Bio-Imaging Technologies Inc.

Mr. Weinstein has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bio-Imaging Technologies since February 1998 and has been a Director since March 1998. Mr. Weinstein also served as the Chief Financial Officer from January 2000 to February 2003. Mr. Weinstein joined Bio-Imaging in June 1997 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer in December 1997. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging in May 1997, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Internet Tradeline, Inc., an internet-based electronic solutions provider. From July 1991 to August 1996, Mr. Weinstein worked for Medical Economics Company, an international healthcare information company and wholly owned division of The Thomson Corporation. He held several senior management positions at Medical Economics Company, serving finally as President and Chief Operating Officer of the International Group. Mr. Weinstein graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He went on to earn his MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Peter S. Benton is President of BioClinica. Mr. Benton has more than 20 years of broad experience including: Life Sciences, automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors. His global experience encompasses acquisitions and divestitures, business development, strategic planning, and business reengineering. Mr. Benton has played a leading role within the life science industry serving as Vice President for Johnson & Johnson’s Pharmaceutical business where he successfully overhauled the company’s new product development process and as Chief Operating Officer with etrials, Inc. Mr. Benton also co-founded Flexible Medical Systems in 2005 and serves as Chairman of the Board for this early stage medical device and diagnostics company. Prior to J&J, Mr. Benton spearheaded merger and acquisition efforts for TRW’s $11.3 billion tier-1 automotive business. Mr. Benton began his career at GE and is an alumnus of their Manufacturing Management Program, advancing through positions of increasing operations responsibility in several of GE’s leading businesses. Peter received his MBA in Finance & Strategy from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and graduated cum laude from Northeastern University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Kaminer joined Bio-Imaging in February 2003 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging, Mr. Kaminer served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of ION Networks Inc. Prior to his association with ION Networks, Mr. Kaminer served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of CMPExpress. Previously, he spent twelve years with various investment banking firms providing corporate finance services such as public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services primarily to middle-market companies. Mr. Kaminer is a certified public accountant and was previously associated with Price Waterhouse (the predecessor of PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Kaminer received his BS from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Colin G. Miller joined Bio-Imaging Technologies in 1999 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging Dr. Miller was Director of Clinical Services at Bona Fide, a company that was acquired by Bio-Imaging in 1999. Dr. Miller started Bona Fide Ltd in 1994 when he moved from the UK to Madison, Wisconsin. Immediately proceeding this move Dr. Miller served as the head of this Physical Measurements Team, Europe, at Procter & Gamble (P&G) Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Miller holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiology and Zoology from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a Ph.D. from the University of Hull, UK. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Clinical Research, an associate member of the Radiological Society of North America and a member of the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research. Dr. Miller has written and co-authored over 40 scientific publications and is co-editor of the books "Clinical Trials in Osteoporosis," and “Clinical Trials in Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis,” published by Springer Ltd.

Mr. Pitler joined Bio-Imaging in March 2000 as Vice President of Operations. In December 2003, Mr. Pitler was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations. In November 2000, Mr. Pitler was appointed an executive officer of Bio-Imaging. Mr. Pitler spent four years, from April 1996 until February 2000, at Medical Economics Company, an international healthcare information company and wholly-owned division of The Thomson Corporation, as Vice President of Production and formerly as Vice President of Integration. From 1981 to 1996, he held various positions with information processing companies. Mr. Pitler holds an Economics degree from Colgate University.

Dr. Klaus Noever, M.D. is Vice President of Business Development and Clinical Affairs, Europe and Japan. He consults on medical imaging in clinical drug development in oncology, bone, CNS and cardiovascular diseases. His previous positions were in clinical R&D at Schwarz Pharma, Boehringer Ingelheim and Siemens Medical Systems. Prior to joining the industry, he worked as a physician at the University hospitals of Bochum (radiology) and Erlangen (cardiology) in Germany.

Mr. Reiter began his career at Bio-Imaging in 1992 as Director of Clinical Applications Development. In 1997, he moved to Leiden, Netherlands where he was Managing Director of the B.V. office. He returned to the United States in 2003 and is currently Vice President of Technical Services. Previously, Mr. Reiter worked for Wallace Laboratories in Cranbury, NJ where he was an Assistant Biochemist. From 1979-1992, he worked in the field of Clinical Research for a number of companies including McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Lorex Pharmaceuticals and Centocor. Mr. Reiter started his career at N.L. Industry in 1974 as a Chemical Technician. Mr. Reiter holds a BS in Biology from Rutgers University, has two major publications and is also a member of the Drug Information Association.

