponsor, and served on the Boards of Nabisco Ltd., the Snack Food Association, and StyleGarage.com. Irene is currently serving on the Catalyst Board of Advisors and is a past President of a regional board of Big Sisters in Canada.
Irene has been honored with several awards for her business and community accomplishments, including in 2008 being recognized by NJBiz as one of the Best 50 Women in Business, by Pink magazine as a Top 15 Innovator, and by Progressive Grocer as a Top Women in Grocery. She was recognized in 2002 with a Corporate Achievement Award by the Organization of Chinese Americans for corporate and community achievements.
Irene earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toronto and her M.B.A. degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated on the Dean’s Honor List. In addition to her first language, English, Irene also speaks French and Chinese.

John Sechi joined Campbell as President, Europe, in August 2007. John is responsible for the successful leadership and management of all areas of Campbell's European business and the development of a sustainable growth strategy for the region. He reports to Larry McWilliams, President, International.
John joined Campbell from GlobalPraxis, a management consultancy firm, where he was Chairman and Senior Partner. He advised companies including Coca-Cola, SAB Miller, Heinz, Unilever, Ferrero, and Vodafone on issues such as business strategy, re-engineering, and channel management.
Prior to that, John had a 16-year career at The Coca-Cola Company, where he worked in the U.S., Latin America, U.K., and all major European markets. His senior management positions included President and Division Manager of the German operations, where he was responsible for a $3.5 billion business comprising more than 14,000 employees; President of the Central Mediterranean Division and Vice-President of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation; Chief Financial Officer of the Iberian Division; and Director of the European Supply Chain.
A native of Canada, John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and earned his business management degree from Ryerson University, Toronto.

Larry McWilliams was appointed President-Campbell International in June 2005. He is responsible for all of Campbell's businesses in Europe and Asia Pacific, and he reports to Douglas R. Conant, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Larry joined Campbell in February 2001 as Senior Vice President-Sales and Chief Customer Officer. In April 2003, he assumed the position of President-North America Soup, the company's largest business. He was named Senior Vice President and President-Campbell USA in March 2004.
Prior to Campbell, Larry worked for The Coca-Cola Company, where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Minute Maid Company. He was in charge of U.S. sales and marketing for the $1.7 billion beverage business. Before that, Larry held senior sales positions at The Pillsbury Company and The Drackett Company (formerly a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb and General Foods).
Larry earned his bachelor of science degree at Texas A&M University. He serves on the Board of Directors of St. Josephs University, and on the Grocery Manufacturers' Association's Industry Affairs Council.

Patrick Callaghan was named President-Pepperidge Farm in January 2006. Pepperidge Farm is the U.S. market leader in premium baked goods and snacks. Pat reports to Douglas R. Conant, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Pat joined the Pepperidge Farm sales team in 1979. Since then, he has held a variety of increasingly responsible sales and marketing positions focused primarily on bakery products and frozen foods, including Senior Vice President-Strategic Business Development and Senior Vice President and General Manager-Meals and Accompaniments. Pat previously worked with Nabisco for six years in the sales function.
Within the industry, Pat serves on the Board of Directors of the American Bakers Association, and he was the Chairman of the Board from 2000 to 2001. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Institute of Baking, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturing Association.

Sean Connolly was appointed President, Campbell USA in November 2008. Sean leads Campbell’s largest business, a $3.7 billion retail portfolio that includes Campbell’s soups, V8 beverages, and Pace and Prego sauces. From January 2007 to December 2008, Sean was President-North America Foodservice. He led Campbell’s traditional foodservice business as well as the emerging StockPot deli fresh foodservice business.
Sean joined Campbell in 2002 as Vice President, Food Brands. A year later he was named Vice President and General Manager-Beverages and Latin America/Mexico. From 2004 through 2006 he was Vice President and General Manager-U.S. Soup. Under his leadership Campbell’s U.S. Soup business experienced strong sales and profit gains. During that time, Campbell’s condensed soup sustained a three-year turnaround, and innovation platforms based on sodium reduction and microwaveability experienced rapid growth.
Before joining Campbell, Sean was a long-time employee of Procter & Gamble, where he held brand management leadership positions in the food and beverage business unit.
Sean earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Vanderbilt University, and his M.B.A. degree in general management from the University of Texas at Austin. He supports youth sports in his home community and is on the Board of his church.

