Vincent F. D'Annunzio has been a Director since 1989. Mr. D'Annunzio also serves as President of Beverage Distributors, Inc. located in Clarksburg, West Virginia and has held this position since 1985. Mr. D'Annunzio serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He also serves on the Executive Committee and the Qualified Legal Compliance Committee.

Business Agent Gary Stugart went to work in 1974 in the warehouse of Nobel/Sysco, where he was a Steward since 1988 and also served on the negotiating committee. Gary was elected to serve on the Executive Board from 1996 until 1998 as a Trustee. In 1999, he became a full time employee of Local 435 and now serves as a Business Agent for the union. He serves as the agent for members employed at Beverage Distributors, Safeway Beverage, Sysco, and US Foodservice. Stugart, who graduated from Denver North High School in 1969, has attended several training classes conducted by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He lives in Westminster.