Ms. Flitcraft joined Bio-Imaging as Director of Project Management when it acquired Quintiles Intelligent Imaging in 2001. She held several positions at Quintiles, including Image Processing Specialist, Senior Manager, and finally Director of Clinical Research and Development. Ms. Flitcraft started her career in 1989 at Memorial Hospital of Salem County as a Radiology Supervisor. She holds a BS in Biology and Nuclear Medicine and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. Ms. Flitcraft has certifications from The Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear), and the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Jim Dorsey brings more than 20 years of technology marketing and product management experience to BioClinica with specialization in the pharmaceutical and software industries. He joined Phoenix Data Systems (PDS) in 2005 and assumed marketing operations, marketing communications and product management responsibilities for Bio-Imaging Technologies with the acquisition of PDS in March 2008. Mr. Dorsey is recognized as a team builder and an expert at crafting marketing programs that propel sales results. He played a key role in founding new business units within Bell Atlantic (Verizon) and at United Messaging, Inc. (ACS). He also helped to organize a turnaround of the U.S. subsidiary for XRT, Inc. (now Sungard) by unifying international product offerings and branding. His background includes sales, marketing, product management, market planning, web development, SEO, channel management, strategy, and new product development. Mr. Dorsey is a graduate of Wesleyan University and a U.S. patent holder. His professional affiliations include the Drug Information Association, the Society for Clinical Data Management (2007 and 2008 Chair for the Marketing Committee). the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Mr. Endres began his extensive career at Bio-Imaging in May 1992 as a Clinical Research Associate. Mr. Endres has held many positions including Senior Imaging Consultant, Manager of Clinical Imaging Services, Associate Director of Core Lab Services, Director of Alliance Management and Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging, he spent 3 years as a Staff Nuclear Medicine Technologist for the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. Mr. Endres spent the previous year working as a Nuclear Medicine Technology Intern at Saint Joseph's Hospital. Mr. Endres earned a Science Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Wisconsin and is a certified NMTCB.

Wendy Angst has over 12 years of professional and management experience in healthcare. Ms. Angst has been a member of the CapMed team since its incorporation where she has played an integral role in developing and executing the growth strategy of CapMed, and has been instrumental in the creation of the patent-pending Personal HealthKey . Prior to joining CapMed, she served as National Director for a non-profit organization dedicated to serving hospitalized veterans, and worked in strategy and planning for Delaware's largest health care system. She has also been active in international healthcare, working on high profile projects for Western Australia's largest women's and children's hospitals. She has also held various consulting roles in the areas of marketing and business development in healthcare. Ms. Angst is actively involved with the Working Group on Health Information Technology (HIT) for Small and Medium Medical Practices, the ASTM E31 standards group for the Continuity of Care Record, SOS Rx, and completed work with the Connecting for Health Working Group on Policies for Electronic Information Sharing Between Doctors and Patients that provided recommendations to Dr. David Brailer on personal health records for the nation's HIT strategy. She serves on the board of directors of the Blood Bank of Delaware/Eastern Shore and was founder of the Young Donor Advisory Committee, aimed at increasing blood donation by young professionals. Also, she is an active member and past board member of the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and member of the Healthcare Marketing & Communications Council. Ms. Angst holds a BS from Michigan State University and has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of LaVerne in Southern California.

Mr. Blank joined Bio-Imaging in April 2003 as Managing Director. In this role, Mr. Blank manages the day-to-day operations of our European Headquarters in Leiden, The Netherlands. He handles legal and financial responsibilities and is actively involved in corporate strategy. Mr. Blank has been working in the area of Clinical R&D for 17 years. Prior to joining Bio-Imaging, he was responsible for setting up the European office of a global central ECG provider. His last position was (based in USA) Director of Clinical Trial Management. Prior to these positions at Covance, Mr. Blank spent several years in Project Management at a central laboratory and he started his extensive career in clinical development with Novartis Pharma in The Netherlands.

Mr. Stack is currently the CEO and founding partner of Stack Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a commercialization, marketing and strategy firm serving emerging healthcare companies. He also is an Executive Partner at MPM Capital. From September 2001 until August 2004, Mr. Stack was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of The Medicines Company. Prior to The Medicines Company he was the CEO of Stack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where MDCO was one of the primary customers. From May 1995 to December 1999, Mr. Stack served as the President and General Manager of Innovex, Inc. and was responsible for the Americas. Innovex, Inc. is a commercial solutions company offering a full range of marketing, sales and clinical development capabilities to pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers. Mr. Stack's prior experience also includes serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Immunomedics, Inc., as well as multiple senior business management positions at Roche Labs. Before he entered the commercial pharmaceutical sector, Mr. Stack was a retail and hospital pharmacist for three years after graduating from Albany College of Pharmacy. He also holds a BS in Biology from Siena College. Dave was recognized as the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 (New Jersey Healthcare). He is a Director of Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc.(NASDAQ:BITI), PepTx, Inc., Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals Inc.(NASDAQ:MIPI) and Elixir Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Jeffrey Berg, Ph.D, MBA. Dr. Berg's career spans almost 30 years in the health care industry as a scientist, consultant, analyst, medical writer and as a director of four public companies. He worked for seven years as a research scientist at Johnson & Johnson's Patient Care Division and at J&J's Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation. During this period, he received the Scientist of the Year award and Industrial Research magazine's IR-100 award for developing an electro-surgical grounding pad. Subsequently, he was employed for seven years at PA Technology, a leading UK-based consultancy where he headed the international health care unit for several years and received the PA Management award. In 1987, he joined the brokerage industry as an equity analyst and worked over a period of five years for J.C. Bradford (now UBS Warburg), William K. Woodruff & Co., and The Chicago Corporation (now ABN/Amro). He continues to write research on emerging growth medical technology, biopharmaceutical, drug delivery and nutraceutical companies for several brokerage firms, including a 7-year period with M.H. Meyerson & Co. Currently, Dr. Berg is Director of Medical Technology at Crystal Research Associates (www.crystalra.com). Dr. Berg is a contributing editor for their BBI (Biomedical Business International) Newsletter, a subscription publication from American Health Consultants that covers the medical device industry. Additionally, Dr. Berg is a Director of: Bio-Imaging Technologies and serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of CytRx Corporation and Medical Technology Products. Dr. Berg holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and an MBA from New York University graduate schools.
