Jon C. Serbousek has been the President of Biomet Orthopedics, LLC since March 2008. For the past eight years, Mr. Serbousek held diverse general management roles with Medtronic in the areas of Spinal Reconstruction, International, New Technology Development and most recently, worldwide Vice-President and General Manager, Biologics.

Rudy Huber has over 25 years of business experience in the health care industry in Canada with a focus on the dental market. Mr. Hubert has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal and has held various sales and marketing positions for international companies including Johnson and Johnson. He also became an entrepreneur and co-owner of a successful Canadian distribution for a leading manufacturer of dental implant components and related components, 3i Implant Innovations Inc. Mr. Huber since 1999 is the Country Manager for 3i Implant Innovations Canada, which is a subsidiary of 3i Implant Innovations Inc. a Biomet company (Nasdaq:BMET). Mr. Huber as County Manager for 3i Canada is responsible for both the strategic and operational activities of the company. He has served on boards of medical device companies including Cryocath (CYT.TO), a medical device company that develops and commercializes proprietary catheter cryotherapy products, principally for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Maggie Anderson has been Senior Vice President; President of Biomet 3i, LLC since August 6, 2009. Prior to that she was a Director at TPG Capital from 2006 to 2009 and a Director at AlixPartners from 2001 to 2006. Ms. Anderson started her career as an engineer at General Motors Powertrain Division, and took roles of increasing responsibility there in operations and new product development from 1988 to 1998.

Kenneth V. Miller is a partner of Havirco, a Kalamazoo, MI based investment management firm started in 1983. He is also a director and Chairman of Keystone Community Bank of Kalamazoo. Miller also serves as a director and member of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Biomet, Inc., (OTC-BMET), Warsaw, IN, a manufacturer and marketer of orthopedic and surgical products. He was a director and co-founder of AvTech Laboratories, Inc., Kalamazoo, a pharmaceutical products testing laboratory and is a director co-founder of TEAM Industries, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI/Winchester, VA, a manufacturer of expanded polystyrene used primarily in commercial and residential construction. Previously, Miller served as President/CEO of Radio Associates Group, owner/operator of radio broadcast properties in Michigan, California and Nevada. Miller is also majority owner of the Millennium Restaurant Group, LLC and partner of Mixed Grill Restaurant Group, Inc. which own and operate several restaurant properties in southwest Michigan, including The Black Swan, Epic Bistro, The Union, and Fieldstone Grill, all of Kalamazoo/Portage, and The Idler and Fish Tales, of South Haven and Martell' Tavern on the Green, of Coldwater. Miller currently serves as a Trustee of the Western Michigan University; He recently retired as a Trustee and Chairman of the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Foundation and remains Trustee of the Havirmill Foundation. He is a Past-President and Board member of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra; Past Chairman of the WMU Haworth College of Business Advisory Board; former member of the Board of Governors of the Kalamazoo Country Club. He currently is on the Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors and serves as Chair of Downtown Tomorrow, Inc. Board of Directors for the City of Kalamazoo. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Lansing, MI).

Mr. Niemier is Senior Vice President of Biomet, Inc. and President of EBI, L.P., Biomet Spine and Biomet Trauma. From December 2005 to July 2006 he was Chief Operating Officer International Operations. Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President International Operations of Biomet. Mr. Niemier is a trustee of Valparaiso University, a member of the Board of Directors of Lakeland Financial Corporation (Lake City Bank) and a member of the Board of Directors of Kosciusko 21st Century Foundation, Inc. (non-profit organization).

Mr. Dal Bello is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group of The Blackstone Group and has been with Blackstone since 2002. Mr. Dal Bello serves on the board of directors of Alliant, Apria Healthcare Group, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc., Sithe Global Power, LLC, Team Finance LLC and Vanguard Health Systems, Inc.

Gregory L. Summe has been a director since April 2008. Mr. Summe is a consultant to Goldman, Sachs & Co. From 1999 until 2008, Mr. Summe had been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of PerkinElmer, Inc. and from 1998 to 1999, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of PerkinElmer, Inc. Mr. Summe serves on the boards of directors of the State Street Corporation and Automatic Data Processing Inc.

Sandra A. Lamb, President and CEO of Lamb Advisors, has over 35 years of Wall Street, corporate and nonprofit experience addressing financially complex and critical strategic issues. Prior to establishing Lamb Advisors, Sandy's corporate experience included 20 years at the investment bank, Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, where, as a managing director, she held executive responsibility working with clients on all aspects of buying and selling businesses and other financial advisory assignments. Prior to joining Lazard in 1983, Sandy spent 16 years as a portfolio manager with The MONY Group. Sandy's nonprofit experience includes serving as President of the New York Women's Foundation. As president, she provided critical leadership in responsible financial management, strategic planning, development and governance initiatives for a diverse, hands-on Board of 36 members and a committee structure of over 130 volunteers. Through the Foundation's grantmaking process, Sandy gained expertise in grassroots organizations and philanthropy. Sandy has also served on several nonprofit and for-profit Boards, including The Fortress Group, Inc., Center Trust, Inc., the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church, the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, and the Taproot Foundation. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Biomet, Inc., a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: BMET) that designs, manufactures and markets musculoskeletal products. She served as Chair of the $36 million Crossroads Capital Campaign for the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church. She is currently Chair of the Audit Committee for the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York and Vice Chair of the Taproot Foundation. As a businesswoman and as a nonprofit executive, Sandy understands the increasingly complex environment in which the nonprofit community operates and how to address this environment with strategic solutions. Sandy has an MBA in Finance from New York University Graduate School of Business where she was a member of the Business School Scholastic honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma. She graduated with a BA in Political Science from Duke University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Fernandes joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Financial Institution Group, as an Associate in 2000 and he became a Vice President in 2003. He joined the Principal Investment Area in 2007.