Craig Owens was appointed Campbell's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. He reports to Douglas R. Conant, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Craig has responsibility for the Controller, Treasury, Corporate Development, Tax, Real Estate, Corporate Audit, Investor Relations, Global Supply Chain, and IT departments.
Craig has more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He comes to Campbell from Delhaize Group, where he spent seven years as Executive Vice President and CFO. One of Campbell's large global customers, Delhaize Group is a food retailer headquartered in Belgium with approximately 2,600 stores in seven countries and more than $26 billion in annual revenues. The company's Delhaize U.S. division includes the well-known supermarket chains Food Lion, Hannaford and Sweetbay.
Before that, Craig held general management and senior financial positions with The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola bottlers from 1981 to 2001, including Region Director of Coca-Cola HBC, the largest European soft drink company, President and Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Enterprise France, and Controller of all Coca-Cola Company-owned bottlers in the U.S.
Craig earned a B.A. degree in politics from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Joseph Spagnoletti was appointed Campbell's Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in August 2008. He leads the company’s global information technology function, providing IT strategy to help Campbell meet its business goals. Since he joined Campbell in 1997 as Director-IT, Food Service, Joe has held several positions of increasing responsibility in global sales and marketing, supply chain, and research and development. Most recently, he was Vice President-IT for Campbell North America, where he successfully led several key projects, including the implementation of a trade management system and oversight of North American SAP implementations.
Previously, Joe spent seven years as an Information Technology Director with medical technology company Becton Dickinson, responsible for the medical device and acute care businesses. He began his career developing and implementing financial systems for a New York City software development firm.
Joe earned his bachelor of science degree in computer science and mathematics from Albright College in Reading, Pa. He serves on the Cooper Health System’s Audit/Ethics Committee. In 2004, he was recognized with Campbell's Influence With Honor leadership award.

In this capacity through early 2001, he led the division's three-year transformation, restoring sales and earnings momentum and achieving record-high operating income growth.
Prior to Kraft, Carl was a senior partner and director of the consumer goods consulting practice at Marketing Corporation of America, where his key clients included among others, Kraft, Con Agra, Cadbury Schweppes, Readers’ Digest and NYNEX. Before that, he was Vice President of Worldwide Advertising at Polaroid Corporation. He began his career with a 10-year tenure at Colgate-Palmolive in marketing management on both personal care and household products.
Carl earned his bachelor of arts degree in government and economics from Wesleyan University, and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.

Nancy A. Reardon has been a Director of Warnaco since July 2006. David White was appointed Senior Vice President–Global Supply Chain in March 2004. He oversees the management of Campbell's Global Supply Chain, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. He reports to Craig Owens, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.
David joined Campbell from Procter & Gamble, where he was Vice President, Product Supply for the company's Global Family Care business. He was responsible for all manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and customer logistics for the $4 billion global division with leading brands such as Charmin and Bounty paper products.
In his 25 years at Procter & Gamble, David held a variety of positions, with responsibility for Supply Chain activities for major brands including Ivory soap, Pampers diapers, and Tide and Cheer detergents. He worked in six U.S. locations and spent seven years in Europe.
A native of Massachusetts, David earned both his bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and his master of science degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Andersen Corporation (Andersen Windows and Doors) and is on the Board of Trustees of The Franklin Institute.

Denise began her career in the sales organization at Procter & Gamble in Boston, Mass. She later joined Pepsi-Cola in Trade and Business Development. She then spent most of the 1980s at Nestle USA, where she held senior marketing and sales positions, including Business Director for Confections Marketing, National Sales Manager Frozen/Chilled, and Vice President Marketing and Sales for Nestle Ice Cream Company.
In 1995, Denise moved to Nabisco Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President and led the Nabisco Food Company's sales organization and was General Manager for the Down the Street division.
Denise serves on various Boards including The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and is a former Director of Ballard Power Systems Inc. She is a member of the GMA Industry Affairs Council. Non-Profit Boards include Students In Free Enterprise and Chair of the Advisory Board for Catalyst. She is former President of the New Jersey Women’s Forum and has served on the Food Industry Crusade Against Hunger.
In 2007, Denise was awarded the Aiming High Award by Legal Momentum, the Garden State Woman of the Year for Corporations by Garden State Women magazine and was selected as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer magazine. Denise was also honored with the Salute to Policy Makers award by the Executive Women of New Jersey in 2007. She was also named Executive of the Year for 2003 by Snack Food & Bakery magazine. Also in 2003, Denise received the Althea Gibson Beacon award for Business Leadership and was separately recognized as a New Jersey "Woman of Influence" by NJBiz magazine. In 2001, she was appointed to the New York YWCA Academy of Women Achievers.
Denise earned her bachelor of science degree in economics and psychology from Boston College in 1975, graduating magna cum laude. She was inducted into the Order of the Cross and Crown Honor Society for academic and extracurricular achievement.
She is married to Tom and has two daughters, Michelle and Kelly.

After leaving Nabisco in 2000, Ed served in senior level finance roles at F. Schumacher & Co. and SAP North America, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with New World Pasta.

RAYMOND A. MEILLIER is the retired Vice President of Financial Services of Campbell Soup Company. Carl graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1987 and immediately joined the Campbell Soup Company. Sara Mathew is President and Chief Operating Officer of D&B, a position she has held since March 2007. She is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors and its Global Leadership Team, and also oversees D&B’s US Customer Segments.
Previously, Ms. Mathew served as Chief Financial Officer of D&B, a position she held since joining the company in 2001. Before joining D&B, Ms. Mathew spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, where she served in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Finance responsible for the ASEAN region of Australia, Asia, and India. Prior to that, she progressed through a series of finance and general leadership positions including brand management, investor relations, Comptroller for the Paper Products division, and Chief Financial Officer of the Global Baby Care business unit.
