BGC Partners L.P.

As President, Mr. Lynn is responsible for expanding BGC's existing broking businesses across Europe and Asia. Previously, Mr. Lynn was Executive Managing Director of Cantor Fitzgerald International, growing the company's European and Asian fixed income and derivative broking team by nearly 35% between 2002 and 2004. Mr. Lynn began his career at Cantor Fitzgerald in 1989 as a Bund broker, moving up to lead the Eurobond desk before assuming his first senior management role. Mr. Lynn began his career in capital markets in 1980. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, he was Associate Director in charge of broking at Purcell Graham Incorporated. Before that he was a UK equity dealer for Paul E Schweder Miller & Co.

Mr. Saracino was eSpeed’s Interim Chief Accounting Officer from July 2006 to December 2007 and became Chief Accounting Officer in December 2007. He served as eSpeed’s Vice President and Global Controller from September 2004 to July 2006. Following the merger, Mr. Saracino will become Chief Accounting Officer of the Combined Company. Prior to joining us, from 2003 to 2004, Mr. Saracino served as an independent financial consultant. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Saracino worked for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. as an investment banking Vice President focusing on Telecommunications Corporate Finance transactions and as a Vice President and Investment Banking Controller.

Stephen Merkel is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of BGC Partners, Inc. He originally joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 1993, overseeing all legal and compliance functions for the firm.Prior to its merger with BGC, Mr. Merkel was also a Director of eSpeed, and before this was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of eSpeed from June 1999. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Merkel was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs & Co., dedicated to the J. Aron Division. He began his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison. Mr. Merkel graduated with a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree from the University of Michigan School of Law.

Mr Harvey's career in the financial markets has spanned over 35 years, beginning as a trader at Foreign and Colonial Investment in London. From there he joined Prebon International in London as a broker for Inter Bank and Local Government. In 1985 Mr Harvey was appointed Director of Yen Swap Broking in Capital Market and Treasury Services for Prebon in Hong Kong. Prior to joining BGC, Mr Harvey was Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific at Prebon Asia and was responsible for the expansion of the business into Manila, Bangkok, India and Jakarta. In 2004 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific of the newly merged companies, Tullett and Prebon.

Mr. Verrier's career in the inter-dealer broking market began at M W Marshall in 1987, following seven years as a trader with Lombard North Central. In 1991 he was given responsibility for all Stering products and from 1994 for all currencies, followed by a promotion in 1996 which placed him in charge of the broking floor at M W Marshall.

Prior to BGC, Mr. Sadler spent 11 years with Bear Stearns, where he served most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Bear Stearns-Europe in addition to other management roles. He also was a member of that firm's European Executive Committee. Earlier, he served in a number of finance positions over a 14-year span with Barclays Capital (and its predecessor DeZoete & Bevan), including Director of Global Finance and Divisional Director, Markets Division. He began his career with KPMG (previously Peat Marwick Mitchell). Mr. Sadler is a Chartered Accountant in the UK, and holds a degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Barry R. Sloane. Mr. Sloane has been a director of our company since September 2006. Mr. Sloane has been Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Century Bancorp, Inc. since April 2006 and Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Century Bank since April 2005. From April 2004 to April 2005, Mr. Sloane was Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Century Bank and its holding company, Century Bancorp, Inc. From October 2001 to March 2004, he was a Managing Director of Steinberg, Priest and Sloane Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Sloane is a Trustee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Fisher Center for Alzheimer Research Foundation at the Rockefeller University, a Trustee of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Trustee of the Savings Bank Employees Retirement Association, a Trustee of the Wheeler School and a member of the Dean s Council of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Dr. Koshland has been a director of our company since November 2007. Dr. Koshland has been the Vice-Provost of Academic Planning and Facilities at the University of California, Berkeley since April 2004, a Professor of Environmental Health Sciences in the School of Public Health and a Professor in the Energy and Resources Group since 1997 and the Wood-Calvert Professor in Engineering since 1995. She joined the Berkeley faculty in 1984. Dr. Koshland served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Berkeley Division, Academic Senate from 2002 to 2003 and from 2001 to 2002, respectively. From 1994 to 2006, Dr. Koshland was a director of the Combustion Institute. Since 2001, Dr. Koshland has served as a member of the Integrated Human Exposure Committee of the EPA’s Science Advisory Board. From 1998 to 2002, Dr. Koshland served on the California Air Resources Board Research Screening Committee and currently serves as Associate Director of the University of California, Berkeley Superfund Basic Research Program. Dr. Koshland has been a member of the Board of Managers of Haverford College since 1994, serving as Vice-Chair from 1999 to 2005 and Co-Chair since 2005. Dr. Koshland serves on the Board of Directors of the UC Berkeley Faculty Club and the Board of Trustees of the University of California, Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive.

John H. Dalton has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2000. Since 2005, he has been President of the Housing Policy Council of The Financial Services Roundtable. From September 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Dalton served as our President. He was appointed Secretary of the Navy by President Clinton in 1993 and served in that capacity until 1998. Mr. Dalton was nominated by President Carter to be President of the Government National Mortgage Association and to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, where he served as Chairman. He is a member of the boards of directors of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. and eSpeed Inc. Mr. Dalton graduated with distinction from the United States Naval Academy and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania.
