Mr. Weinstein has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bio-Imaging Technologies since February 1998 and has been a Director since March 1998. Mr. Weinstein also served as the Chief Financial Officer from January 2000 to February 2003. Mr. Weinstein joined Bio-Imaging in June 1997 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer in December 1997. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging in May 1997, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Internet Tradeline, Inc., an internet-based electronic solutions provider. From July 1991 to August 1996, Mr. Weinstein worked for Medical Economics Company, an international healthcare information company and wholly owned division of The Thomson Corporation. Peter S. Benton is President of BioClinica. Mr. Benton has more than 20 years of broad experience including: Life Sciences, automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors. His global experience encompasses acquisitions and divestitures, business development, strategic planning, and business reengineering. Mr. Benton has played a leading role within the life science industry serving as Vice President for Johnson & Johnson’s Pharmaceutical business where he successfully overhauled the company’s new product development process and as Chief Operating Officer with etrials, Inc. Mr. Benton also co-founded Flexible Medical Systems in 2005 and serves as Chairman of the Board for this early stage medical device and diagnostics company. Prior to J&J, Mr. Benton spearheaded merger and acquisition efforts for TRW’s $11.3 billion tier-1 automotive business. Mr. Kaminer joined Bio-Imaging in February 2003 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Colin G. Miller joined Bio-Imaging Technologies in 1999 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging Dr. Miller was Director of Clinical Services at Bona Fide, a company that was acquired by Bio-Imaging in 1999. Dr. Miller started Bona Fide Ltd in 1994 when he moved from the UK to Madison, Wisconsin. Jim Dorsey brings more than 20 years of technology marketing and product management experience to BioClinica with specialization in the pharmaceutical and software industries. He joined Phoenix Data Systems (PDS) in 2005 and assumed marketing operations, marketing communications and product management responsibilities for Bio-Imaging Technologies with the acquisition of PDS in March 2008. Mr. Dorsey is recognized as a team builder and an expert at crafting marketing programs that propel sales results. He played a key role in founding new business units within Bell Atlantic (Verizon) and at United Messaging, Inc. (ACS). He also helped to organize a turnaround of the U.S. subsidiary for XRT, Inc. (now Sungard) by unifying international product offerings and branding. His background includes sales, marketing, product management, market planning, web development, SEO, channel management, strategy, and new product development. Wendy Angst has over 12 years of professional and management experience in healthcare. Jeffrey Berg, Ph.D, MBA. Dr. Berg's career spans almost 30 years in the health care industry as a scientist, consultant, analyst, medical writer and as a director of four public companies. He continues to write research on emerging growth medical technology, biopharmaceutical, drug delivery and nutraceutical companies for several brokerage firms, including a 7-year period with M.H. Meyerson & Co. Currently, Dr. Berg is Director of Medical Technology at Crystal Research Associates (www.crystalra.com). Dr. Berg is a contributing editor for their BBI (Biomedical Business International) Newsletter, a subscription publication from American Health Consultants that covers the medical device industry.
