Bob Adamson joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January 2005. Mr. Adamson brings to Spectrum over 15 years of experience in the bioprocess separation industry having served as Manager and Sales Engineer for Pall Filtron Corporation, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. and Westfalia Corporation. Prior to this he worked as a Process Development Engineer at MegaBios Corporation and Celtrix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Adamson holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biology and Physiology from Southern Illinois University.

Janette J. Stockert has been a paralegal with Bio-Rad Laboratories for seven years supervising the Bid Coordination department and a total of 15 years experience in the Legal field in contracts, corporate, and intellectual property law. She received her B.S. in Business education from Dickinson State College, Dickinson, North Dakota and her A.A.S Legal Assistant from Inver Hills Community College, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. Janette is looking forward to becoming active in WSPA

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since 1985. He is the inventor of the Company's original technology. His background includes over 20 years of experience in marketing operations at biotech companies and suppliers such as: Bio-Rad Laboratories and Bio-Response (now Baxter Healthcare). Mr. Saxena has an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the University of California Berkeley.

Louis Drapeau joined InSite Vision in October 2007. Prior to InSite Vision, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Finance, at Nektar Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in San Carlos, California. Prior to Nektar, he served as Acting Chief Executive Officer from August 2004 to May 2005 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2002 to August 2005 for BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. Previously, Drapeau spent 30 years at Arthur Andersen including 19 years as an Audit Partner in Arthur Andersen?s Northern California Audit and Business Consulting practice which included 12 years as Managing Partner. Drapeau received both his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University. He serves as a Director of Bio-Rad Laboratories, InterMune, Inc., BioNovo Inc. and Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
