Mr. Sauers joined BIR as Chief Financial Officer during 2005. He is responsible for all financial operations of the company and is a member of the Board of Directors. During his career Kyle has successfully established accounting and finance organizations for early stage high-growth companies raising significant debt and equity financing. He has managed all aspects of financial planning risk management corporate governance and compliance human resources and management information systems.

Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in system design and manufacturing with 26 years of direct experience in x-ray imaging equipment high-performance array processors and electro-mechanical systems. Special areas of expertise include system architecture data acquisition image processing and project management. As BIR's Vice President of Engineering Charles developed a sub-second x-ray CT system for a major international medical imaging company. Additional projects include: numerous custom-designed high energy imaging systems for aerospace military and industrial applications; a high-resolution color laser retinal imaging system; and a computerized drug delivery system. Charles was director of electronics at EMI Medical for five years. Prior to EMI he designed and developed computer controlled test equipment for Digital General Corp. He holds a BSEE MSEE and MBA.

Dr. Nisius is currently responsible for project management engineering software development and detector development at BIR. He joined BIR in 1998 as a nuclear physicist. David previously served as Program Officer for overseeing all aspects of commercial and government industrial and security projects including the IntellX Cargo Container Inspection System recently purchased by the US Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Patrol. Prior to that he was Project Manager of the Waste Inspection Tomography program jointly operated by BIR and the Department of Energy to characterize nuclear waste stored at DOE sites. David held a post doctoral position at Argonne National Laboratories before joining BIR and has a PhD in Physics from Purdue University. He is a member of the American Physical Society American Nuclear Society and the American Society for Testing and Materials.

Mr. Podraza joined BIR in 1984. His superior organizational and technical skills were recognized early enabling him to advance professionally in BIR's manufacturing group. With over 22 years of experience in the manufacturing environment he currently is responsible for coordinating all aspects of BIR operations. David's responsibilities encompass coordinating and scheduling of the manufacturing department including manufacturing engineering electronic and mechanical assembly system integration metal fabrication production outsourcing and associated staffing. He is also responsible for documentation control as well as shipping and receiving. David has an AS degree from DeVry University Chicago.

Ms. Janus joined BIR in 1989. She currently holds the positions of Vice President of Administration. In addition as Corporate Secretary Maryanne maintains the stock records and facilitates communications between BIR's senior management stockholders and Board of Directors. She also manages relationships with contractors municipal agencies and vendors on issues relating to BIR's two locations in Lincolnshire and nearby Vernon Hills as well as patent liaison between BIR inventors clients and legal counsel.
